Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:  The Foundation's ultimate position is the O5 Council, which is a group of people who collaborate to make important decisions. They act as a Council because, unlike the typical responsibilities of a Site Administration,  While they may occasionally provide direct commands to a Site Director or other Site Administration on Site, their major role is to observe and ensure everything goes fine, While each and every employee plays an important role. The O5 Council is the Foundation's most important branch in general

What is the O5 Council?:  

The O5 Council is a group of 12–13 people that keep the foundation on track and vote on major decisions that have an impact on it. GOI relationship adjustments, foundation rule changes, and classification changes are just a few examples. They do so by a vote. All council members' names are secret, as is the capacity to direct the detonation of warheads. They are there to safeguard and preserve the foundation's ideals, not only for their own advantage, but for the benefit of all employees. We must secure, limit, and guard mankind in order to keep it safe.
