I don't see why not. I like this idea. The perms would need to be changed as you get a fuck load of perms as EP but I like the idea.

I have never seen you ever but that would make sense because I was mainly WW2 however would like to meet you eventually. The scenario part of the application lacks detail however it has all the information it needs there. You seem to have a good connection with people within the community which is important and you seem to have maturity. Having 0 staff experience doesn't matter at all to me as it shouldn’t. Judging by previous comments and what I have heard about you, you don’t have this. It’s very rare I do this but due to the wave of negative feedback I am going to -1 this application. This application surprised me. I am not going to lie as an all around person you are a good guy, however we don't just judge personality to see if you are right for the staff team. Unfortunately, your amount of warns in the time period of game time concerns me. You are a fairly recent player who I believe doesn't have enough knowledge yet.  I have seen you in game doing some funny things with Pac for roleplay etc. As much as this may be funny for others on the server this can be seen as mingy from a Staff member point of view so please be more aware of that. If this is to get denied I would want you to build up your reputation within the community and improve your behaviour in game before applying again. I can see that your recommendations are only people within the Orpo, so try get some contacts outside of that. Fixterman, get a better understanding of the rules and get your maturity up. That is the best advice I can give. Take care.

I banned you for FailRP name Tier II. You kept calling yourself after famous music composers and you were told by another staff member to change it and then you went ahead and changed your name to a famous composer again. This name is also shown in your unban request

Warns are how we learn from a situation and it's easier to see for us Staff if you have learnt from them mistakes when we check your warns. If you have been banned, make an unban request. However, if you have not been banned, I wouldn't stress. Judging on what you said the warns are valid. Warns like I said are there for your purpose and ours.

You seem to remain calm while getting situations done which is perfect in my eyes. To be fair, even though you have committed some actions that I would consider No Intent To RP within the server, you have had a year or so ban on this server. In my eyes, I would give you a second chance. If you do end up getting unbanned, please think about your actions wisely and read the rules to prevent situations like this from happening in the future.

I'm afraid I am going to -1 your application. You struggle to act professional most times and you are at least somewhat mature. I feel like if you were staff sits would be going on for 30 minutes or longer. As you have shown in game and OOC you sometimes struggle to listen to simple instructions. It is also quite hard to communicate with you. If you can improve your activity and act a bit more mature my view may change. Take care.
