  6. A year is a significant amount of time, and providing someone with a second chance can result in unexpected surprises. Therefore, I see no reason why we shouldn't unban him for a fresh start. I, for one, would be delighted to welcome him back.
  7. Let me share my opinion. Lancer was marked "AOS" on screens for a valid reason, and leaving in that situation could lead to a ban. However, a later message stating that Lancer was no longer marked "AOS" complicated the situation. If Lancer left after seeing this message, it's reasonable to assume that he thought he wasn't marked anymore. While Lancer's actions did violate the rules initially, it wouldn't make sense to cancel the "AOS" later if it was legitimately given. Nevertheless, confusion could arise from the subsequent message. Therefore, I believe it would be unjust to impose a ban in this case, even if Lancer wasn't entirely faultless.

Have you taken any breaks since: 17/02/2021 Not like a big break but the last break was ROA only a few days due to being sick so, in other words, I tend not to take breaks unless necessary. The big ones have been a vacation (2 weeks) in the summer and a year or so since I started to play CSGO competitively and had no spare time to play on the server. But since the CSGO team, I played in disbanded due to various reasons I went back to the CWRP and played seriously and consistently on the server. The role of the staff can vary from third client cheats to personal matters or requires assistance from the staff to fulfil for example an event in crisis. Staff are to not abuse the power and authority inherited by the position received and is to not make a judgment without considering the consequences of one's actions and the judgement is to be presented as impartial. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have read them and are indeed familiar with the most common and occoring rules, but I do not know the entire list of rules in my head. I have read the server rules multiple time in the past and present. List of all previous server staff experience: I have been a staff on a community server in CSGO for ~1 year ago and mainly dealt with toxicity and cheaters. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes, I do. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: First, I have to oversee the scenario and spectate the suspect. If the claim is falsified then the log would be required to check and in the case of the logging telling the truth, it would proceed with the server protocol. In the case, the suspect is completely innocent (not a trace of claim) then a verbal warning will be given to the victim/requester if it is in the protocol. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Identify the highest ranking (battalion) and poke them that the cadet requires a trainer, if there is no battalion or the entire battalion is AFK, an NCO would be manually picked and in the absence of NCO, the lowest rank (CO+) would be picked instead. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This is not required external help due to the case being RP and would be dealt by CG. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is IC so this is to be ignored, and barely anyone follows this IG rule. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: A warning for the suspect would suffice the punishment and an explanation of their offense if required. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would try to convince them to understand the situation and if it is not possible I would proceed with the punishment according to the protocol and ask them to send in a complaint on the forums as the suspect sees the judgement as inequitable. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): My activity of myself on the server is consistent and high as I spent most of my free time on the server and with the regiment. This is usually from morning till night at weekends and on weekdays from late afternoon to nighttime. My spare time as explained is basically only spent on CWRP. I have reached the rank of commander which shows my dedication to the server and regiment while showing that I am trustworthy not to abuse the authority and not neglecting the duties I am responsible for. The date I joined the server, was 17/02/2021, I've played serious since the start and have been in multiple regiments as high ranked (RRD, 74th (researcher) and 442nd) and till today I am still taking the server seriously. The warning I received was a year ago as it is mentioned and seen as job abuse. Since I received it I've accepted it without voiding it and it has never occurred twice - the offense was giving a CT a lightsaber. Stayed clean since the warning. Since I am a commander in CWRP and have been an admin on a CSGO community it proves that I am responsible when it comes to duties given and operate in a good manner for the situation. And the rare break I take which usually only happens few times a year will not change, in other words the activity will still be as active as it has been. The reason why I want to apply for staff is to help out the community and achieve "greater" things as I like having obligations and more stuff to do rather than having nothing to do. I enjoy the idea of being able to help people as it gives me satisfaction and I get to expierence the same joy back when I was an admin in the CSGO community server.
  12. +1 I do prefer the DU's models over 442nd and for the past DU I believe I did find it more unique than the current 442nd - but I can't seem to put words for it. Also the 442nd's Repubic Turret needs a buff - only has 2k HP with weak dps while it is stationary.

