Your application is written thoroughly. You are also in the Gestapo, showing your competence. In general, you would be a good fit for the Staff team. The only problem I have is that you have been back for only a few weeks and we cannot know if you are dedicated to the server for a longer period. In total, I will be giving you a neutral / +1 

6 years since the launch of the server in its current format, and Reich players persist in ignoring the fact that criminals and "rule breakers" are the sole reason their own jobs are even remotely playable. If you were honest with yourself, you'd admit that having this interaction and getting the chance to complain about it on the forums is very likely the most engaging experience you've had all day playing as SA.
He didn't issue any orders, and did not disturb RP in any way whatsoever. If anything, he spiced up your day of looking at a concrete wall for 8 hours with something unexpected.
Finally, next time you make any thread that requires evidence, you should think about including evidence which is actually incriminating.
Asking an Administrator a leading question so that he can give you an incomplete description of what a Community Developer can or cannot do, off the top of his head, during a Staff Sit, is not sufficient evidence. The second video is just you using the Tab Menu.

Now I know you fairly well so I will leave my opinion.
First and foremost you a competent IC wise. You also experience being 1.SS CO and now Wehrmacht CO. I know for sure that you will be a great Staff member. My critique is that I am not sure if you have the dedication to stay staff for a longer period. For example, I have often witnessed you being AFK most of the time you are in-game and in general, I don't see you all too often. But this of course is your choice to make and subject to change. Secondly, your Staff application looks rushed, you should have put more time into it.
My conclusion will be a neutral/ +1

Jonas is a mature and professional player who has a lot of experience on the server as ex staff and former Gestapo Sturmbannführer. He is a very patient person and has a great understanding of the server rules. Eventually Jonas would be a great addition to the WW2 staff team. +1

Hello Maplegum,
If a person needs to be killed for an out of character reason (e.g. Screen is glitched, etc.) the person calls Staff where he then can be slayed or ask for advice on how to deal with the situation. Killing without an IC reason is nevertheless RDM and therefore I am giving this Unban Request a -1.

If I'm not wrong, he was an Event Planner, I partecipated to some of his events, they were really well made. A good moderator in the past, so why not, his application is cured in details. To be honest, the most of the punishments I have received were in 2019, when I had very little knowledge of this server and was still developing my understanding of the rules. From about December 2019, I started playing a lot more, joining 1.SS, and focusing my time on both reading and understanding the rules. 
The only major incidents took place beginning of 2020. The first concerned itself with a Radio Abuse warning due to the fact that I did not know that radios are only allowed to be used in your own Player base and I was caught walking around Berlin holding a radio.
The second warning concerned the following incident: I was role-playing as a resistance member and was fined for dumping rubbish within a Muslim Church. I understand that my behaviour at this time was unsuitable and should have reconsidered my actions. 
Since these warnings, I have become much more aware of my actions and focus upon reviewing the rules. In all cases, I was very grateful for the fair but firm feedback I received.
The last warning I received was more then half a year ago.

