Big +1 I have seen this guy in roleplay multiple times on many different servers. He is very friendly and very serious about his job, whatever job that may be, and on SCP-RP he used to quite litteraly main Site Quartermaster as he only played that job, and he played it excellently ! Im sorry to have to do this but this will be a NEUTRAL from me. So the whole application seems alright in its core, but the main problem in here is the actual contents of the answers, which I will not go into because it was VERY thoroughly commented about above. You seem like a friendly guy from the very few times I've talked to you and it looks like you are competent from your ranks and your past experience. Hello there So this application is very well written and looks quite nice. All the little noticable quirks about it have already been pointed out in the previous comments so all that is left to say is that its nice to see such an enourmous amount of previous experience as staff (Although most of them are not SeriousRP it still is nice to see that). +1 Well hello there, since the staff quesions were heavily inspected and fixed by our dear friend Feymous, I have a little complaint about your anwser on the Context of C24 question. You are depicting C24 as a Harsh and Brutal place to live in, where people are tortured everyday and corrupt CP raid every apartment that is not empty, daily... That however is not entirely true. City 24 is most commonly known as the "Royal City" in which people are "free to do whatever they want". Citizens in this city are not tortured at all, they are given higher privilages and even access to the Nexus if a high enough Loyalty Tier. Citizens from other cities want transfers to this city just for this reason. Yes CP are still a little harsh and yes there is a ton of C24 and Combine Propaganda EVERYWHERE, but living conditions are not as bad as in other cities. Other than that I do like everything else and your reason for wanting staff is quite nice and you say that you improved your behaviour. For those reasons I give you a +1 and wish you Good Luck with your application

Well hello there, let's see this application trough. -First of all from the basic layout and design of the application viewpoint, it is nice, easy to read and has very minimal grammatical mistakes. -The role of the staff on the server was explained quite shortly but nonetheless correctly. -The C24 context is a bit lacking, like where the City is located and such. -Scenarios look fine in my opinion, short but simple. But the term for constant minging and not wanting to roleplay is simply called NITRP (No Intention To Role Play). -All questions are answered correctly, but they do look a little bare-boned and could be worked out more. -The "Why you deserve staff" met the 250+ word quota and surpassed it by 50 words, clocking in at 300 so that is quite nice. And it looks like you have a pretty good reason to become staff, you are passionate about HL-RP and want to see the Community and server strive and not die. In all honesty, the application could be a little more detailed with some aspects, but all the questions and scenarios are completely correct and look fine. You are a friendly person, searching for the right community and now you've found it. Very good app nonetheless and I think you would make an excellent addition to this staff team. The link to the Steam Community picture shows me a little under 2 years ago (thus sadly I cannot yet apply for the Distinguished Service Medal) guarding the Military Base for the first time, it was on my birthday on the 27th of November 2018.

+1 Your application is well written with minor grammatical mistakes. The scenarios and questions are lacking in length but not in quality, except what was previously stated by anschib already. Well made last answer with even the truth about you getting punished in NRP, which not a lot of people would say so openly. Well let's see here... The application itself is quite easy to read, nicely written and answered. Some answers are wrong but it's really nothing that cannot be fixed with some minor tutoring/mentoring. For example: You got Power Gaming wrong, it is the act of forcing your RolePlay decisions onto other players, thus not giving them a chance to react to your move. And Prop Spamming of any kind is a permanent ban without a question (But it depends on the rules of the server when it comes out), prop spam is done solely to disturb the server and try to crash it. But all of this was explained by our dear friend anschib in the comment above. You seem like a nice person, friendly and the application is quite good nonetheless. Neutral Although the application is not detailed, is lacking the required word count in the "Lore Context" (120 words of 150 words required) and "Why you deserve staff" (143 words out of the required 250 words) question, seems to be a little rushed and is quite hard to read (kinda messy), some of the questions are answered simply and correctly, straight to the point and good answers, except these questions: The definition is wrong, but you kind of went in the correct direction at the end of the short answer. Prop Spam is in MOST cases a straight permanent ban from the server, if it is a misunderstanding the player can appeal their ban on the forum. In that case I will stay neutral due to the application having some redeeming qualities in it. Good Luck !
