Hello fellow members of this SWRP comunity. I have just gotten NCO trained and it has come to my attention that during a hostile VIP diamond, there are the callout "Potential hostile" and "Potential Friendly? What. In. The. Acutal. Fuck? With my rank I have the experince to say, that this is simply bad. This is like saying "maybe" and "maybe not" are different words. I am dumbfounded by this logic and want it to be changed. This has been said many times over, but an event character deficit is not primarily caused by equipment. Some of the reasons are rather: - People want to be active within their regiment - People need loggings (in most regiments) as clone - People are off promotion cooldown and want to be promoted af a clone event - Being event character is a commitment and forces you to stay, even if you don't want to Also in regards to equipment of regiments like RC, it's important to understand what numbers you are working with. How many people do RC consist of compared to a normal regiment? Lastly, let's be real here. I may not be a self-proclaimed 5 year active memer, but during my entire time on the server being event character has always had the same amount of disinterest. It's simply uninteresting and doesn't do anything for your progression on the server. It actually seems to have gotten a bit better with the addition of TS medals.

Let's be real here, if they get kicked for reaching the threshold, most likely they're going to get banned anyways. And if they are to reconnect after having been kicked in the brig, getting a staff member to continue the punishment is a valid option depending on the circumstances.

Neutral The thing is, the only moment commanders are to fly is: A) Under map switches B) For transport The first instance is completely negligible, since LAATs are set up by the EP. The second requires CE being and staff to be absent and usually staff are quite quick at slapping down and noclipping a LAAT. That being said, it's a bother having to call staff to spawn in a LAAT, but being FT doesn't mean you get to deploy one whenever and the case of them needing noclip requires a staff member either way. It goes both ways.

+1 Good application in both formatting and answers, which shows time has been spent and a healthy mindset. Activity and playtime are also not an issue. From personal experience I can furthermore say that Navas is a friendly guy and overall competent guy, who would be a perfect fit for staff. Good applicant, best of luck.
