I will be taking the liberty to deny this myself. You should have stopped moving in literally the first second of the clip. The argument "But I was behind the wall" does not apply, you clearly were in front of him. Let's be generous and give you a 2-second delay. You are still under gunpoint. I am also amazed how you proceeded to call the Staff Member a "gypsy"



And then expect to be unbanned and due to your not only childish but also borderline questionable behavior you are also getting a delightful DTS and DTP ban.

Yeah that part that says you killed him so he could RP with full HP sounds too much like a fairy tale. Sadly the fact that he is your friend does not mean you can RDM him or break any other rule with/on him, if he needs HP you get a doctor or an admin to get him healed, never gave him permission to "Run away from a sit", I was going down to him as he lost HP and the first thing I see is you killing him.

Last time I had a conversation with you, you were screaming incoherently after drinking yourself to a stupor at 10 AM in the morning. Then you proceeded to leave the server even though your entire regiment was supposed to carry out training activities with you, and I am fairly certain I heard you black out in the TeamSpeak shortly after.

Lay off the alcohol and read the Bible, you drink-sodden degenerate. The only thing you can apply for as a serial alcoholic at your early 20's is a rehab group like Alcoholics Anonymous. You'd be better served by signing up for an asylum than staffing a Garry's Mod server.

But seriously, please refrain from subjecting others on the server to the thankless chore of having to deal with whatever drivel you come up with every day. It saves everyone, including yourself, a lot of time. No one has an issue with religious freedom in real life, but you are playing a character and you need to come to terms with that or you are not suitable for the position. The way you went about it reeks of desperation and, if anything, you showed everyone how willing you are to break rules when it suits you to cover yourself.

I have graded you neutral in my personal view.
To start your written application is good. What stuck with me is your explanation of TIER I. TIER II and your explanation of passive Roleplay. The rest was of a good level as well. 
The reason I have put you as neutral is that I have not seen you that much IC and as Staff. That is probably due to me, but therefore I cannot judge how you act as good as the other members of our community that have responded. But if I were to go of them then you would be suited for staff. 
 

+1 Written application is decent. Has been staff before so has experience. Performs good in his current job in RSHA with I have observed myself. Is quite a veteran member of the community therefore has good server knowledge and is aware of the rule's to a good extent. Overall would be a good addition to the staff team.    

P.S The more Scheppert's the better. 

Overall quality of written application is above average. It does not look rushed and reads nicely. Historical context is decent too. My encounters with you have been very limited. Seeing I am SD that is a positive thing I guess. From what I have heard you are decent and competent in you in-character job. Therefore, I believe you could be a good addition to the staff team. +1 from me.

I'm afraid I am going to -1 your application. You struggle to act professional most times and you are at least somewhat mature. I feel like if you were staff sits would be going on for 30 minutes or longer. As you have shown in game and OOC you sometimes struggle to listen to simple instructions. It is also quite hard to communicate with you. If you can improve your activity and act a bit more mature my view may change. Take care.

I can only agree with what has been stated by my staff colleagues, your application lacks on detail and your in game behaviour is poor. I dont think that you are well known in the community which is another negative aspect. Eventually I will give this apllication a -1. I recommend you to work on your in game performance and behaviour and then perhaps apply again.

To start you have edited your application which is not allowed. If this was done with permission that should have been stated in the little reason of edit log you can put in. Therefore, if no permission is given this is a breach of the rule: "- You may not edit your application without permission from a Hierarchy member".
 
Written application is below average at best. 
Historical context section is just bad seeing you can get a decent amount of information by just reading some Wikipedia pages. This is basically: war is happening, these nations are in it, and it ends and started 2 years from now. 

You have never reached a rank above junior NCO as far as I know. Seeing you were in the Wehrmacht when even I was just a Leutnant and still not gotten above junior NCO that shows a lack of either commitment or general skill/maturity in my eyes.
 
 
 

If so yeah the thread is a bit pointless. Also I am not sure that the server should start getting all the Axis nations embassy's around the map. 
However seeing I am an event planner I ask you to provide me or the event team in general with some more information about these visit's by general Ion Antonescu and I would want to look at if a visit could be organized(models etc) together with you if you want.
