    From what your video shows it seems that the 2 1.SS were Gun pointing you properly i do not see how having to use /me gun points should apply when they are literally holding guns to the back of your head in RP. Therefore its a,

    The courtyard is a IC area so going afk there possibly wasnt the best idea however i wouldnt call this staff abuse also you said you wanted him to jump the wall in shackles which is failrp in of itself so im going to give it a

    Hello,

    I was the staff member who banned you. I banned you because you were arrested by the ORPO and just when you were about to be jailed you said "fuck this" and left the game i made sure to check the logs afterwards and it said disconnected by user.

    State the role of staff on the server:

    The staff protect the server from anyone wishing to disrupt RP and or cause harm to the server. They also make sure everyone's RP experiences are running smoothly and are abiding by the rules of the server.

    Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):

    In 1943 (the year the server is set) the German Army was making large strides into the Soviet Union having major successes all along the eastern front. The goal of these forces was still Moscow the heart of the communists and they were extremely close. However, the tables began to turn. The Soviets began pushing the Germans back a little at first but it would eventually turn into a full blown retreat from the Germans. After a massive push at Kursk and a defeat for Germany the soviets began pushing them back. In Africa the Germans were again trying to start up an offensive however this also ended in failure and eventually the Germans retreated out of Africa. In the heart of the Reich people began to resist German occupation and began fighting the reich forces slowly from that point the German people began to turn on the Reich.

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

    1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:

    I would approach a senario like this with caution therefore i would bring both players into a secluded area I.E a roof or a hill and listen to both sides of the story and make sure that i gather any relevant evidence to help me make a decision. If the player in question did commit RDM i would begin to punish them making sure to punish them for any other offences i know of. If the player is innocent then i will simply explain it is a misunderstanding and that i will return them to their original places. However if it is found the accuser is wasting staff time it may be necessary to warn them for making unnecessary sits.

    2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:

    I will explain the differences in the branches that they could take including the Wehrmacht,ORPO, 1.SS and the NSDAP/SA 

    3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:

    I would inform them of what they are doing wrong and tell them that i will be punishing them for the appropriate offences possibly a NITRP Tier 1 or 2 depending on weather they have gotten a NITRP warn previously.

    4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:

    I would consider this a IC situation as long as no rules are broken and would treat it as such telling the person who either brought it to my attention or the person with the new rank that i will not get involved and that it must be resolved in RP as such.

    5) A player is prop spamming:

    Prop spamming is zero tolerance and i would treat it as such leading to a perma ban from the server as it can crash and or lag the server. 


    Answer the following questions in detail:

    1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:

    A Tier I punishment is a punishment for a accident or a misunderstanding these can be reserved for new or inexperienced players. Tier II is a punishment for intention rule breaking most of the time minges who know they are minging or veteran players will receive these 

    2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:

    IC is anything that is said or done in character either IC chat or VC. OOC is out of character and should be treated as such meaning people cannot be punished or rewarded for OOC actions. Metagaming is when information that was aquired OOC is used IC.

    3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:

    Serious RP is when everything is about your character and nothing OOC should be spoke about IC and everything should be era appropriate. Semi Serious means at times it can be IC however most of the time things OOC can be spoken about IC.

    4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:

    I think that Passive RP is vital in a serious RP such as this one and makes the RP much better as it enriches it. Most of the time passive RP is used as it just makes the server more enjoyable.

    5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:

    Combat baiting is doing something IC that will cause combat without a IC reason I.E playing soviet music in front of the PD.

    I think that i would be a good staff member as i have not only a good grasp on the rules but i do thoroughly enjoy the RP that i get from this server. Ever since i joined i have had a great RP experience and will continue to have them in the future. However, from time to time mine and other players RP is completely shattered by minges who come onto the server with sole intention of ruining the RP and immersion. I understand that my warns may look unappealing and people may think i am a minge myself but i am done with that now and i am ready to work harder than i have ever done before to achieve this. In my current rank i see RP quite a lot and i really enjoy it. I would be a great staff member as i am active for a large amount of time a day and i am on at night which is the more vulnerable time where minges will take advantage of the late night gamers. I have been here for 4 months which may to some look like rooky numbers however even in my short time here i have been able to get a grasp on the rules and meet many people who i enjoy speaking and RP'ing with. The experiences i have had in the server i want others to experience also and prevent any rule breaking in the process. I would also not be afraid to issue the correct punishments to whoever deserves them and would not be biased in this process either. Overall i think i would be a good staff memeber because i am active, experienced and hard working.

