So it might have been a misfire. But because i was not the one taking the claim, i did not check it out any further after you got warned.

I do take it that the staff member made sure what happend before warning you.
I would like to hear the staff member side.Actually he didn't check before that, he just said he saw the logs and he didn't need any other proof, I told him it was word for word and yet he gave me a warning without any proof other than the logs showing nothing, the situation was CrossFire and as soon as I saw that he passed on purpose I stopped.
He really didn't care that there was no definite proof that could be seen whether it was ARDM or not, and he literally yelled at me to go to the forum with I have a problem and return me back -

Why do I believe that I should be unwarn: So what actually happened is that one side said I shot him for no reason, and I said it was CrossFire, the admin relied on the logs, without a record or photographic proof, because it's word for word.
Afterwards, when I talked to him in admin site, he argued and did not agree to remove the warning, even though I explained to him several times that it was word for word and he must have photographic proof because there is no way he can know if it was crossfire or not.
Evidence: I not have evidance but he not have anything, just logs. -

If he does not show that the same person is killing people, I will ask the complainant to see a record of the case and check the logs.

I actually play here for quite some time, and never got a real chance to prove myself I was a team on a number of other servers and I think I know how to run well as a team, I play garrys mod for about 6 years so I have game knowledge and I know how things work, I Diligent and responsible and knows how to work with people well and also get to know people on the server and connect with them. I have received a number of prohibitions and warnings in the past but since I no longer receive any punishment because I am conducted in a good and proper manner, I have a great desire to help serve and I know I can do it in the best way.
I am very active and know when to laugh and when to be serious, I understand the responsibility of a team member but because I have a lot of experience as a team member on other servers and other games, I think I can help new staff / new players, and I can contribute to them from my knowledge and experience . Part of my strengths is that I know how to give up when I need to, but I also will not accept lack of seriousness or insults from players or team members and I will know how to act accordingly.
werwolfgaming is a great community and I would be honored to be a part of it, I want to show my appreciation by helping this server, plus it's an experience I want to give to others by supporting this server and preventing those who ruin a healthy role play, also the last reason I believe I deserve the ranking This is because I will always be motivated to progress and improve on the server and move up the ranks so I can make an impact and make the server better, and of course I will always be happy to get help and learn from other staff with more experience. In conclusion I think I am already fit to be a team member and I think I can represent the server as best I can.

So that's why I'm neutral, because there's really no option to know how the situation would have gone on, and also because I do not really know what was before, you did not say too much about the whole situation.

There are a few more regiments / agencies than "Wehrmacht", "Orpo" & "Party". You would explain to the user what jobs require VIP/Platinum VIP and what every single regiment / agency does briefly.
What is it according to the punishment's list? Oh wait as Staff you don't swear allegiance to the Punishments list under a photo of Auster every time you log on the server. You actually need to have a good grasp of the server rules, and not have to mind meld yourself to the Punishments list. As sometimes, rule breaks happen, that are NOT on the punishments list. But, to conclude, the punishment would be NITRP [Tier I to II]. [1w-2w] & [2w-Permanent] respectively, based upon evidence and lack of intention to roleplay stated.
Great English there, I am sure you will be easy to talk to when a user needs help and they cannot understand a word of what you're saying. Anyways, IC consequences can be handed out in addition to OOC punishments. But if someone is not behaving on a Reich whitelist. They can also receive NITRP. But to touch on your comment about lowering their rank, you could inform the regimental CO's about this and they could deal with an IC punishment, but I don't think an unannounced OOC staff sit demotion is professional, nor good in a roleplay essence.

Just to point out, as a Caesar Commissioned Officer, I don't think I have ever really seen you in game, or if I did, I don't remember actually seeing you do anything impressive. So that shows that you cannot even be competent in an IC job. Let alone a Staff rank. Furthermore, it points out the lack of activity you have on the server which is a crucial thing for a Staff member to have.
None the less, your application is very poor, lacks heaps of detail and zest. You clearly have literally no effort to devote to the Staff team and just did this as a long shot. You are not well known and would definitely not work well in the current Staff team. I know English can be hard to learn, but I suggest actually re-reading your application and auto-correct words you misspell. As it gives a bad aura to the application and people reading it. In addition, I suggest getting a higher IC rank and more well known in the community.

I actually play here for quite some time, and never got a real chance to prove myself I was a team on a number of other servers and I think I know how to run well as a team, I play garrys mod for about 6 years so I have game knowledge and I know how things work, I Diligent and responsible and knows how to work with people well and also get to know people on the server and connect with them. I have received a number of prohibitions and warnings in the past but since I no longer receive any punishment because I am conducted in a good and proper manner, I have a great desire to help serve and I know I can do it in the best way.
I am very active and know when to laugh and when to be serious, I understand the responsibility of a team member but because I have a lot of experience as a team member on other servers and other games, I think I can help new staff / new players, and I can contribute to them from my knowledge and experience . They have a specific punishment list to adhere to so staff can't always give out verbals and punishments are generally based on playtime. (Newcomer/Veteran etc).

That room is an OOC Zone generally but still IC. If you're guarding the MOI, you're in an actively used IC Zone and are subject to AFK punishment(s). Most people check the AFK Zones when they're contacting them via radio to see if they're in a valid AFK spot to then void the RP situation.

This still does not prove that it is not an error in identification / crossfire.
It is impossible to prove Crossfire / misidentification, which by the way died in the game because they made AOS without a video showing what happened, especially word for word because there are 2 sides and no one has proof, so you can't warn anyone.
