Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: He banned my buddy for literally no reason. He was told to shut up, brought him back, got called a 'funny guy' and proceeded to ban him. Then I called him out in chat, said that he's an insecure prick and that I would fuck his wife in front of him while she, quote unquote, folds my clothes. Now. I've been apart of this community since middle-way 2017 and I've been staff before on SCP-RP. In my whole time that I've spent here, not ONCE have I seen anybody get banned for arguing or DTS. This is clearly biased, as I've heard that this guy proceeds to ban people from 1.SS and never Wehrmacht, on top of that buddy needs to work on his self-confidence and self-esteem because if buddy gets offended over stuff somebody says in WW2RP community he'll never go far in life. Fix up pal you're a grown ass man, I'm more then sure that your ballsack is hanging down to your knees.
Do you think your ban was justified: No.
Why should you be unbanned: Because it's not a bannable offence. I did not commit a war crime.

I researched this with you, and while I do agree it is a bit more historically accurate, the Panzergrenadier-Regiment 9, or the former Infantry Regiment 9, was not stationed in Berlin in 1943.
 
So, I would say keep it as it is, since the Kompanie "Viktor" is made up, hence still being in the 23. Infantry Division is plausible, so changing the name to a regiment that was not in Berlin at the time + the fact that the 23. currently has no visible "Regiment" attatched, it is simply a Kompanie, would make me really disagree.
Let me just make this clear; The 23. Infanterie Division, Panzergrenadier Kompanie "Viktor" is NOT a regiment, so attaching it to a regiment is not impossible, simply quite unecessary.
To me, the name change of 23. is a big -1
Regarding the 1.SS one, you were the one focusing on that, so I have no opinion on that.

Now i dont know what month we are set in but if we have recived Panzer III's then that must be a sign that we are a PANZER Division so im going to deny this suggestion on my part but i thank you for it.

Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: We were patrolling around Berlin and saw a man speeding through BB Gate with a flat tire(reckless driving) , as the driver I was told to follow the reckless driver who went and cut a roundabout (reckless driving) after that we managed to stop him. We stopped in front of the car that parked near the plaza checkpoint, we were going to tell him to get his tire fixed, but he reversed and turned to his left. That was extremely suspicious we got him out and asked for his ID, he showed it to orpo which is ironic as he accused us for metagaming when he did not want to show it to us because he obviously knew that the 1.SS Can see through fakeIDs (metagaming). Then the sit happened after we took him to the farm as SA requested him. 
 
Do you think your warning was justified: No, we were following standard guidelines, when OrPo is undermanned we would check id so we know who we are dealing with and take him to orpo. Also the sit happened without us which is very unusual, he didnt even take our side!
Why should you be unwarned: If you ask most of the people in the server, they would agree that the id check was not random as he tried running away (potentially) and he was driving with a flat tire which is a threat to pedestrians or citizens or other drivers.
