When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since?: I believe I joined back in December 19th 2018, took about 2-3 breaks and finally came back and dedicated time to the server about 3 months ago.
How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server and our forums?: I use Teamspeak most of the time even when not on the server, I check the forums regularly but rarely engage in posting stuff.

State the role of staff on the server: The Staff are meant to be the people that deal with any rule-breakers by the means that are written down in the Punishment Handbook of the Server. It is also their job to guide new players that are clueless as to what the server is about or how it functions whenever needed.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): 1943 was the year in which the Germans and Italians lost Northern Africa against the Allies, followed by the Allied Invasion of Sicily and the fall of Mussolini's Government. This was the year that defined the tides of WW2. The last German soldiers at Stalingrad surrendered and the Soviet counteroffensive was increasing its momentum. The last major historical event during the year was the Tehran Conference held between Churchill, Stalin and Roosevelt at the end of November until early December. That was the time when Joseph Goebbels held the famous Sportpalast Speech. One thing to note is that it was in this year that the Gran Sasso raid to rescue Mussolini was launched by the Waffen-SS and Fallschirmjager.

2) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team?: Moderator
3) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why?: I had to resign due to simply not having enough time to spend on the server due to various reasons, some of which include school and IRL.
4) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member?: I would've spent a bit more time on SOD and I would've dealt with minges a bit more swiftly, as back then I took a bit of time to get used to the Punishment Handbook.
5) How have you improved since you left the staff team?: I have improved my decisiveness, as well as my patience and understanding of the server itself, as well as the rules.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would first bring both players to a roof (Reichstag, MOI Roof etc.) and begin questioning them about the situation. While they are explaining their sides of the story, I would check BLogs and try to get an understanding of what happened. If the accused is a new player and has killed only 1 person, I would go ahead and issue a Tier I warn + a kick with a link to the Server Rules. If the player is a Veteran and killed only 1 person, I would Warn him and give him a 2d Ban. There are many more possibilities in this scenario, so I would best sum them up by just directly referencing the Punishment Handbook.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would first ask him which branch he is interested in (SS/NSDAP/Heer etc.). After he's told me, I would go about explaining what the different branches are involved in and then once he's chosen one, I would tell him to do either /armycadet (Heer), /policecadet (OrPo) or /partycadet (NSDAP).
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would first go about checking his previous warns/bans and depending on his past history and if he is a new player, I would give a 1-2w ban depending on the severity. If it's a Tier II and the player is a veteran, it would range from 2w to a permanent ban. If it comes to the perma ban, I would ban him for the longest time possible and then contact SMT to extend it to permanent.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: If the person is a new player, I would try giving him a verbal warning by explaining what he is expected to do as the rank he's acquired and hope that he listens. If he continues afterwards, I would go about contacting his superiors in the regiment since this is more of an IC issue rather than an OOC one. A NITRP ban might be issued if he continues even afterwards depending on his BLogs history however.
5) A player is prop spamming: If the player does it repeatedly, I would TP him to a roof, freeze him and ban him for however long time is possible until SMT can extend it to a permanent Prop Spam Ban.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier I's are usually associated with new players who haven't fully grasped the server rules yet or rule breaks that are carried out unintentionally, hence why lighter punishments are given for such rule breaks. Tier II's are associated with veteran players or intentional rule breakers, and bigger punishments are handed out for such. Tier I's mostly involve kicks and/or warns. Tier II's mostly result in Bans.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC is everything that your character would know in the game. OOC is considered everything that is learned through means that don't involve the game (Teamspeak, Discord, Twitch etc.). Metagaming is using the mentioned OOC means to give certain advantages to your character in-game.
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:  Serious RP involves much more Passive Roleplay than Semi-Serious RP does. SeriousRP focuses more on building up your character and referring to things IC at all times, meanwhile Semi-Serious RP is a tad more lenient than SeriousRP in terms of rules and roleplay.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: PassiveRP is every type of RP that does not involve combat. It is most commonly seen in the form of Medical RP, Business RP etc. It's one of the key factors that keep the Serious RP Gamemode fresh, unique and prevent it from devolving in a combat shit-fest. It also puts Roleplay first and above all else.
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat Baiting is using any means necessary in order to get involved in combat with another player. Common types of Combat Baiting are flashing your gun randomly in public, shooting randomly in public, breaking laws on purpose in front of police, etc.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): I think that I deserve staff more than most other applicants mainly due to my previous staff experience, as well as a few other key points which I will explain a bit further in the text. Main things that I am able to bring to the staff team are my maturity and unbiasedness, along with a couple of other traits.  I have also closely watched how my friends in the staff team behaved and had risen through the ranks, so that would also be very valuable if I do happen to get accepted into the Staff team again. Points that would help me in the Team would be friendliness, patience & decisiveness, seeing as they're among some of the most important things a Staff member should possess when it comes to communicating and dealing with players. Other than that, everything else I can offer is prioritizing sits when it comes to me being in-game, and trying to be on as much as possible when I am not otherwise preoccupied with anything else. I do pretty much enjoy helping new players get around to knowing the server and its rules, even more so than dealing with rule-breakers. My activity is pretty much solid, as I try to be on most of the time seeing as I don't really play any other games most of the time, which means I can take even more sits.

