Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: Okay, It started off with someone trying to steal my car again, I ran outside n shot near him to scare him off with my shotgun, seconds after I see an OrPo NCO come sprinting towards me gun drawn telling me to put my gun down, I open fire killing the OrPo so I do not get arrested again, after that the OrPo EM managed to snipe me, after that the NCO called Louis Vogel called a sit to which ended up getting me a warn and a 30H ban, for failure to advert counter, I was directly involved in the situation so why should I need to advert counter? My unban appeal was accepted due to it being a false ban, but I still have the warn for the ban, I am seriously close to 30 warns and am desperate to not reach it.

Do you think your warning was justified: No, my ban was revoked but the warn for it has stayed.

Why should you be unwarned: ^ Furthermore the punishment was invalid.

Any kind of evidence: Unban appeal two posts down was accepted.

An NCO and a single EM were the only ones present. 

I did not state that it was an assumption. Two OrPo not three came running to me guns drawn, I had a shotgun out so it is a guarantee they are coming for me, plus they saw me shoot the guy. So if they werent gonna arrest me then that would he stupid. I was also told by a EM to put the weapon down, I do not know his name but that makes it valid to defend myself.

I think from what you have said it deserves a ban but perm at that I think is too much, however I do feel like you are leaving something out. Neutral for me

I have demoted in the exact same way and nothing happened to the person demoting me. Don't see why you would be punished.

The Agen car has terrible braking power and way to much speed to be easily handled, he said sorry and admitted he was in the wrong but was still banned, plus Varem was in the middle of the road.
