Have you taken any breaks since: i joined the server in august in 2019. after half a year i took a 3 month break. after that i continued to play. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: i would find out who is causing the mass RDM, if i know the name i would check logs. if its true than i would bring the one causing RDM to a spot where no RP is active, and also ask him if its true that he commited RDM. after that (depending on what he said) i would warn/ban him for RDM/Mass RDM. if the reporting person would lie about the RDM, i would warn the one that reported the RDM. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i would go to the cadet and tell him i'm gonna get a trainer for him. after that i would type a very noticeable message in OOC chat if there are any volenteers to train the cadet. if i do not get any replies back i would get the Drill troopers teleported to me and ask them if they can train the cadet. if not available i would teleport other NCO's. if all of this does not work out i will get a CO if there are no NCO's online. (only if they are not already doing something.) 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: i would pay attention to it, because i dont know if the CT is making a real mistake or shooting on purpose. if it was a mistake i would let CG or anyone with cuffs deal with it because that would be an in-character situation. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: this is an In-character situation. which means i would not do anything about it out of character if i were to be a staff member. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: i would tell the one committing FailRP that FailRP is a general thing, and could be anything. i would verbally warn him the 1st time, and also tell him to read the rules. but if it happens again i would punish him accordingly to whatever he has commited. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: i would explain in detail why he got punished, if the player continues to disagree i would tell him he can go to the Forums and state his reason to get his punishment removed. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): i think i have been in this community/server for quite a while now. i have played for so long and i have always enjoyed playing. from then till now. within these years i would always have loved to be a member of staff because i have always respected the staff team no matter who was in it because of their awsome actions they take and now i'm here to be a part of it. i might not have too much staffing experience, but i have always been a curious person in learning stuff. in the time playing on this server i have always been as active as i possibly could. i have always been a serious player within the community trying to make some fun! like i said, i have always been a serious player that wants to keep the RP on the server. and im willing to keep it like that by helping out the staff team. i am a very responsible person and i always am willing to help people in need of help. i would also never misuse the power of a staff to act better or to minge with it. within my time on the server i have sometimes seen minging staff members which i very much disliked. with my timezone being UTC+2 i could very much help out in the early morning when there is not many people online. this also counts for in the evening, most of the times i will be online in the late evening too where i can also help out with some request if people are in need. now as a member of Battalion we are to help regiments with some stuff, this also includes helping CG, which also creates a lot of chaos sometimes. not just minging CT's, but also some different situations where people disagree with each other. as a member of staff i would really much like to help out in these kind of situations. neutral/+1 - active - friendly guy im seeing some grammar mistakes in the apply, but its still a good apply. the apply is not too much detailed regaring the answers given Richard might have been demoted in one of these last days, but for the time he has been on the server he had proven himself in CG. he might be a LCPL now, but that doesnt stop him from being a good leader. ill say its worth a shot i very much dislike the reactions given on this apply, not just because of the current rank of a LCPL, but also the recent demotion. and this is such a disrespectfull behavior against the applicant. if you wanna give a +1/neutral/-1 on an apply, do it like a grownup and with a reason. it litterally says he has been a CG LT COL before, and past ranks count. so i dont see the reason why people are giving out -1's for that. Neutral - active - fun guy im concerned about your playtime and past ranks. you dont have too much playtime, which means i dont know if you've been here for long enough to join battalion. this also includes your past ranks. allthough i know you like 41st, and for the time you've been here you've been 41st. at the question: 'why should we pick you' you answered with anwers what battalion do, not why we should pick you. allthough like Tasker said you could be a good fit, but personally im not sure about this. i should say its worth a shot! Neutral - Good and fun guy. - got capability of leading. - not have been in too many regiments - many warns (some are from a time ago, so he improved the last time) - not too much active these last day. at the beginning it asks for your current ranks, while said that he has been a mod on HALP. (read the questions carefully) even though he has got some points that concern me, but still worth a try. good luck.

-1 to be fair, getting 30 warns is just way too much. having so many warns just describes you as a minge. if you did not want to be banned, you could have thought of not minging in the 1st place.
