+1 Storm has proven time and time again his dedication to the server and his regiment he wants to help the server to the best of his ability and i see that when i play the server with him in my experience with him he is calm, deadicated, helpfull, and understanding. i know that my opionion probobly doesent meen much here anymore but even tho he lacks experience he would be one of the best staff member ive seen in the three years ive been here. +1 playing 104th isnt bad if you have regen shields but if you dont and your an ET youll die pretty quickly so i agree with no fall damage if you have the jump pack out

Staff are also to make sure the server runs smoothly which can be done by assisting new players getting used to the server by showing them what they have to do to have a better time such as giving them the content packs they need and if they don’t know the rules show them how to access the rules, also by dealing with claims that are submitted by players such as getting building tools, regimental equipment they do not have access to in the F4 menu and dealing reports of players who are not following the server rules. List of all previous server staff experience: I have been both staff and EP in CWRP I gained the rank of senior admin in staff I was also staff on CWRP for over a year. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I do understand I may be demoted at any time by hierarchy with a valid reason. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would Check logs to find out who is killing them and then bring them to a sit where I would explain why it was wrong and why he is being warned or banned depending on how many people he killed 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: if they had just joined I would explain the process of changing their name (ST #### [Name]) then adverting to ask for a trainer, if they were waiting for a long period of time then I would bring over an NCO to train them. 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This was not an attempted RDM as it was only one shot and a mistake, I would leave this to shock to warn him. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I do nothing as a staff member because saluting is in RP but I would also remind him of this rule because he might not have been trained properly 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I would take them to a sit, informing them that what they did was FailRP and I would also remind him that finding loopholes is not the best way to proceed in the server and could lead to further punishment then I would warn them using !warn. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would explain to the player that I am just following the guidelines given to me by Server Management Team and would direct them to the forums to make a unban/warn request if they believe it was too harsh Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe you should pick me for staff because I am a responsible and mature candidate and I would think about my actions before I do them, I will never dive head first into a situation and do something based off what one person told me whether they are a high rank in the server or a new player, I would look for proof whether that be a video or checking the logs or a screenshot of the suspect breaking the server rules. I know how annoying it is to be waiting for a staff to be on or when there’s not enough staff on and there is an overflow of claims happening that the current staff members on can’t handle all of them since they could be dealing with someone in a sit or assisting people in the server have a better time. I also I have previous experience in staffing the CWRP I was in the staff team for over a year and in that year I helped to the best of my ability. I know that my past on the CWRP server is very up and down I'm not saying I didn't deserve the things that happened but I do wish to help this new server grow and be best version of itself that It can be. as one of the older members of CWRP and the community overall, I have high levels of maturity and can make well-informed decisions as I will and always have considered everyone and their viewpoints, whilst having a up and down past within the server I like to always uphold myself to a good standard to ensure that everyone has a good time, from new to old members of the community I hope that even though I have done some questionable stuff in the past I hope with this new chance to help the community again. I wish to help in anyway possible and I'm eager to learn and help a new server.
