The site director's task varies from perspective to perspective. For one, it can be a placeholder position made to ensure a smooth and well-disciplined work environment. and for others, a position so high and prestigeous that they can't even imagine themselves there. In my words, the role of a site director is to both ensure a well-operating, smooth-going site while taking certain orders from certain people and reporting to them accordingly. Also to add, site director is the highest rank one can get to or know about in the foundation. They represent the highest position on the site; therefore, everyone below the hierarchy usually reports to them, if not to their department heads, etc. To simplify the site director's task on the site, as the name suggests, direct the site to ensure a smooth, disciplined work environment while still holding a serious and important role in the foundation. I will ensure that everything will be done in a good, logical matter and ensure a well built job for the release to present a well made, organised job. after the release, according to how the server progresses, we will have to do changes here and there and i, with the directorate, will decide and again make sure to have a well organised and planned changes implemented to the job while ensuring a serious and prestigeous job the Side Director job is and the position it holds in the server. As for the previous, known issues of the job back in V6, i will present answers and fixes to SMT and implement them accordingly. Such issues for example; Activity of the job at some point of the server that got fixed by the previous management, Players that had the Whitelist but couldnt RP properly due to lack of knowledge of the job, creating a weak view for the Site Director Position. Lack of communication between the departments and such due to some powerhungry players that isolated themselves from others. Now you might say that these are all player-related issues, and you would be correct, but remember that players act according to what they see or what they think is right for the job, and it's our job as the directorate to create guides and possibly tasks for them to do to ensure a fair and correct roleplay being done while still allowing players to act with their creativity. These shortcomings will mean that the player will not have an example to work with and create his own persona. (300 word minimum): due to my old experience, dedication to the server, and both game and lore knowledge, i think id be a good staff member. i can keep my seriousness and focus during my shifts, trying to be as helpful as possible to the playerbase while enforcing the rules, creating a good and fun enviroment for everyone and creating a good impression on people i help and people who roleplay. i did pretty good with the ULX Commands before, tho i might be a little rusty now theres nothing a few good teaches and a little experience cant fix. i allways tried my best and will do. ive spent over 1300 hours on this server alone thus my game knowledge, rule knowledge and punishment knowledge would make me stand out from most of the candidates. i will try to be supportive about enforcing the rules, actualy trying to help people in the game by teaching the right IC thus both continuing the roleplay while making everything fun and actualy teaching the right, instead of just freezing the player and exploding the roleplay. i hope ill be able to do everything i promise on this, if not ill try my best to be as close as possible. as in staff team im not here to get power in the server and climb through the ranks, i love to help people on the server, and i would love to take it to the next level by applying for staff once again, since now i have a stable job with dedicated times, id be able to play on my designated times, hitting quota (hopefully) everytime. tho there might be some changes on my time due to the Tasks i might recieve in the future, tho i wont let this disrupt my daily log in and quota. Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): SCP-RP is not only about the foundation, but variaty of different factions, ranging from the famous Chaos insurgency all the way to the GOC, MCnD and everything else we might see in the future. SCP foundation is where new players can be a D-Class and be tested on various different things, providing unlimited roleplay situations. one can also be a researcher where he would conduct these tests, while someone can be SCP's, the main interest point of the SCP-RP. theres dozens of them in the server ready for players to play. as theres also certain task forces for everything in the foundation, from protection, containment, guardment and whatnot. as surface RP one can be a civilian and somehow (through IC) join Chaos insurgency on some situations, and help overthrow the foundation. these were the "base" roleplay factions one could join right on, now theres unlimited chances and offers this server provides, as its impossible to explain all of them. Please stop making unban request over and over again, the last one you made got answered 17 hours ago and it got denied. if you dont stop posting unban requests you will most likely wont be unbanned anytime soon

13 hours is not enough for you to get the site director role. you need to be well known among the community and in RP. when we say past experience, we meant the experience in this server. you being high ranking on other server does not mean anything on this app. the rest of the app is meh, a little underdetailed compared to the accepted ones. i will leave -1 and tell you to get more playtime and get more known in the community, youre applying to the second highest ranking job on site.

hello yes first of all leaving a -1 does not mean we have a problem with you this only means our opininon on the position you want to be. your pretty impatient from what ive seen. i never saw you in the game too, so i cant know how you behave in-game. youre almost not known in the community, try to get more known by joining in to the RP and leaving a mark in it. as the other fellow staff members said, i dont think youre mature enough to be in the staff team. i will leave a -1 on this app and wish you well...
