  1. +1 Decent bit of playtime High ranks Nice spread of regiments Good application
  2. +1 Allot of high ranks Ex Battalion Ex HC Allot of playtime Clean record Nicely written application
  3. +1/Neutral Allot of play time Nicely put together application From what I personally saw you are doing fine now Very wide spread of regiment, though allot are left at low rank Allot of warns for not so minor things Did poorly enough to get terminated In the end I believe your have potential now but it is a bit of a risk
  4. +1 Wide spread of regiments High rank more then once The colour hurt of the aplication hurt my eyes a bit Despite your wide spread I have no clue who you are
  5. +1 Couple high ranks Allot of playtime Some punishments but the reasons are minor in my opinion and old
  6. Neutral/+1 So for the most part this apply is fine, allot of playtime, some high ranks, nice diversity in regiments. But how its put together really trows me off, allot of lack of capitilasation and in some areas but not others and the colour missing on some places, minor spelling issues with letters being swapped around. It just makes it feel like you didnt double check your aplication and gives a unprofesional look. However, your ability to make a application look nice isnt directly imperative of your ability to be a battalion.
  7. +1 Good application Good spread of regiments and ranks Clean record
  8. I really don't see how it is common sense in this situation, people like to say it but I've yet to see one person actually address any of the points I made pointing out why its was a fair thing for me to do at the time. Explain to my why it is not RP friendly exactly? Has no-one in star wars ever crashed there ship into another ship to take it down? Has no-one ever been willing to die to save there friends and family that a government was coming to kill? (which they did, they bombed the entire town soon after this with the knowledge that the women were hiding inside and would die).
  9. Everyone keeps saying its common sense but in my opinion it was a very fair action to prevent a transport full of soldiers to arrive to shoot your home. Also I DID ask before taking it. They were transport troops to slaughter my friends and family, that is most definitly doing something to cause harm. Terrorist are not the only people willing to die for a cause, especially if the cause is defending your home and loved once. I understand VDM as a extention of a RDM, FailRP or FearRP charge, all of which I pointed out in my post as to why they dont apply
  10. Because 1. Republic vehicle cost, it would be to expensive as a repeat strategy. Unlike here were it was free, a ship stolen from the enemie in the heat of battle with no possibility of keeping it for the future. 2. Clones are loyal, but not desperately defending there home and driving like a cornered rat loyal. 3. If a clone is backed into a corner I see no issue with it as a last result. 3.1. I also don't see a issue with tanks driving over enemies, the reasons above are for ships. So yeah in allot of general situations it would be failRP, but in this particular situation it was not.
  11. My In-Game name: Battalion Colonel Fluffy STEAMID: STEAM_0:0:80404683 Steam Name: Fluffy What is the reason for your Warn: VDM Name of the staff member who warned you: Breatoking Why do I believe that I should be unbanned: Checking the rules VDM is not a rule. Generally it falls under some kind of failrp or fearrp, however playing a militiamen willing to die to take out a entire transport of enemies using a stolen ship is a completely fair thing to do. If fearRP apllies to any situation where dieing is assured we could never do any type of push, attacking a republic base is basically guaranteed death. A exchance of a full ship vs 1 person is a valiant and praised death. It would also not fall under failrp for not being able to fly to the ship as I was granted I could fly it (also it is not "common sense", a single militiaman dieing to destroy a entire enemy transport to protect his home is a completely fair action to take). It is also obviously not RDM as I was a EC that was there protecting there home. In short although I did kill a bunch of people with a vehicle, the action alone is not against the rules and within the context of the event it made complete sense for my character fighting for his home to be willing to sacrifice 1 life for a entire enemy transport burning his home. Add the rule (which in my opinion would be a bad rule) but as of right now its not in the rules as of the warn. Evidence: Here is me hitting them for context, its kinda pointless as I already said I hit them but there you go. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/462750104642781205/925438922635485234/Garrys_Mod_2021.12.28_-_16.16.22.02.DVR_Trim_2.mp4 In the end its only a warn and it doesn't matter very much, but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take and it only takes a map switch to write, If you decide it is common sense then I'll disagree but its not like I'll lose sleep over it.
  12. +1 Nice story, well thought out Like the formatting High rank
  13. What your suggestion is: A artillery piece, like the mortar suggested a while back but its less finicky to use. Has multiple shell types for EP and/or regiments to use. Scriptfodder/workshop link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2642378056 Any additional information: The main issue from my understanding in the last mortal addon was that it required to many steps, range finder, coordinate input etc. This is far simpler to use and the various shells add great variouty, if not for the clones then for EP. Also adds some neat props as a little bonus. A example of a use for EP is a event where people have to take artillery locations or defend them while the artillery actually fires upon them. (would also work on imperial but i don't play that)
  14. -1 Equipment question wrong (its not 2nd LT for if it gets edited) Battalion during combat question wrong (Granting is for co-leading) Playtime writen down in only weeks which peeves me
  15. -1 Aleks summed it up pretty well, but I don't value his being ex battalion enough to go to partly neutral.