Good guy, great CO in OrPo. Has helped me with things like crime reports multiple times even though they are quite simple which can show how he has a lot of patience which is a good thing.

Civilians in Berlin are getting bombed more often, shortages are more common, the occupied territories are getting starved even more.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: TP to player that reported RDM, Ask for his name, TP to given name, Bring said person in a secure location (on top of a building etc etc),  bring reporting person, ask for offender's account of the facts, ask the same thing to the other player, check kill logs to see who is telling me the truth, and then if the offender is found guilty I would check how many people he killed and issue the relative punishment. If he is found guilty of NITRP, I would issue the relative punishment. If he is not found guilty, I would tp everybody back and let them continue their RP. 
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I explain to them their choices (Army and their Duties, Police and their duties, 1.SS and their duties but tell them that they're PlatVip+, NSDAP/SA and their duties and the fact that they're secondary) and explain to them how to become an anwarter for each of the regiments mentioned above. 
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would take him to somewhere safe, explain to him that this is SeriousRP and then I would listen to his response. If he clearly shows NITRP, I would issue the relative punishment, if he understands and agrees, I would Bring him back and then let him continue his RP. 
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: Talk to them in a safe place, explain to them what they would need to do with their rank, if they clearly show NITRP I would issue the relative punishment, if they understand I would bring them back and let them RP.
5) A player is prop spamming: I would TP to him, freeze him, delete his props and then Permanently Ban him.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier I rule-breaking is not done on purpose, due to a misunderstanding, being a new player or committing an error. Tier II is rule-breaking done repeatedly, Intentionally and by players that should have sufficient knowledge of server rules.  Tier I punishments are more lenient and tend to be directed towards making sure that the person getting punished is understanding their mistakes. Tier II is more about punishing people that really should have known better.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC is In-character , that means that their actions are being taken as if done by a real person in that determined situation. OOC is anything said and done while not roleplaying and it stands for Out-of-Character. Meta Gaming is the act of aquiring information with OOC means and then using them IC.
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: SeriousRP is when every action done in game needs to be in the realm of reality of the situation described in game, with in-depth charachter developing. Semi-Serious RP is when the actions are more gameplay based. 
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: PassiveRP is what gives flavour to a Roleplay experience: having a chat with your colleagues, going to the bar for a drink, organinizing a social event, medal ceremonies, when your regiments settles down after a long day of fighting. It is extremely important and as important as ActiveRP, which is the shooting "videogamey" part of the experience. 
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat Baiting are actions that have the goal of initiating combat without a valid reason I.E Instigating a Raid, saying out loud to an officer that you belong to a criminal organization without any reason, shooting shots outside a building hoping that people will come out and start fighting.

