The role of Garry's Mod staff is to ensure the sanctity and survivability of the server in which they administrate. This not only includes punishing wrongdoers, but also teaching the Garry's Mod younglings the art of roleplaying correctly.

Once again, far too long to list. I have endured years of arduous staffing on gmod servers, and I am willing to work even harder for this server.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other users:
If it is the players first time on the server, politely explain that you need a valid roleplay reason to initiate violence on another player. I would give them a link to the rules, then permanantly ban them from the server.
2 ) You see a higher ranking staff member minging on the server:
Record the incident, hold it over the offender's then use it as leverage to increase my rank and power on the server. 

3 ) A Staff member is clearly abusing their power:
Same as the last question.
 
4 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
Inform them that it is up to the staff member dealing with the situation how they respond to the FailRP. Explain that it is understandable that the rules may not be clear so some things may have to be determined in sits, then permanantly ban them from the server.
 
5 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
Explain politely that it is up to the staff member in question's discretion as to what punishments are handed out and if they wish to pursue the matter further, to take it to the forums. Then permanantly ban them from the server. 
 
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

Can someone tell me why there are staff on your gmod servers? The community I have found here on Werwolf Gaming is for sure the nicest community I've ever had the immense pleasure of being a part of. I just don't understand why you feel the need to make players staff when the players can deal with all issues in a democratic and fair manner. EXPLAIN.

I aim to assist the current staff team in keeping the community striving forward and keeping out those who are not willing to take the server seriously.
 
Why do you stand out among other candidates:
I believe I stand out as I have read over the server rules countless times trying to better myself. I am usually one of the players who stay up late at night when it reaches the bad hours of the rp, where often a lot of people join with the intent to mess around and cause havoc. But it’s also worth mentioning I enjoy helping others, being a high rank in the few regiments I’ve been in has obviously helped me in this way and allowed me to understand the different types of people who play this server.
 
Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
Throughout the past year of playing on this community I have enjoyed every moment and met some of the best people, the community is always growing and I want to be apart of that. I believe I’m friendly, trustworthy and an active member of the community, and already have good relationships with a few members of the staff team. With my past experience using ULX and other staff powers I would not only be able to staff individually but could also help other members if needed. I strive to make sure the RP experience is fun and friendly for all, as that’s the way it always should be. Above all else my activity on the server stands out. I play the SWRP server every day (even without lockdown) and therefore know a lot of the challenges the staff team face on the server. I believe I am a mature individual and this can also be reflected with my 0 warns and bans, this can also be seen in the high ranks I have reached in my clone ranks being ARC LCOL, GC MJR and currently 501st LCOL. As a staff member I can assure you that I will be able to achieve my minimum claims and any other requirements each week, in the past year I’ve had experience in plenty of situations expanding my knowledge on how the staffing system works and am willing to overcome whatever challenges I face.

If it were an OOC situation it wouldn’t matter but if it were IC as 2nd LT+ I would remind them of the saluting rules.

Apologise to the SMT and aim to make up for my misconduct in the following week by aiming to double what I’d usually aim for.
