+1 Mike has been an EP before and I have confidence in his abillities. His plan contains detailed setup instructions, pre prepared dupes, good breakdowns for each regiment and a well thought out jedi portion. I've not had or seen any issues with mike that would indicate he would abuse EP powers. I rarely give reccomendations but Mike is an old player of the server and i have respect for him. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I have a very mature and honest perspective that I believe will allow me to be a great member of the battalion. I have previous experience climbing to the rank of Battalion Captain before moving to become an OS Commando, allowing me a unique insight to how both “elite” groups operate and what’s expected of them. I’ve held other ranks within the staff team reaching senior administrator before moving into the event planner team and becoming DEM. I’ve been a member of the security staff for around 2 years now, where I'm responsible for ensuring a good environment for role play and stability in the server operation. Stay within the front / middle of the assault / frontline. Remain with your supervising regiment and assist them, do not lead the charge. I get that the people on the ABS and BS jobs are typically not that interested in RP, but this is a symptom of a lack of RP direction for the job. They should have something to do otherwise what else is there other than pretending to be CG or messing about.

+1 BSEC should be able to follow battalion around everywhere without asking permission, being scraped off at a high CL area doesn't make sense, if you don't want protecting just dismiss the security and they leave and go to CL3 area. Take away the cuffs, and give them a spicy gun instead to prevent the whole CG imitation thing. Acting all annoyed about BSEC being around you RPing is pretty cringe.

Leading by example in all areas, this includes being a professional in the role. Grant permissions for members on base when they wish to take off/leavemb/leap/claim TRs and more. Mentor regiments when they have problems, getting involved in the recruitment process if needed and generally improving the regiment’s effectiveness in combat. Lead them into battle from the front or rear if leading, by using their best regimental aspects to defeat the enemy fast.
