this will be a Huge +1 since there is both staff supporting him and he was my superior and he was the only person that has cared for me even though when I was having breakdowns and cracks before the "incident" and I want to see him go further and yet I have to say this as two diffrent people I have trusted and thinked about him but I also forgot one thing myself and this resulted me overdosing and getting banned which I think I deserve it but still you have a bright future in the server with a respectable rank and a respectable reputation in my eyes and I would like to send my regards to yo Krauser I hope I can see you again and have a talk about the pas the preent and the future

From the short time I spent in the 1.SS after my return to the server, Krauser is someone who I immediately expected to be mingey. However, he has proven to be the exact opposite, he has the perfect balance of seriousness and sternness. You are very active in game and on the TS, I don't think there is currently a better person to be T-Mod in my opinion. Quite annoyed you didn't ask me to recommend you. Good luck in your application

Well what can I say Krauser I still remember you as little schutze haha. I have seen you on the server everyday, and on TeamSpeak as well, which proves you are a very active person within the NRP community. You have worked your way up the current rank you have now, which shows that you have dedication, which is very good to see. Now on the staff questions, I have very satisfied with your answers, very good indeed. The historical context question is good but I would like it a bit more information added on to it. You only have 4 warnings on the server, which shows that you are considerate of the rules. 
In conclusion I think getting good mentorship from one of our staff members, you will be a very good member to the staff team. Therefore I rate this staff application as a +1  Krauser I wish you all the best with this staff application.

As a man that has known Krauser for a while now, I can say that he is a good candidate for the staff position. He is mature, adapts quickly and is able to take a non-biased stance on matters in any situation. I hope you get accepted into the Staff Team.

The Servers time is set in 1943. A Lot of events happened back in 1943 Just like the Famous Sportpalast Speech from Joseph Goebbels declaring the total war, also a big loss that happened was the third Reich's Defeat in Stalingrad, which resulted in a major loss of Soldiers and a Big Military Disadvantage for Germany. Besides that, also the Allied Victory in North Africa Against the Germans gives them the Opportunity To launch a Invasion attack on Italy that was Occupied by Germans Giving the Allies also a step Forward towards Germany.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:
I would take the sit and bring both the victim and the guilty person to a quiet place, such as a roof and first of all listen to the story of both sides. While I listen to both of them, I will already check the logs and see what had actually happened at that instance and as well check the chat since it might have been a counter. If the person is guilty, I would check how many people have been killed and depending on that number, I will give that player a warning which either is a Tier I if it is his first offence and it only affected two players (in this case I would kick him from the server so he can read the rules while rejoining and remove the NLRs from the people affected), if it was more than that, I will give him a warn which will indicate his ban. I would then ban the player and before I do that, explain to him what he did wrong and tell him if he thinks that that ban is unjustified, he is free to do a unban/unwarn request on the forums. I would then remove the NLR from all affected players and put them back on the ground.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:
I would take the player to a quiet place on which I can talk with him freely about that. I would explain him that there are three main Reich Branches, them being the Wehrmacht (GD Bruno, GD Caesar, FG) SS (1.SS, Ordungspolizei, RSHA) NSDAP (Finanzen und Arbeit, Sturmabteilung, Hauptamt Königsplatz Propaganda, Streifendienst) and explain to that player what those respected branches do. I would then tell him how he can start off in either the Wehrmacht, SS or NSDAP by telling him to press F4, go to third Reich and from there he can decide which branch he wants to join, I will also mention that NSDAP is a secondary job which he can have along one primary job either being a SS/Wehrmacht job.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:
I would take him on a roof and tell him in a serious tone that this is a serious roleplay server. I would then ask if he even intends to roleplay and if he says no, I will ban him with NITRP if he admits to not wanting to roleplay. If he says that he is willing to roleplay, I will put him back on the ground because this would be a Verbal Warning. If he keeps messing around I would warn him and ban him for NITRP.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:
I would take that person to a quiet space where I can talk with him privately. There I would tell him that he has to either start roleplaying correctly or stop playing. I would check his warns for any previous warns which could be connected to this such as NITRP. If he is a new player with a playtime lower then one hour, I will give him a verbal warning, if he is a veteran player, I would give him a NITRP Tier I and ban him.
 
5) A player is prop spamming:
If I see someone prop spamming, I would directly kick that person from the server because his props cause a lot of trouble so it would be best to get rid of them completely. I would then warn him about Prop Spam and ban him permanently.

