Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: As I was in the middle of an invasion event , As OrPo Medic with bayonet , I saw a lad rushed a tank with a knife that was being shelled and shot with rockets. So I followed him in an instant without proper scrutiny of the situation at hand. I did not do it purposely and did it purely because of the chaos and on going in the battle so it resulted in me not having a chance to properly think about it first and also of panic. I only hit it two or three times with the other guy before it exploded. Result because of massive dischargement of rifles , smgs and small arms weaponries on the tank.
Do you think your ban was justified: No.
Why should you be unbanned: The base of the banned was me and the another lad could be , in the strongest of possibility , because we were held reliable for the destruction of the tank. This incident would not change the outcome of the engagement either way as a fact must be stressed , It was already being shot and rocketed by troops and a tiger within the area.
If that was not the case , than it would be because I and the another lad rushed the tank with our bayonets. Fact must be under consideration that I and the other guy did it because of the chaos of the situation , I did not get a chance to put that fact under proper thinking as I was being shot and taking cover behide one of the pillars at the Brandenburg gate and the action was committed purely as a respond to the situation at hand when I have the chance to do so when the tank was turning it's turret without thinking and a panic mindset from all the shooting.Not on purpose.
In either of those cases , A ban is too much. A warning of sort would be suffice. Either a warning of tier I or just a verbal warning that we must not do it. As it was a long time since I participated in an invasion event with tanks and what-not , and my first time having the bayonet as my tool of choice during such actions.
But a ban for just an action that did not change the outcome of the situation , not purposely , incidental and 1st time offence regarding these kind of matters was that of simply a tad bit too much.

Additional information: There was also another lad that was with me and banned. The name was Wilhelm von Straus.

I was in spawn and Spawned in an 3D Radio, because people are doing that all the time, and i was Vibing with the Bois to an Syrian song after 10 Minutes Stellman approached me and brought me up to the RS.
Then i tryed to explain that people are doing that all the Time and he didnt really cared about my trys to explain.

No, i dont think that, it would be Justified to warn me and remove my 3D Radio rights or anything,
Why should you be unbanned:
Because i love to play on this Server
and People are playing Music in spawn all the Time and Admins never said something against it.
But If i do that they directly ban me for no reason, that not fair, as i said remove my 3D Radio
rights but dont ban me.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: I did "/me notices semen stain on Dr Baron Von Keller's trousers" in a line up. In all fairness I shouldn't have done it.

Why should you be unbanned: it was clearly a joke and not erp. ERP suggest I was doing it for sexual gratification which I clearly wasn't.

I mean you were AFK, you did not have any control of the situation.
Next time maybe try freezing all of your props or just go in spawn like Lewic said BUT:
If we can look at this with a RP situation, you may have been kidnapped and tied up to a chair and thrown into the river.
Not the most practical thing to do to get rid of a hostage but still possible.

Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: I had gone AFK on a chair in a bar I had made in the attic building. I must have not froze it or something because while I was gone somebody had picked up the chair with a gravity gun and dropped me into the river and I when I came back I was in an admin sit. I explained what must have happened to the admin and I can't remember exactly what he said but it was something along he lines of he hadn't seen anyone throw me in. I didn't think he had warned me for it and I've only just noticed that he had.

Why should you be unwarned: because I hadn't done anything wrong.
 
Any kind of evidence: unfortunately not but the admin might remember although as it was over a year ago I'm not sure
Additional information: I don't think this was the admins fault at all though he could have not warned me.