What makes you a good pick for the role? First, when I joined the server I thought I was staying for a short time, however, it turned out to be a completely different story. I joined 74th in February or January and loved it immediately. I started to go in-depth with the Medical RP and the 74th medical handbook and even started to create my own for different scenarios (which is not written in the official one). I loved every second of it and because of the feeling it kept me staying active, usually, I would be online for a minimum of 5+ hours every day as I could not stop. I'm can also be adaptive in non-written scenarios when it's needed. But the great dedication really went to a new level when I did a trial for SMO. I spent hours to understand and complete the SMOs task cause my passion was lying within the hierarchy, so to hear that 74th is getting banned is heartbreaking, but to hear that Medical Corps Command is an option to seal up the leaking heart giving me a new shot on what I pursue. And also to point out that I got respected in 74th and other regiments (buddies) by my interactions - #shameless plug. Talking about leader role and me I would say am a fit person who stays active, is reasonable and is strict if necessary or just in general, however, I tend to show no big threat and tries to make everyone around me feel comfortable and welcome. Short summary: My activity tends to be minimum of 4-5 hours per weekday and at weekends I would probably be almost 9-10 hours. I have past experience in leading a regiment and specifically oversee the activity and performance. My passion lays to achieve this and help others on their path. My personalities do not give any favouritism or advantage to those I know as I give everyone equal chances, and I see myself as a reasonable person when it comes to hierarchy. Describe the roles and responsibilities of the role you are applying for: The Head of Research are the overseer for RRD and are to lead the RRD. The HR is in charge of all the promotions and demotions within the RRD and has the main focus on taking charge when there are disease outbreaks and is the most knowledgeable medic within the corps. We might also point out that the HR is to do interviews for the division to see if they are fit to join with the approval from the HMO. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: I've been striked once also kicked out of regiments but those kicks are 4-6 years old when I was completely new and did not know what to do. But the strike which is the most recent (a couple of months ago) which I received from being inactive on my ROA. I was inactive for 2 weeks and collected 2 logs for the period. I should have gotten a demotion, however from hierarchy they noticed the previous activity was highly active which caused them to give me a strike rather than a demotion to CO. This was my period when I was Surgeon I believe. The times I've gotten kicked from a regiment is so long time ago I cannot remember even the regiment as I remember I was in a regiment that was coloured green and a different one yellow or orange. But did stop playing on the server and 4-6 years later I came back on and started to play SWRP as frequently as possible. List every rank of Medical Corps Command rank and what they do: We have Head Medical Officer, Field Medical Officer and Head Researcher. These are the three ranks that fills out the Medical Corps Command. Starting with the HMO we know that the main duty of the HMO is to make sure the FMO & HR and is available to support the other MCCs when it's necessary. The HMO is also there to approve the HR actions (invitation to RRD). The FMO is the one who oversees the regimental medics in the republic army and less focused on the research as this rank will focus on the core part of healing and combat wise. And ofcourse keep an eye out for new recruits. The HR are more related to research and are in charge of all the promotions & demotion within the RRD. This person is to oversee all the activity and performance in the battlefield and on the base and is to interview new recruits for the RRD. What is combat healing: Combat healing is simple, if the medic or the injured are taking shots, if the blaster shots connects or not, then the medic are to immediately stop healing the person cause if the healing would proceed even when taking damaged or shots, it would lead to a massive unfair advantage. This would give the person who's being healed the status of almost becoming immortal which obviously does not make it fun for others, and that's what we are here for, to enjoy this. What is healing priority: Healing priorities is basically that every medics and non-medics are prioritised to save or aid the highest ranked republic personnel that's in your surrounding. If a Battalion Officer Cadet was dying and the CE Marshal Commander was also dying, then everyone would been prioritised to save the highest rank. However there's an acceptance to this. If a medic would already be on the highest ranked republic personnel then it the person have two choices, help aid the highest or go on the second highest. Anything else: I appreciate the consideration! But also, let's say this would get denied, I would also appreciate having a chance of the HR or FMO but prefer the HR. If I need to make a new application, I will happily do that.
