Hallo, Fred here. Yes that night was an absolute shitshow in every aspect and rules around tuskens need to be clarified more for the player base in general. The video that got shown by yourself and a inquisitor clearly proved that you MRDM'd and you admitted it yourself and provided evidence which is the reason for the lesser ban. Quite honestly if i was in the same situation as you I probably would've done the same thing. Even during my time not being staff I have helped out new staff members in situations where they aren’t sure what to do and there was no other staff to help them. I have helped out in many different updates on CWRP and IRP attempting to make the server a better experience for all.and I have assisted new players in getting used to the community and the servers to make them have a better and easier time. It is very rare I have not helped out someone understand something better in this community and will try answer the question to the best of my abilities. If a fellow staff member needs help with something I will also assist them in the best of my abilities and explain the situation to them if they do not understand it. I’m not going to say I’m a great guy and extremely patient and you should love me, if you know me and you’ve talked to me about something then you should know what I’m like and judge your opinion of me off that, if you don’t know me at all then you shouldn’t be letting me in the staff team, it is quite simple. The sith cloak is very very broken and the rules about it is not stated anywhere and for a new person to the server it is understandable why in this situation medt would open fire. When soul started shooting the sith while he was cloaked medt was somewhere completely different not in view of the current situation that was developing behind him. He heard shooting where I was being held hostage and he went back to figure out what the fuck is going on like any sane person would do and saw soul shooting and opened fire as well not knowing that the sith did not exit cloak just doing what every other person would do. Before the situation escalated to much I got them to stop and informed them of the siths shitty cloak and the rules surrounding them. After they both learnt about it the situation went back to normal as if it never happened. If they started tracing and following the sith while the shadow was being shown after knowing about the rule then the warn would be understandable. The problem was dealt with there and then and there is 0 point giving a warn considering that what medt needed to learn was told to him by me at the time and really the only way you get to know about the sith cloak situation is when you experience something like this or you see/hear about it.