State the role of staff on the server: The Role of Staff is to make sure that the people playing the Server follow the rules at all times. They do "staff sits" if players have questions or report someone not following the rules.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): Germany started losing Fights. The Wehrmacht has just lost the Stalingrad and in North Africa for example the superiority of the Allies became clearer. 
Reichspropagandaminister Goebbels gathered thousands of Party members in the Sportpalast and promised them representing the whole Nation that Germany will win the war and to believe in Hitler's leadership qualities. In this speech, he announced the Total War which basically means that any resources Germany has or is making will be used for War. Women had to do jobs in replace of fallen men or were stationed at the Front to take over the work. They mostly had to work in the defense industry or in the agriculture.
Underaged Kids were sent into the Volksturm. These are basically regional military associations where men from the age of 16-60 served, which weren't moved into the Wehrmacht. They mostly worked in the position of the Flieger-Abwehr-Kanonen (Flak) as a helper.
Germany as occupier preyed the conquered areas. They transported food, raw materials, and machinery into the Reich. When Germany had to fall back in the East, they destroyed food reserves, industrial plants and also whole villages and cities. This tactic is called "verbrannten Erde" and left the advancing Sowjets a destroyed landscape.
The German Bomber planes had started early bombing foreign countries. Especially in Great Britain and the Netherlands. From March 1942 American and British planes started airstrikes. Due to them destroying important traffic connections and industrial plants german was weakened.
For example where Rheinland-Pflaz (rheinland-palatinate) Ludwigshafen, Mainz, Bitburg, and Koblenz were very damaged. The Aim of the allies to moral bomb failed. Despite an estimated 600,000 deaths and major destruction, the will to persevere was strengthened.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:
I would first tp to the player making the request and bring him to a roof to avoid disturbing other players roleplay experience. Then I question him on what happened. After he explained to me what happened I would verify this in the logs. If the allegations are accurate, I would teleport the suspect to the roof and ask him why he broke server rules.
I would check his warns and game time. If he has under 1 hour of game time and the RDM he committed is not more then 2 players he will receive a Verbal warning. I would also suggest him reading the server rules. If he committed RDM to 3 or more players he will get a 1d-5d ban and a demotion. If he has more then 1 hour game time, he will get a Tier I RDM warn and a kick telling him to read the Server rules.
If the person already has a Tier I or is an experienced player he will get a Tier II RDM or ARDM Tier II warn depending on what he did exactly. The number of people he killed/ attempted to kill will determine the period of the ban. If he has a Tier II RDM x1 he will receive a one-day Ban.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:
I would teleport to the player and bring him to the roof. Then I´d start explaining the F4 menu and basic knowledge on the three main branches SS, Wehrmacht, NSDAP, and what they do. If he shows interest in a specific one, I would go more into detail and show him how he can join. I would also remind him to make sure he knows the server rules as he probably is a new player. 
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:
Not performing role play can go in various ways depending on what the player did exactly, most likely resulting in a Tier.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:
I would ask the person what he is doing. I will explain to the person what his role does on the server and how to play it properly. Depending on the Rule breaks he committed he will be warned accordingly. I would give him a NITRP if he is not showing interest in what so ever and continuously isn´t roleplaying his job correctly.
5) A player is prop spamming:
 I´d take the player far away from others so if he continues spawning props it won't affect the members too much. Then I would freeze him (if still spawning props) and permanently ban him.
 Answer the following questions in detail:
1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:
A Tier I rule break is if the player is new or if what he has done was unintentional. If the player is new, Tier I will be used. The Admin (if needed) can "kick" the Player with the message to read the server rules. If the error the player has created was excessive and anybody with common sense would know this was wrong, 
Tier I punishments can lead up to 5-day Ban + Demote. If the person is not interested in roleplaying, they may receive a Tier I Ban of 1-2 weeks or if the person is not able to speak English this results in a 3 Month Ban   
A Tier II warning occurs if the player has been warned already for the same reason or the rule break was intentional. Tier II mostly results in a 1-day ban. These punishments differ on the Offence and can lead up to a permanent Ban of the server

2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also, define Meta Gaming:
In Character is defined as acting and speaking as your Character. For example, if you are a 1.SS member you would only say and do what a 1.SS Member in that time would have said and done. OOC is you yourself talking. You can say whatever you want, but OOC is only allowed in text chat ( /looc; /ooc; /pm) rather than 
use oral communication. 

Meta Gaming is when someone uses OOC information his character normally couldn't get his hands on to do, specific actions. For example, if you were to raid PD because a guy in OOC chat said: “Break me out”.

3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
Semi-Serious RP is RP but not as serious, being able to say OOC in voice chat, not always having to adhere to what your character would do. Serious RP is when you are always acting what your character would do and stay in your role in the best possible way. Also making sure that passive RP is used to the fullest extent.
 
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
PassiveRP is a key factor in having a good RP Server. PassiveRP would be for example doing roadworks or cleaning a vehicle because you can't really do it, but act like you are doing it with using /me 
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
Combat Baiting is when you do something to make the other person react, mostly resulting in combat or arrest. An example here would be if someone were to walk up to an Orpo and gay dance. This would be Combat Baiting because there is no purpose in doing it.

I feel that I deserve the Staff title more than other applicants because I am first and foremost a very experienced member of the WW2RP Server as I was a previous Staff member and have held the position of Hauptsturmführer in the 1.SS and Sturmbannführer (Leiter d. Gerichts). I´m patient too, preferring to take longer in a sitting to understand the situation to the fullest extent. I
In times where the server is not in peak operation, I am still active in looking for players breaking rules and considering how I would best guide them. I feel that I would be an excellent mentor since I am both passionate about this server, whilst at the same time have a strategic mindset 
and would enjoy the opportunity of inspiring new members to become active participants. Due to my experience over the last years, I am aware of the Server rules. I have received a good amount of recommendation not just of active Staff members but also from ex Staff members. At the end of the day, I want 
the community to stay as good as it is, always enforcing the rules and always have a Staff member on the server. The Werwolfgaming community has fulfilled my life over the last years and that is why I would like to assist them to grow even bigger.