I am impartial and will not get my feelings in the way of decisions, no matter how important they may be. I as a person will not get my personal life involved in any way with the way I act as a staff member and will always act professionally towards anyone. I tend to never deny help to anybody and I will always aid anybody, be them an experienced player or somebody that has just joined the server. I am patient and will take time to understand each side of an argument and then, if I need to, I will act scrupulously and objectively. I understand people and the thoughts behind their actions. If I have an objective, I dedicate how much time and energy I possibly can to it and I will complete all my assignments. I am a very competitive person and I act upon my words with no exceptions. I have proved several times to be a trustworthy person. I act without fear of being judged. When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since?: I joined the server around 7 years ago when the server was still in beta phase and the werwolf community wasn't well known as it is now. I took some breaks here and there can't recall how many, but the last break I had was this year from August until the beginning of November as during that time I was looking for a job, now thankfully I have a job and I have time again to play on the server.
How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server and our forums?: I'll be honest I haven't used teamspeak 3 because for some reason the last ts3 update isn't supported on my pc, somehow?? But as I'm getting a new pc in the beginning of the next mouth (around day 3 of December) I'll be able to use TS3 again. The forums I do use them but I don't respond to any posts I join the forums, see whats going on and that's it.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of a staff member on any server is to make sure that people that are not willing to RP don't disturb the RP of others and get punished for doing so, is to make sure the rules are followed, is to make sure that players that need help in anyway, (example needing information), have the questions answered, and get the help they need.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):  The server is set in 1943 In Berlin during WW2. Germany was fighting many fronts during that time, on the east the Germans had pushed a lot until they reached Stalingrad but the Russians proved the Germans wrong and started to push slowly the Germans back as the Germans were also not prepared to fight in snow with the cold temperatures and the lack of supplies. Also while that was happening in Africa the Germans were also losing the north of Africa. And also to make it even worst the British kept bombing Berlin and soon the Germans would see a dark future.

1) For how long were you a staff member on WW2-NRP/ORP? Well I've been staff a lot of times on this server so it's hard for me to remember exactly for how long, but I believe the last time I've been staff I was staff for around 5 months? I could be wrong as like I said I can't remember.

3) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why? Well I did resign because I had to take care of stuff IRL as I said earlier I was looking for a job (I used to be on another job but that company closed), and because of this virus it made it worst to find work at least in my country. But now I have a job as I said earlier and now I have time to play again.
4) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member? I wouldn't do anything different the things I've did before as a staff I will do it again that is being professional and do the job of a staff member such as taking sits, answering questions and so on.
5) How have you improved since you left the staff team? I mean I believe I improved a lot the only problem I really had was my english and I believe my english has improved significantly compared to the other times I've been staff.

1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would bring the person that made the staff call to the roof and ask him who was random killing, while he was explaining me that I would check the logs to see who recently has been killing a lot of people and then (this what I'm going to say is for all answers just so I don't have to repeat it) I would bring that person that is randomly killing people to a roof or any other place that is impossible to reach in any RP situation, so if he is actually randomly killing for my safety and to make sure he wouldn't run away or try to kill me (even tho I would be in god mode) or kill the person that made the staff call I would jail him. After that I would ask the minger (when you start killing random people you are considered a minger) why was he random killing people for no reason, after hearing what he has to say, I would work from there, if he was a new player I would give him the link for the server rules, and then I would warn him for [Warn] RDM x(depending how many he killed) [Tier 1], and give him the proper ban. Now with the new staff system it also depends if he broke the same rule before, for example if he broke once (since the new rule sistem was implemented) the rule of RDM and he was being warned for RDM again I would give the proper warn + 25% from that warn, hard to explain (only for tier 2 of course), to resume if for example is a warn of 2 days and is his second warn for the same thing he would get 2 days + that 25% = 2 days and 12 hours. If it was not a new player I would warn him for [WARN] RDM x (how many he killed) [Tier 2] and possibly a NITRP [Tier 1], reason for Tier 1 is because everyone deserves second chances, as everyone knows Tier 2 are more harch so he would get a bigger ban compared to Tier 1.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: As that is a simple and quick question in this case I don't think I would need to bring him to a roof so I would tell him that there are companys that he can join like ORPO and Company Bruno for User ranks and 1.ss, NSDAP, Caeser for VIP+ also I would tell him that FG exists but he would need to get to NCO first, I would tell him that to join the Military he had to be a Heer Anwarter and to be a Orpo he would need to be a Orpo anwarter (forgot the name) also I could join secondary jobs for example Fepo.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would bring him to a roof that he is playing on a serious RP server and his RP as to be as serious as possible, then I would tell him that he can get punished if he doesn't rp properly after explaining him that if he was a new player I would give him a chance and let him go with a verbal warning (of course if he continued I would bring him again and give him a Tier 2 warning for NITRP (Not willing to RP) and it just wants to mess around, if it's a veteral players he should know by now that he is not allowed to mess around so I would give him the link for the rules and warn with NITRP [Tier 2] same as before it increases the ban depending if he had the same warning before.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: I would bring that person to the roof and ask why he is not willing to RP properly even when acquiring a rank and depending the situation I would issue a warning if he is just here to minge and is not willing to RP at all I would give a NITRP [Tier 2] warning and the proper ban
5) A player is prop spamming: This case prop spammers don't get sits if I saw someone prop spamming I would immediatly kick him, and then I would go to the logs get his steam Id give him a warn for prop spam and then perma ban him as a trial mod I can't perma ban so I would give him the 1 week ban and on the message of the ban I would say [Please extend to perma] and then I would remove disconnected props.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Simple as this Tier 1 warnings are given to people who are new to the server or broke a rule that he didn't know or it wasn't on purpose the tier 1 warning can go between a 5 day ban to just a kick (unless it's a nitrp tier 1 warn) a Tier 2 warning is given to people that know the rules or broke the rule or keeps breaking every single rule on purpose and it can go between a 1 day ban to a perma ban
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC aka In Character is everything you do in Roleplay for example when you are doing something IC you are not allowed to speak about anything that happened after 1943 example eurovision 2010. OOC aka Out of Character is that anything you say cannot and won't affect your or any IC situation meaning that you can talk about anything that happened before or after 1943
Metagaming is when someone uses OOC information for their advantage for IC purpose.
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:  There's a small difference between Serious RP and Semi-serious RP, Serious RP is that you have to take the RP as serious as possible as it was real life you have to work to get promoted etc. Semi-Serious RP is recommended for people that never played RP before and has less limitations compared to Serious RP, for example the jobs that the server offer you can be any of them without you having to get promoted.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: Passive RP is really important in any RP server because if the servers doesn't have passive RP it would be more of a combat RP server and pretty sure not everyone likes that.

Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): Well I think I deserve to be a staff because I do have a lot of past experience being a staff in any server, I also have been an old member of this community, I've been following this community grow for the past 7 years and I will always follow this community that recived me with open arms until one day (let's hope not) it closes. I've been staff on this server for the past 7 years so I know very well the rules and how it works. When I'm a staff member I am as professional as I can be of course sometimes when I'm being a staff duty I mess around (without disturbing roleplay) with my friends that I've made in this server, I like to make then laugh with keeps the server healthy in someway. One advantage I have is that even if I'm working I can spend a lot of time on the server not as many as I could before because as I said multiple time I work but I can spend more time from 6 pm until 2 am, it's the time where most of the staff members have to leave due to school or work, and during that time is when the mingers appear so I can keep the server clean during that time for the people that are roleplaying at that time. I'm also a person that when I have a question regarding anything I have no problem calling for a second opinion in this case (if online) I would call my mentor for help. Everyone has questions and it doesn't hurt having a second opinion, as it's better to have a second opinion to deciding alone and make a mistake. To finish off I know it's hard for me to have a chance to be a staff (Again) on the server as I've been kinda inactive compared to before and I've been staff multiple times which may not please most of the other staff member which I understand the reason, but I want to help the staff team to make sure the server stays as clean and not toxic as possible. However, him and his group, Although I had little interaction with them during their act but when there were fire, they did responded and did RP as firemen. Me and my friend were playing Fepo as men who were really feminine/gay and then when we got taken by RSHA to the basement we just get left there for nearly 10mins and then suddenly banned. The reason for the ban was for 'RPing as black American women'. 
Do you think your ban was justified: Not really because we weren't doing what the reason for the ban was. The person who banned us looked too much into what happened and wanted an excuse to ban I guess.
Why should you be unbanned:
We were merely acting as homosexuals and that was why we were banned. Since when do people get banned for RPing as a homosexual (except in cases of ERP which we didn't do). We literally didn't try to play as black people or women but instead just as homosexuals which isn't bannable I'm pretty sure. Yes sure, being homosexual should have IC consequences but since when was being a homosexual bannable? 
The NITRP part of the ban also isn't exactly accurate since we actually were roleplaying as FePo and doing their job when there were fires.

State the role of staff on the server:
The main role of the staff team on the server is to serve the players. They do this in several ways. One of them is enforcing the rules which need to be followed by the players. Another one is facilitating and enforcing (serious)RP. Facilitating in the form as event planners(Who create immersion and activities for the server) and enforcing in the form of using the server rules. Staff members also need to limit their effect on the RP. Meaning when doing admin sits they do it outside the view of players and do not intervene in RP. To conclude I believe staff members should always try to be neutral,calm and direct when dealing with staff situations.

Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):
It is 1943 Berlin. The German Reich is at a turning point. On the Eastern front, the German Wehrmacht is stopped and even starting to lose. In August Hitler ordered the construction of the Panther–Wotan line to defend against the Soviet advance. Germany is no longer attacking but defending. South of the German Reich Italy is invaded by the allies and in September the Italian general Giuseppe Castellano is negotiating an armistice with the allies. Berlin itself is coming under bombing from the west when in November the RAF campaign against Berlin starts. At the end of the campaign in the following year around 450.000 people were left dead and large parts of Berlin were left in ruins.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: 
Firstly I would teleport to the player who has reported the RDM. If he is not engaged in an active RP situation which would be intervened by me teleporting him to a roof, for example, I would teleport him to a roof or a non-RP area and ask him to explain and ask him who exactly was conducting the random deathmatch. I would check the logs on the person who is claimed to be rdming. If that does not suffice to support the claim of RDM by the reporting person I would ask this person if he could provide me with further proof. The logs should provide a clear answer in most situations, however. 

2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:
To begin I would teleport him to an area where I can explain calmly and clearly to the person. Then I would see if he has any VIP rank which would expand his options. If he was a non-member I would start explaining firstly about OrPo. I would tell him that they are the police force within Berlin(but part of the SS) and their duties consist of being in direct contact with the civilian population of Berlin. They deal with traffic violations and uphold the penal code(laws). After that, I would explain to him the non VIP part of the Wehrmacht: Großdeutschland Kompanie "Bruno". I would explain to him that they are part of a reserve army detachment stationed in the “Hermann Goering” Kaserne (military base) and they primarily there doing training and guarding and that they sometimes go on patrols, help raid building and sometimes have events where they fight against enemy forces primarily outside Berlin. I would briefly talk about the Feldgendarmerie-Trupp "Großdeutschland" which are the military police of the Wehrmacht who deal with breaches of code of conduct and provide security “Hermann Goering” Kaserne. I would tell him he will need to go through a selection process and reach a sufficient rank to join this. Then I would talk to him about the NSDAP section of the server. I would tell him they are not really a combat unit and do more passive RP(if asked what passive RP is I would explain that too). I would tell him the NSDAP has several branches and the SA. I would say the SA is a more paramilitary based unit who assist the rest of NSDAP in guarding newspaper stands and NSDAP shops, which are in turn done by the other section of the NSDAP which he could join. Lastly, I would talk about the NSDAP Streifendienst and that they keep an eye on the members of the NSDAP to see if they follow the Code of Conduct and laws.

If the person has VIP I would explain to him that the Wehrmacht also has “Großdeutschland Kompanie 'Caesar' which is basically the same as the other one. However, this company is equipped with panzer tanks and better and heavier equipment. I would then also explain the to him the 1.SS Leibstandarte SS "Adolf Hitler" and their duties which consist out of guarding the MOI(explain to him where that is), providing and guarding high ranking officials, assisting the security services and tell him when acting as Waffen-SS they are equipped with a panzer and heavy weaponry.

After explaining that I would briefly talk to him about the RSHA and its agencies the SD and Gestapo. I would not be as explanatory with these seeing these are secretive and mostly not for ‘new’ players. I would just tell him that the general gist of the Gestapo is undercover work within the civilian/criminal population and that the SD deals with matters of national security and breaching of Code of Conduct and laws by members of the SS.

Lastly, I would talk about the more minor Reich factions which have no real training procedure: FePo, DRK and logistics. FePo being the fire department of Berlin. DRK being the German Red Cross providing medical help to both Reich and civilians. and logistics transporting goods and equipment in service of the Reich branches.

I would not explain the rest if the person tells me he would like to know more about a single branch because he wants to join that branch. I don’t want to give them a speech of everything I wrote down. I would try to find his interest area and then proceed to be detailed.

3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:
I would issue a verbal warning if the player has less than 1 hour of playtime. If he has more and it is clear that the NITRP was unintentional I would either perform a Tier I Punishment(1-week ban) or a kick if the situation allows. If it would classify as a Tier II Punishment I would ban the person for two weeks.

4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:
I would first check if the person is not acting as he should be in an in-character RP perspective. Because in that case, it would be a matter for his superiors (or inspectors, FG, Streifendients or SD) to deal with IC. If he is not RPing to an extent which requires staff intervening I would issue a NITRP ban either Tier ! or II depending on the situation. 