    State the role of staff on the server: The staff are there to make sure that all the players follow the server rules and stop people from ruining other peoples RP. They are also there to make sure everything is running by keeping the server safe.

    Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): 1943 was the height of the German war effort with staggering success against the soviet union. The German forces on the eastern fronts goal was still to take Moscow and force the Soviets into submission. In Africa the Germans pushed on attempting to take Egypt from the allies. However in the heart of the Reich unrest was becoming more and more prevalent. With anti-Reich forces continuing to harass the Reich in anyway possible including taking down reich resources and destroying the reich infrastructure.

    1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: 

    I would bring both people to a sit somewhere private i would listen to both sides of the story if it is found that the accused did commit RDM then the appropriate action would be taken I.E bans or warns. However if the accused is innocent then i would return both to their original positions so they can continue with role play. If it is found the accuser is found to be wasting staff time the appropriate punishment will be taken.

    2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:

    I would assist them in helping them by explaining the differences between the ORPO SS NSDAP and the wehrmacht and then assisting them in choosing then making sure that someone from the selected branch can train them.

    3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: 

    I would take them to a roof and explain to them that this is a serious RP server and that they must RP properly or if this is a repeated offence then i would give them a NITRP warn and ban them for that amount of time.

    4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:

    This seems to be more of a IC situation and should be handled as such so i would leave that to the superiors in that branch to deal with that however if any server rules are broken then i would deal with it as such with appropriate punishments.

    5) A player is prop spamming:

    Prop spam is zero tolerance and will be dealt with as such i would take them to a roof or secluded area explain to them what they did wrong then ban them permanently. If i was unsure whether a perma ban was needed or not i would consult a higher staff member

    Tier 1 warns are normally used when a new player or someone who does not know the rules breaks them or if it was an accident. Tier 1 punishments are less than Tier II and usually are used as warnings to prevent more rulebreaking in the future. Tier II punishments are the next step which usually means a harsher ban. Tier II's are reserved for veteran players or people who know the rules and intentionally breaking them.

    2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:

    IC  stands for in character which means that anything you do in character can be taken as such and IG punishments will occur. OOC stands for out of character anything which means anything said is not in character and cannot be taken as such. Metagaming means you use information that you learned OOC IC this is against the server rules.

    3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:

    Serious RP means that you RP as your character never breaking character in a IC zone this means being historically accurate and not talking about current events. Semi-Serious RP is a more relaxed version meaning you,at times, will RP seriously however most times you will be OOC.

    4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:

    Passive RP is RP that involves using /me and /it to enhance your RP experience such as barracks inspections and just makes the server that bit more realistic. In my opinion passive RP is very important to the server as it enhances everyones RP and makes the server a lot more fun.

    5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:

    Combat baiting is the act of intentionally trying to get someone to attack you whether that be pulling out a gun infront of someone or showing ID to police then running away.

    I wish to become staff because even though i have not played this server for the longest time the experiences i have got from the server are very positive and i have been able to do with the people on the server has been really good and I want people to experience that as well so it annoys me when people are trying to RP seriously a minge or someone who intentionally rule breaks comes and ruins it and I think what if I was staff then I could resolve the situation myself.  My activity on the server I would say is very good Im on the server almost everyday and am on for 6-10 hours each time. I am quite a nice person and am quite positive however if need be I can become strict and punish people who need to be punished. I may not have any experience with staff but if accepted I will work to make sure that I will be a very good staff member and will make sure that the rules are not broken by people who actively want to interrupt peoples RP experiences. I also think that I have a firm grasp of the rules and if there is a new rule or a rule that I do not know then I will work to make sure that I know the rule and the punishments from breaking said word. I understand that my 2 bans may seem unappealing but for each ban that I received I learned from and my time of being banned is now over and I am willing to buck up and be serious about the RP and make sure everyone else’s experiences are positive and adhering by the rules as well.
