Dear Applicant,
I am going to go through each video and state whether there has been Admin Abuse.
First Video: He used NoClip, in an OOC area IE Spawn? How is that breaking rules or admin abuse? Unless if your accusing him or harassment against someone else, which you need more proof than just that video.
Second Video: Same thing as before, Admins are required to use NoClip, and can be done in any location including while in RP [if they inform whom they are RPing with], I normally do 'Excuse me got an admin thing to do' and then go in noclip. Are you saying what I am doing in that example is Abuse?
Third Video: This is the only evidence I can see as potential staff abuse, and that is using a battering ram on the Reichstag Door, something ICly he would not have and therefore even if a raid was happening he would not be able to use it, only Reich Characters ICly have battering rams.
Fourth Video: Same as the first and second one, he was walking around in RP and went in no clip, how is that BSR or Admin Abuse? If that was then every staff member would be giving a temp tier weekly...
Final Video: So your accusing him of BSR or Admin Abuse by bringing another character to a location? Do you know his intent, as he could have been doing it because of a staff sit or because of someone breaking Server Rules, we need more proof on that particular one.
Overall, there is alot wrong with this application including the actions you are doing, believing he is doing misconduct before seeing it and believing that going in no clip in a OOC area or when someone isn't interacting in RP is Staff Misconduct, the only area I will state you have a degree of evidence, which is small, is on the Third Video and that would be APA [Admin Power Abuse] for using a battering ram on a door, which you can see it was him based on the voice range. But even then I am not really sure if he is a Reich Official in that video, he could be in citizen disguise? 
 

Just so I know for when this is discussed in the Senior Staff Committee on Sunday;
1. What Exactly are you Accusing the Staff Member in Question Of in Regards to Server Rules / Staff Guidelines,
2. Why did you think it was a good idea to actively stalk and antagonise a member of my staff team?
3. Maxton has literally commented above saying she doesn't give a shit and you're just being petty,
4. If you're making a staff abuse thread why exactly in your "video evidence" would you admit that "they know what I'm doing [...] I'm just trying to fuck him over" that then relates to point 2. and the point of Leopold in regards to witch hunting this Staff Member in Question,
5. Back to Question 1, What exactly where you trying to "fuck him over" with? In terms of the evidence in your opinion what does this show in regards to Staff Guideline or Server Rule Breakage?

Answers to the questions are not very in line with the punishment guidelines even though applicant has stated he read the guidelines. 
 
From the experiences I have had with you you've acted extremely immature during staff sits, usually start screaming (or raising your voice), arguing with the staff members, acting irrational, and along with the "I will go talk to Harland about this" you will just simply ignore what we are saying. 

I do think your behavior has improved slightly which is most likely because you were going to apply for staff but I do think it's to soon especially seeing the dates your warns were given on. Your last warn being only 2 weeks ago. (And the other 14 warns were all given in your first 2 weeks of playing)

 
I do think you have slightly improved (behavior wise) but in my opinion you need to spend some more time on the server (without getting warned)/in the community before applying for staff.

Dude has a incredible memory and probably knows all the rules by heart. Also everyones favorite TV producer! The amount of ban requests this man has made / how often the guy deals with minges at night is quite impressive, and could help the server at night time.

I think the rules on this server need to change . The extremely virginy admins will ban you for doing things that would happen in real life . If it’s role play then make it realistic don’t put in rules that are the opposite .

The organization and its goals:
In the 1940s, the Communist Party of Germany, with support from the Soviet Union, tried to work underground to build an "operative leadership". It was particularly active in 1943 and 1944 and was one of the largest groups in the German resistance against the National Socialist state. Its hub was in Berlin. They focused on disseminating information that they were able to glean from foreign newspapers and from radio broadcasts from Moscow They also organized the Bewegung Freies Deutschland (Free Germany Movement) to work with people in factories, military units, opposition parties and others, growing to several hundred people. The goal was to give the splintered resistance a central leadership. Together with Bästlein and Jacob, Saefkow formed the head of the organization, later also known as the "Operative Leadership of the Communist Party in Germany". There were strong links to other resistance groups in many of the bigger German cities, such as Magdeburg, Leipzig, Dresden and Hamburg. The plan was to build a united front, with anti-fascist circles of the Social Democrats and the middle class, that would topple Adolf Hitler through sabotage and other acts.