My guy literally has the entire staff team behind him lol.
But, Vogel was staff before and was great then and will be great now. Not dealt with him much IC but that doesn't really matter therefore   +1 

The application is remarkable, I've had many encounters with Vogel and I have to say he is a chad and a king.

Unfortunately for the 1.SS he is not the Hauptsturmführer anymore but him coming back to the staff team is an actual blessing.

4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:
I would ask the person what he is doing. I will explain to the person what his role does on the server and how to play it properly. Depending on the Rule breaks he committed he will be warned accordingly. I would give him a NITRP if he is not showing interest in what so ever and continuously isn´t roleplaying his job correctly.
5) A player is prop spamming:
 I´d take the player far away from others so if he continues spawning props it won't affect the members too much. Then I would freeze him (if still spawning props) and permanently ban him.
 Answer the following questions in detail:
1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:
A Tier I rule break is if the player is new or if what he has done was unintentional. If the player is new, Tier I will be used. The Admin (if needed) can "kick" the Player with the message to read the server rules. If the error the player has created was excessive and anybody with common sense would know this was wrong, 
Tier I punishments can lead up to 5-day Ban + Demote. If the person is not interested in roleplaying, they may receive a Tier I Ban of 1-2 weeks or if the person is not able to speak English this results in a 3 Month Ban   
A Tier II warning occurs if the player has been warned already for the same reason or the rule break was intentional. Tier II mostly results in a 1-day ban. These punishments differ on the Offence and can lead up to a permanent Ban of the server

2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also, define Meta Gaming:
In Character is defined as acting and speaking as your Character. For example, if you are a 1.SS member you would only say and do what a 1.SS Member in that time would have said and done. OOC is you yourself talking. You can say whatever you want, but OOC is only allowed in text chat ( /looc; /ooc; /pm) rather than 
use oral communication. 

Meta Gaming is when someone uses OOC information his character normally couldn't get his hands on to do, specific actions. For example, if you were to raid PD because a guy in OOC chat said: “Break me out”.

3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
Semi-Serious RP is RP but not as serious, being able to say OOC in voice chat, not always having to adhere to what your character would do. Serious RP is when you are always acting what your character would do and stay in your role in the best possible way. Also making sure that passive RP is used to the fullest extent.
 
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
PassiveRP is a key factor in having a good RP Server. PassiveRP would be for example doing roadworks or cleaning a vehicle because you can't really do it, but act like you are doing it with using /me 
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
Combat Baiting is when you do something to make the other person react, mostly resulting in combat or arrest. An example here would be if someone were to walk up to an Orpo and gay dance. This would be Combat Baiting because there is no purpose in doing it.

I feel that I deserve the Staff title more than other applicants because I am first and foremost a very experienced member of the WW2RP Server as I was a previous Staff member and have held the position of Hauptsturmführer in the 1.SS and Sturmbannführer (Leiter d. Gerichts). I´m patient too, preferring to take longer in a sitting to understand the situation to the fullest extent. I
In times where the server is not in peak operation, I am still active in looking for players breaking rules and considering how I would best guide them. I feel that I would be an excellent mentor since I am both passionate about this server, whilst at the same time have a strategic mindset 
and would enjoy the opportunity of inspiring new members to become active participants. Due to my experience over the last years, I am aware of the Server rules. I have received a good amount of recommendation not just of active Staff members but also from ex Staff members. At the end of the day, I want 
the community to stay as good as it is, always enforcing the rules and always have a Staff member on the server. The Werwolfgaming community has fulfilled my life over the last years and that is why I would like to assist them to grow even bigger.

Requirements:

- You must be 15 years in age or older.
- You must be able to speak and type English fluently and correctly.
- You must have at least four (4) days of game time.
- You must have 10 or fewer warns.

- Only reply to your application if you need to specify something. Unnecessarily spamming/bumping your application will get it denied. Do not engage in grovelling under your application (posting thank you for reading my application every time someone posts etc.)