5) A player is prop spamming:
I would kick the player to prevent him causing more disturbance and would proceed to issue a permanent ban in accordance with the punishment list for prop spam.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:
Tier I: Rule-breaking which occurred due to misunderstanding, Unintentional error, being a new player or breaking a rule on accident. 

Tier II: Rule-breaking which is clearly intentional, constant rule-breaking, repeated rule-breaking and told to stop and having no rule knowledge whatsoever. 

Tier I may in some cases be dealt with by kicking the person. Tier !! veteran punishment will be issued if the person has more than 5 days of playtime. 



2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:
IC also is known as in character is the conduct performed by a player which is in accordance with roleplay. All actions. spoken words(in voice and non-OOC chats) and other aspects of the person in RP situations falls under IC. 

OOC also is known as out of character is everything said or done which does not concern roleplay situations or situations and information concerning roleplay characters. 

Meta-gaming is using information/knowledge from an OOC source to act in an IC matter or RP situation. Information gathered via DM’s on Discord/TS for example can’t be used against someone IC.

3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
Serious RP is when you are roleplaying as a character you created. When you are seriously RPing you would act as if you would be that person in real life. All your actions should be realistic from the charismatics of the role or job you have. If failing to do so punishment may apply. 

Semi-Serious RP is less strict in the sense of realistic RP where it is more like for instance DarkRP. You focus more on the job and can be a bit more OOC. the Server mostly has serious RP.


4) Define PassiveRP and explain its role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
Passive RP is mostly non-combat related RP. A few examples are being a sanitäter(medic)/doctor and performing health checks or operations on people. setting up a restaurant to sell food or drinks or holding speeches as NSDAP propaganda.
The importance lies in the fact that it creates a lively city environment and a realistic one. if you would only have combat it would feel more like the battle of Berlin then it would 1943 Berlin. 

5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
Combat baiting is when a person or group acts in a way to deliberately get another person group to shoot him, arrest him or chase after the person or group. Examples could be sexy dancing, throwing bottles. insulting and then running away and attacking them when they act against you.

To begin, I am not a person who likes to boast about himself a lot. I would like to be staff to the server and its players not to be “important”. 

Whenever I am given or doing a task I try to be as clear and understandable as possible. I want things done right. I strive to be on my best behaviour and I am honest and realistic if I am failing at it so I can act on time and accordingly. I am untouched by the opinions of others concerning me and will treat everyone equally no matter their rank. 

In communication, I strive to be direct, clear and understandable. A clear message works best I have found. I would bring a rational thinking attitude to the staff team. I have been playing the server for a while but never had time to commit myself to become a staff member. I have looked at it and believe now is the time where I found the motivation and the time to take my service to the community to a higher level. I am eager to learn from the experienced staff members how to be at the best staff behaviour. 

To finalize I think I fit in the staff team because I have a no-nonsense attitude and have a great disgust for petty drama. I am only willing to be staff to the server, the players and the community not to incite drama or get dragged into useless arguments.

I am pretty sure that most people who play regularly and get banned, learn their lessons from these things, but that doesn't mean that they get their warns reduced/removed now does it?

Take at look at this, and I hope you understand. Your car still exists even though your character dies, obviously. And let's say you arrive by train to Berlin and start looking for your car. You pass the Plaza and finds it there, you simply unlock it and drive it away. What is wrong with that? He obviously didn't search for his car, he just happen to find it at the Plaza which is an ordinary place to pass when you walk out of the train station.

In this case, the warn is to be removed entirely. This situation could have easily been avoided, and it is entirely on me. The editing of bodygroups for vehicles is meant to be disabled, but the changing of skins and colour is permitted. When I added the new cars, I failed to remember to access the car dealer prompt and tick the disable editing of bodygroups. 
This is on me, not on Biergerstein. For reference though, the editing of cars does refer to the C menu, the editing of cars - in reference to colour or skin (in cases where it adds different coloured side panels or roofs) is permitted as long as it is a colour like black, white, cream, or the even colours which apply a darker colour panel over a bright horrid eye-sore colour.

Well this became a cluster fuck rather quickly. Even with the players 26 warns, and 16 Tier Is, as this was indeed purely accidental (in my eyes anyway), this is to be bumped down to a Tier I and ban removed.
To avoid this in the future, get your names from like german fantasy random name generator to get valid, and correctly joined first and last names.

I was actually given a Tier 1 just a couple of days ago. Tier 1's is for unintentional rule breakings I believe, and could be given to Veterans as well.