The end of the organization:
In April 1944, Social Democrats Adolf Reichwein and Julius Leber, who were members of the Kreisau Circle, got in touch with Saefkow and Jacob to talk about bringing their Communist organization into the conspiracy of the 20 July plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler. This was done with the knowledge and agreement of Claus von Stauffenberg. An additional meeting was planned for July 4, 1944 to discuss concrete measures. They were denounced by an informer, however, and when Jacob, Saefkow and Reichwein arrived at the appointed place, the Gestapo arrested them all. Leber was arrested a few days later. Bästlein had already been arrested again on May 30, 1944. Saefkow, Jacob and Bästlein were all sentenced to death by the Volksgerichthof on September 5, 1944 and were executed on September 18, 1944, at Brandenburg-Görden Prison.
On the server: 
The SJBO on the server would of course operate a bit differently to that of its real-life counter part, the SJBO on the server would mostly take part in sabotage, anti-national socialist propaganda, and would attempt to establish strong connections with other resistance groups in Berlin to weaken the efforts of Germany. 
The group would also be in charge of making a newspaper that was at the time illegally made by the organization, the name of the newspaper was "Die Innere Front" ("The inner front") , although not much information about the contents of the newspaper is known, it's safe to assume it was KDP propaganda, Soviet glorification, and defeatist material with the intent to make the average worker rise up against the national-socialist state.

when your blindfolded you have to expect they have a weapon on you so you consistently have to follow what they are saying due to you not having a clue if they have a gun or not

Hello,
I had verbally warned you earlier that day to stop breaking the rules (jumping in shackles, moving under GP etc). Then when we had a large group of mafia (which you were a part of) shackled and were transporting them to PD we blindfolded all of them. 
All of you started immediately spamming your flashlight button so I did indeed warn you guys verbally to stop spamming your flashlight button. Two of you continued (of which one was you) and the other guy still continued after I again told him to stop. He indeed got warned for ignoring staff. 
We then moved all of you into the PD cells, I saw you continuously moving under gunpoint, even when you weren't blindfolded. You were then blindfolded again, I removed your blindfold and told you to stop moving as you were under gunpoint. During this time @Dr Markus Scheppert was trying to handcuff you, but you continued to move under gunpoint towards the cells,  you then argued you were pinned against the wall, and that it was pulling you towards it. 
Your shackles were pinned on the cells their stairs, you moved away from those stairs to prevent Markus from handcuffing you even though you were under gunpoint and you had been given several verbal warnings to stop fucking around that day. You decided to ignore those and got yourself banned.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail:
So I joined the server for the first time in weeks and decided to drive for a little while. I drove around the city maybe going 40 km/h, but I promise I did never speed a lot, nothing remarkable at least. I admit that I drove a little bit reckless next to the gathering with Reich officials, and tried to park there, which was tricky since there were people jumping on my roof and standing in front and in back of me. My car is worth 17,5 million and is coloured red. There are several other cars of the same type on the server and as far as I know there was another car of the same type with the same colour as mine driving around Berlin at the same time as I got banned. There was also somebody driving into a croud of people standing at the Italian restaurant with a silver colored car. I just don't want to be taken guilty for anyone else's offends and I would appreciate if you could talk to Herman Stellman and ask him about the other cars on the server at the time. I got really confused when I was taken to a sit like I was about to park my car and yeah... I'm quite determined that you are mixing me up with someone else, because as mentioned, this is the first time I am playing in weeks, and for such a short time.
Do you think your ban was justified:
Both yes and no. I don't think my offends are worth a permanent ban. Maybe it is worth a ban for speeding or reckless driving which would be a couple of days, but certainly not a permanent one, having in mind that this is my first day of playing in weeks. I did not kill anyone nor damage anyone as far as I know. I didn't shoot a single shot and wasn't even playing as a criminal, which as quite typical for people that get NITRP warnings. 
Why should you be unbanned:
I like playing on the server and I know much about it which makes it a pleasant experience with friends and stuff. I have put some money on the server on Platinum VIP, Gold Bundle and I am currently boosting the Werwolfgaming Main Discord Server. I really like the community where you don't get judged and you can talk about whatever without offending anyone. I may have a lot of warnings, but most of them are old and I don't have a B1 (first ban in the new system) expect this one. I think I have learned from my mistakes and I don't think my actions deserve a permanent ban.

What did the reported staff member do to abuse their power: I believe this staff member were FailRPing by jumping into a car at high speed, therefore breaking server rules. Even the Senior Moderator Norbert Heinich would consider the situation in the video as FailRP.
