Ok so I'm not surprised you have left out a lot of details here in your short response You got demoted for Golden rule and have quite a lot of arrests on record so not a good start. Then during the event you kept running out of the cadet area and taking pot shots at everyone at de brief, luckily the cadet gun does no damage otherwise you would be in more trouble. I then kicked you for clearly no intention to RP as I warned all cadets to stop running out. Then after the map change you continue to try and run out to the point where another admin had to tell you to go back in. You also tried to lie and said you needed the CT whitelist when you had not been trained and after I moved you back in cadet area you started shooting at a CG on the balcony and other cadets around you. At this point I gave you a 3 day ban for constant NH2RP offences. maybe you should use these 3 days to read the rules and decide whether you want to play seriously or not as harsher punishments will follow.

I have experience in staffing RP servers so I already know the skills required to be a good staff member. I also bring activity and dedication to the job required, I believe I am more than capable of providing excellent performance as a staff member and to make sure that newer players receive all the help they need in order for them to have an enjoyable time on the server. I can also bring a good atmosphere to the server and offer swift punishments to troublemakers who try and disrupt the fun and excitement for regular players. Another reason why you should pick me is because I offer a good attitude and work rate, I rarely ever lose my cool and can always deal with annoying and frustrating players with a clear head and to always be fair and respectful to all parties. I have spent three years in the community and was staff for over a year in CWRP so I already know what it takes to be a great staff member and what the hierarchy will demand from me, I promise that if you pick me I will perform with minimal fuss and never give below 100% effort whenever I'm on the server and I can be a great influence on other players and promote the advantages of playing by the rules and keeping the server clean so that players new and old can have a similar great experience.

No it couldn't. If nearly all the pirate jobs have it then saying it can be abused is not a valid reason to deny

I know not to use 3rd person mode or pac but I don't use pac anyway. I will not abuse the Bypasser SWEP under any circumstances, I only open the doors that my target is behind, Also while in my CC I wont purposely sit facing the door so people look at me. Obviously I kill anyone who looks at my face regardless of rank or intent, there are no friends or ally's. Also people cannot breach me for no reason as it is a server Rulebreak. Explain with as much detail as you can: Once 096 has killed 096-1 everyone who is not E-11 or B-7 must immediately exit the room 096 is located in without looking at its face. When everyone has evacuated, E-11 OR B-7 must then deal with the situation, they will walk backwards in the room to avoid looking at 096 until they hit a wall or can feel 096 behind them. When they are near 096 they must carefully begin re-Containment. They will start by taking out a plastic bag or something to completely cover the face of 096, they must also securely fasten the face cover to ensure it does not come off. They must then use either elastic cuffs or Containment cuffs to drag 096 back to his Containment Chamber. They must be careful while dragging 096 back to his CC, all Foundation personnel should follow procedures and avoid 096 unless they are a Containment team. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?: Then I would proceed to kill that member for looking at my face. 096 has no friends or any distinction in his targets. If someone looks at his face then he will kill them.
