Chapter 1 - The curse
The Great samurai Heinrich Weene had travelled across the forbidden land long and far, the dust in the air was thick and the wind was strong. Great Samurai Heinrich Weene a master in the hyperborea way and a skillful master in the combat tactics of Alpha chad and Jannie conjuring.
No one knows the true story of the Great Samurai Heinrich Weene apart from  his family was slaughtered,  butchered and raped by the evil kung fu panda before the days of the great Emperor Appes, Great Samurai Heinrich Weene had many childhood friends , who were great warriors of the hyperborea way these great warriors were the great Tom, Armin and Viko true masters in the art of conjuring Jannies and learning the way of the Alpha chad.
But these childhood stories are for another time, after travelling across the forbidden land to fight the evil kung fu panda , Great Samurai Heinrich Weene was struck with a curse from the evil Kung fu panda and his henchmen the evil Norwegian ranger and the evil Scottish warlock. This curse had permanently gagged him and was preventing from using the art of conjuring jannies.
The sky suddenly became dark and the crows started to disperse and a shadowy figure overlooked the dark thundery sky this was the evil kung fu panda and a huge bolt of lighting struck the ground and .........

Every Who lived down in Whoville. didn't like Stellman .. But he who lived just north of Whoville, Did NOT CARE! Stellman hated the  trolls, minges and epically the Irish and Scottish ! The whole server in fact! Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason. It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right. It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight. But I think that the most likely reason of all, May have been that his heart was two sizes too small. Whatever the reason, his heart or his shoes, He stood there on  the Reichstag roof, hating the trolls, minges and epically the Irish and Scottish, Staring down from his cave with a sour, stellmany frown, At the warm lighted windows below in their town. 
...Stellman comes up with an idea to steal Harlands wallet and the little kids of the server , and takes all the money  and props from their houses...
it was quarter past dawn... All the trolls and minges, still a-bed, All the trolls and minges, still a-snooze when he packed up his sled, Packed it up with their props and moneys! The teamspeak medals! The whitelists! The discord tags! And the RM! The cars! The MOI! Three thousand feet up! Up the side of mines road, He rode with his load to the tiptop to dump it!
"Pooh-pooh to the minges and trolls!" he was humming. "They're finding out now that Half life RP is not coming!" "They're just waking up! I know just what they'll do!" And he did hear a sound rising over the snow. It started in low. Then it started to grow. But the sound wasn't sad! Why, this sound sounded merry! It couldn't be so! But it WAS merry! VERY! He stared down at Berlin! Stellman popped his eyes! Then he shook! What he saw was a shocking surprise! Every troll and minge down in Berlin, the tall and the small, Was mass rdming! Without any weapons or props at all!
He HADN'T stopped WG at all from running! it was fine! Somehow or other, it came just the same! And Stellman, with his hairy-feet ice-cold in the snow, Stood puzzling and puzzling: "How could it be so?" "It came with out ribbons! It came without tags!" "It came without packages, boxes or bags!
And he puzzled three hours, till his puzzler was sore. Then Stellman thought of something he hadn't before! "Maybe WG," he thought, "doesn't come from a store." "Maybe WG...perhaps...means a little bit more!"
And what happened then? Well...in Berlin they say, That Stellmans small heart grew three sizes that day! And the minute his heart didn't feel quite so tight,
He whizzed with his load through the bright morning light, And he brought back the money! And the discord tags for the players! And he, HE HIMSELF! Stellman even minged himselff!

Even if he was 3rd person abusing, he isn't doing anything with it, when it comes to the gunpointing, you are literally looking at his side and he got ya. Cry more I guess...

Now as a part of the army I can say that Jeffrey is very active on the server, but his RP and understanding of the rules on this application make me suggest otherwise. I believe everything about the application has been said so instead of being a broken record and point out the problems again as everyone would, I'll explain why Jeffrey isn't a viable/suitable staff member. 
Not too long ago when playing logistics with Matti we were selling chocolate inside the armory, as we thought people might enjoy it, well, of course, you decided to enjoy it a bit too much and just decide to take it to your office and hide it there, and not touch it, which is very amazing RP. I wouldn't haven't had a problem with it, but some of the men in the 23rd saw that you like chocolate and then started buying chocolate themselves so they could give it to you, which of course you put a stop to very early on, but it still gave me the impression that your actions as a 23rd influence the actions of the men.
Now also your homoerotic relationship with Jacob Himmler when Jacob is chasing you with cuffs in the MB because you did something, and then he shoots you to death makes me think that you don't know the definition of serious RP, which is needed to know as a member of the WW2 staff team. Your warnings also, in theory, should lead to an instant denial, but it doesn't seem that it's being enforced anymore. Taking this into account I am starting to think the reason you as an Oberleutnant wasn't chosen to be the 23rd Hauptmann but a Leutnant was outranked to that position before you is because your RP seriousness is truly lacking.