Offence Tiers:
Tier I punishments are either given to players who have done their first offence regarding that broken rule or new players. They will also be given a Tier I if the rule that they have broken was broken unintentionally. A Tier II punishment will be given to players which either have already been warned/banned for that rule break or if they are veteran players meaning that they have a greater playtime than five days.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:
IC, standing for “In Character” is something which is happening in game. OOC, meaning “Out of Character” is something which can obviously not be taken IC and is not connected to your character at all. Metagaming basically means to use information which was gained in a OOC area (OOC chat, Discord, …) and use it IC to your advantage or to find something out because he would not know such a thing in a IC sense.
 
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
Serious RP means that you are roleplaying like it were your real life and that you take everything which is said or done IC, Semi-Serious RP is where people do not take everything IC such as saying words like “spawn” and such. As well you are not playing like it is your actual life and treat it more like a game.
 
4) Define PassiveRP and explain its role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
Passive RP includes everything which is not associated with Combat in which the people use /mes and such to create a RP situation. This is there to create another type of RP (passive RP) and to avoid only having Combat RP since Combat RP will make the game less realistic, this is where we come back to the definition of Serious RP.
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
When Combat Baiting, you are trying to linger someone out of their RP zone and create a combat situation, whether it will be by throwing bottles at Reich officials, or showing your ID to someone where it says “German Resistance” and running away, or taking out your gun just to get people to chase and shoot at you.

I deserve staff more in my opinion because I am a very active and dedicated person when I apply for something such as staff on this server, and to show my dedication to the server, to express that even more, I want to become a staff member so I can do more for this community. How also mentioned, I deserve staff not only because I am an active 1.SS member, I also make sure with my Platinum VIP rank that no rule breakings occur. I help the server by calling staff always for help, but I want to take it to another level to enforce the rules by myself and to ensure players have a great playtime and experience on the server and keep the minges away from it. I would show myself from my most professional side. Since I believe that I am a serious roleplayer, I want to make sure other people do as well and I hope that I will get a chance to prove myself to everyone and show my dedication to the community. I am also wanting to join because the more people we have in the staff team, the easier it will become for them as well and I see that staff are working hard everyday on the server to keep it running.

Sure, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt in this case. Poor communication resulting in Error. Warn / Ban shall be altered depending on how things look when I get in game.

Hello, so as you can see in the picture above the raid we had conducted was voided, due to it having an invalid sequence, with the correct one being MB raid and having 2 assists follow. Even though I voided the raid due to this, you still went on and pulled out a shotgun and shot at a GD member, almost killing him (considered ARDM as its fail raiding). I then checked your warnings and saw that you just got unbanned on Wednesday night, now since you are a veteran player you would be receiving the veteran punishment + you had 2 days to read the rules while you were banned, that is the reason for why I issued a tier 2. I hope you take your time to read the rules during this ban.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail:
So I was Running  back to MOI going back to my Guarding duty and I basically ran past the place where I had died I had waited a little bit on Train Station aswell I think I had like 1 minute left of the NLR and While I ran back I came across the place where I died so the NLR tag was above my head and I think Stellman Saw it I had then opend 1 single door to check if a SS member was actually still alive Tough I had planned to run back to MOI since I wanted go back to my Guarding duty I also had told that Stellman.
 
Do you think your ban was justified:
Yes it was Justified but I Feel like a Warn would have been enough Because I am pretty new to the server aswell and didnt Break any rules for A really long time now the last Rule break I had was FailRP cause I had changed my Job title as a Mafia Associate instead of being the Mafia leader and yeah I kind of Felt like it was Really harsh I actually apologized to Stellman and asked him if I can get jailed or anything else I would have been fine with anything but a Ban.
Why should you be unbanned:
I should be Unbanned because the Ban was Really harsh I literally only have 1 Warning and that was for FailRP of course this counts as FailRP aswell but its still a Deicision of the Staff what the Punishment is Since I am relatively new to server and I also am in the 1.SS I am learning alot of Discipline and I want to also proof myself that I am not a Rulebreaker I really didnt intend to break a rule there but I did and I just feel like the ban is a little harsh Because I have been online everyday since I am on this server  I am on this server since the 9th of September and Didnt break any rules and only have 1 Warn I always try to prevent a Rule break or stay out of it I shouldve waited for my NLR to be over the 1 minute what i had left literally got me banned and I really feel like a warning or Jailing wouldve been enough to Handle this situation  I Really like the server alot and I have been always nice to everyone and didnt fuck up in any other way this comes to me really harsh now and I feel like this is really unecessary and I am also Apologizing That this has happend I Promise that stuff like this will not happen in the future ever again I am fine with a 1 day ban or a warn but 2 days Is just for me alot and Since I am also a working man I dont have to much time to play on this server and always manage to do so thats its enough I feel bad for my mistake and I see that hes just doing his job but I wouldve definently Sorted this Situation out in a diffrent way where it wouldve been more Fair towards me with only 1 warn and 5 days playtime it got me fucked up.
