Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?:
 I am confident I will be a great Site Director
Because I have a lot of experience in leadership in different kinds of situations. for example as a head of external affairs i need to make certian decision not to blow our cover once there was a field agent he tough he could kill a police because he wanted to arrest them wich caused a big choas after that i orderd a other more expierenced field agent to "arrest" him secretly bring him to the site and made sure there was no evidence left. i could have taken it less serious but if i do that what does cross the line
and I think before I decide and think about what might happen if I decide and I always want to hear both sides of the story before I decide on a situation and/or punishment.
Of course, there will also be lesser days, but then I will continue to do my best and I will always listen to points of improvement.

What role does the Site Director have on the site?:The Site Director is Responible for there assigned site they are below the O5 Counsil in the chain of command and should always follow thier orders there also expected
to respond to the O5 to provide them with all necessary infomation about whats going on.
there in charge for the overall safety on the site for example if therse a raid going on they need to decide what to do against it and how 
but there also in charge of the smaller changes like reschedule appointments or planning events on site 
they are allowed to detonate the warhead with permission and they 
do alot of adminstrative work and if there busy the site advisor will help them if needed and they will also profide 
information to the site director

What is the O5 Council?:

The O5 Council are the leaders of the scp foundation world wide they oversee the foundation and there personel. they 
make desicions regarding safety, stratecigal, administration and more. there more on the background than the site director but nontheless they now anything
whats going on on the foundation/site.
the O5 council member arnt addressed with thier real name but with thier number and or nickname for example O5-11: "The Mailman" and not Micheal nickelson
overall they are on the top of the chain of command and they are above everyone else

Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions:
I’ve been in a few other serious rp servers like mrp and policeRP.
In police rp; I became a marshall and to obtain that role you need to make quick decisions. 
In mrp i became a commander of my branch; I recieved leadership to  around 50 people -with help of other ranking officers of course-
I had to represent my branch and show off leadership to be granted such roles.
On both servers they expected you be and act responible and could be counted on.

Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?:
I think i would serve a good site director because of my past in roleplaying in serious servers as a high ranking player, and i can make though decisions fast.
Of course, not all correct but i think i got what skills are required to be a good leader and do my tasks with respect. I can be nice and chill and if someone gives me a suggestion on how to improve myself and get even better at my job,
 I will accept it and use it to improve my skills to become an even greater person (and in turn also a greater leader).

What role does the Site Director have on the site?
A Site-director is responsible for (all) decisions at one particular site of The Foundation, 

Like what new staff members are employed, the placement of objects in the site, janitorial schedules, what security measures are put in place, and when pizza day is.

When a containment breach of a certain magnitude occurs, or involves certain types of anomalies, and the site is unable to be secured, the Site-director (and the security chief) is responsible for notifying the O-5 council, which in turn might authorize detonation of the on-site warhead.

What is the O5 Council?:

The O5-Council is responsible for all worldwide (strategical) decisions for the Foundation worldwide, 

Some objects have certain hazardous properties that make them exceptionally dangerous to life and property or the secrecy of the foundation, to such an extent that in some cases intervention is required to secure and contain life, property and the secrecy of the foundation;

I think i would be a good due my experience with roleplay and taking a leading role,
ive been a commander on mrp and marshall in police rp wich took responibility, i know mosty of the time to take the right decision
and if needed to the right consequence based on the situation.

the site director is the second highest rank in the foundation and as the name says hes the director of the site he supervice the
departments and staff members, he only responds to the O5 itself and he listen to suggestion and act on them

 The O5 Council Overseers the scp foundation they are made out of 13 persons (in this case 12)
there the most powerfull people on the planet and they know everything and everyone they have the power to see all information 
and are responible for the foundations the safety of the world

so as i mentioned before i played a lot of time on gmod mrp 

i started as an enlisted and learned to listen to higher ups so i know how its is to be in a lower rank, later on i climbed up the ranks and became the commander of my branch which brought a lot of responsibilities whit it in my term there where circa 50 enlisted/officers, i needed to make a lot decisions and make sure people were happy with it so i needed to discuss a lot so i know how to talk with people and how to make compromises so everything went smoothly  sometimes it was frustrating and annoying due the fact that you have that much leadership but i stayed cause i enjoyed it and when my term was over i made sure the new commander would be set to start his term, after my term i went back in the field and was a squad lead so i needed to make quick BUT good decisions so no one would die i learned that more and when i had played a around a year i decided to take a break so i went to the police rp.

i was oke with but when i got the right rank i became marshall wich where specialised in protecting and negotiating and more 

i chose the negotiation role cause i like the way id go so after a long time i was handpicked for swat where i needed lead raids and counters the planning was more precise then mrp cause we had civilians and not everything which wasn't us was hostile so i learned that, sometimes i need to make tough decisions for example is he a victim or a hostile you needed to guarantee safety which was in the beggining kinda hard but i began to understand it after that i stopped a while in gmod

so overall i think i have the requirements for the O5 and if i don't have specific knowledge i would love to learn it.

when i began with playing scp-rp i joined SA or SD alot when it wasnt a Wl job and 

i loved it to play in administrative roles i don't know why but i think it's more roleplay to have something like a real chain of command and departments like this.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself 

differs from any other site Adminstration?: the O5 council differs form normall administraion cause there have been in here a long time and got the complete rulership about the foundation and they even can pass laws and order people for example the sd even so that the sd needs to respond to the O5 they can order to kill any high comand and the can initiate classifed procedures 

 

What is the O5 Council?:the O5 is are the highest ranking people in the scp heirachy novbody can outrank them and they now every secret there also the directors of there disired department 

and there 13 (in this case 12) O5 categories 1 till 12 and they are all diffrent one is for

I think I will be a good sd because I have a lot of experience in leading organizations, when I started with gmod I went milrp game there I learned the roleplay and at a certain moment I was the commander so I had to lead over 50 men there was a lot to consider like which decision should be the best, later I went to police rp and learned to make decisions quickly so I think an I will be a good asset as sd.

What role does the Site Director have on the site?: the Site Director is Basiclly the on-site O5, he works with the high command to discuss and  make the best decisions, The site directors makes sure everything runs smoothly on site and can adress concerns and questions to the site high command. hes also capable of respond to the O5 

What is the O5 Council?: the O5 Council is the highest ranking heirachy in the foundation no one can outrank them  there resoneble for ensuring that the site or department there linked to is activily progressing and reaching new hights, altough the Council are linked to a department for example internal security they oversee the people who have the leadership in the internal security department and make sure it goes smooth, so long story short there have the last word and

How do you initiate a lockdown/unlockdown?: it depends on a situation but i will explain what will happen in both ocasions so first i gonna contact the hc to inform them whats about to happen i while give them lrc and ill tell them what the priority
is and what i want them to do all that above need to happen quick minus 1 minute i prefer, when thats settelt i will make sure everything is going smoothly and will lead wherever its needed form my location

How do you Initiate a nuke?: i will collect all O5 togheter to discuss what we should do if we are convinced the nuke is the best option were gonna start to follow the plan/procedure to make sure the threat what inside wil be gauranteed ended 
any small mistakes are not allowed and will have consequence's if were not all dead, we make sure that nothing goes wrong and all threats will be terminated

leading roleplay and when i played on the server iam mosty site diretor or site advisor, i have a lot of expierince in rolepay and with leading fuction ive play mrp and police rp where i learned diffrent types of leadership wich i can combine 
to be as usefull as possiple, i also like to play more as an administrative role than a battle role
