Why are niggas acting like the server gamemode ain't called World WAR 2, of course it's not going to be some 5 star Dubai Hospital, it's going to look like a camp because it's a fucking war gamemode and believe it or not, medical camps did exist back then.
Let me just reference it with a picture for some uneducated niggas that haven't seen a medical camp during WW2 before -
 
What a surprise huh? They didn't have some next up SCP type keycards door that goes into a hospital bunker, they just had a fucking tent and some wooden made up beds to bring the wounded soldiers from the war.
The only aspect I would say that looks FailRP would be the towers, nothing else. If they aren't supposed to be spawned in blacklist them, if event planners need to use them just whitelist them to the according rank or get a super admin to spawn them in, don't put up bait props that get players banned without prior warning on their usage.

Obviously at the time i was treating the orpo as a prostitute hence explaining why i was messing around with it. Nothing had happend after that the orpo was killed and we returned to RPing half an hour later I was brought into the sit and was told to explain myself me not knowing what to say I just tried to defend myself saying i had just done it for to mess around with the Orpo

1. General Rules
1.0 Do not World Affect Abuse (Seeing through the walls and ground)
1.1 Do not break the New Life Rule (NLR) (2 minutes).
1.2 Do not randomly kill other players (RDM).
1.2.1 Do not kill other people if they kill/RDM you. That is RevengeRDM and can be classed as NLR.
1.3 Do not metagame. (Using Out Of Character information in Roleplay)
1.4 Be respectful to all other players and administrators.
1.5 Do not use props to push, kill, block, surf, or climb etc. This is unfair and unrealistic.
1.6 Do not place props, signs, or entities in shops or rooms that other people own unless they ask you to.
1.7 No advertising of any kind for other communities or servers. This will result in a permanent ban. (No warnings) 
1.7.1 Advertising for any other project (Twitter facebook page, YouTube channel etc.) is also forbidden unless the SMT team has approved it.
1.8 Do not create devices or explosives with any mod/addon that can kill or hurt any players.
1.8.1 Do not Printer/ammo bomb other players or their homes. (abuse printers or ammo to kill players on purpose or blow up people's bases).
1.9 No cheating, hacking, or scamming. Violation of these rules will result in a permanent ban.

2. Raiding / Mugging / Kidnapping Rules
2.1 You must advert before raiding, mugging, kidnapping, countering, stealing, PD raiding, city takeovers and bank raiding.
2.2 You can only raid / counter if your job description says so. (If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you can also see there who can raid, kidnap and so on…)
2.3 If you died in a raid you must not interfere with the raid or the people who were raiding until it is over.
2.4 You may not raid homes that have a building sign.
2.5 When you have raided a player’s home/shop, you must wait at least 15 minutes before raiding the same player again.
2.6 You can only raid someone 2x an hour
2.7 You may not raid or mug hobos.
2.8 You must advert raid over/kidnap over/bank raid over/pd raid over once your have finished.
2.9 During a PD Raid you can not kill the Mayor unless he poses a threat.(If the Mayor is shooting at you.)
2.10 When mugging or kidnapping the player must be at a halt by you.
2.10.1 When mugging you must give them at least 5 seconds to drop the money.
2.10.2 When you have kidnapped someone you must either release them after 10 minutes or kill them adverting execution.
2.10.3 When keeping a prisoner hostage you can not have a crouch box or an epilepsy box.
2.11 You must advert Bank Robbery when robbing the bank.
2.11.1 You can only rob the bank once every 20 minutes.
2.12 When you kidnapped someone you can ask 10k for his return.
2.12.1 When you kidnapped the mayor you can ask for 25k for his return.
2.13 You can not advert raid when already inside the building. This includes the PD & Bank.
2.14 The maximum mug price is $5000.
2.15 You can not mug the same person within a space of 15 Minutes.
2.16 You cannot Mug or Kidnap in spawn.
2.17 You can only kidnap the same person every 15 min.
2.18 You can only raid the PD every 20 min.
2.19 You must advert before raiding, mugging, kidnapping, countering, stealing, PD raiding, city takeovers and bank raiding.
2.20 Chain Adverts are not allowed. E.G. (Raid/PDraid/Kidnap/Kidnap Assist/Counter raid/Over/false/mayor assassination)
2.21 There must be a 5 minute gap between each Raid and kidnap

2.21 When you are raiding, you shouldn’t kill people who aren’t posing a threat (E.G holding a gun / calling for police).. It is the raiders responsibility to make sure the “innocent” people don't pull out a weapon etc (meaning you need to warn people to leave the property when unarmed). This rule is only really for people who aren’t basing in the building. The owner of the building isn’t considered for this rule,
2.22 Let the people you are mugging/kidnapping know. Don’t just advert and expect them to know you are kidnapping/mugging them, without saying anything in, in character chat.
2.23 Base takeovers is not allowed.
2.24 You CANNOT take any government members as hostages apart from the MAYOR nor can you mug any of them.
2.25 You must only advert raids or counters outside of the building in which you are adverting on.
2.26 When adverting you must keep the “action” part of advert in yellow e.g “raid” or “mug” 
2.27 PD raids can only last 15 mins.
2.28 You can’t counter anything there has to be a good rp reason to counter NOT someone knifing a bin or shooting a wall.
2.29 In any occasion where you steal items directly from a base you need to advert raid and not steal.
 
3. Building Rules
3.1 When creating fading doors, the keypad must be visible and reachable by other players. You may have as many keypads as you want but they must all be correct.
3.2 You always need a working keypad/button on your fading door.
3.3 No crouch bases, This including forcing a player to go up a ladder, entrances must be set up so players can enter them while standing. (This means you can’t be crouching at any point to get through said door)
3.3.1 You are allowed to have bases where you have to crouch jump though.
3.4 Roof basing is allowed but not jump/parkour bases. You can’t base on top of tunnels unless you’re a hobo
To clarify a roof is on top of a building.
3.5 Kill on sight Lines (KOS) lines must be inside your property, and not in the street or on the pavement. You are also not allowed KOS signs saying "KOS if loitering” or targeting groups like “KOS if a cop”).
3.6 When in a mob you are allowed to take up a small section of the map to serve as your HQ/territory and also slightly block it off (Example traffics cones, fences and walls). However there must be a clear opening so that innocent characters such as citizens can walk through. You can only fully block it off once you have admin or higher permission. You can’t KOS people in these areas though.
3.7 Do not build laggy structures on purpose. If unsure contact a member of staff.
3.8 The government is allowed to block off a street with no clear opening and a fading door to make a checkpoint. However they can only deny access to players refusing to be weapon searched.
3.9 Do not fading door abuse. (After a keypad has been cracked, it must stay open for the minimum 5 seconds it's set to. You are not allowed to close it with a keypad/button yourself.
3.10 Shooting windows if used must be open for at least 5 seconds as well.
3.11 Do not abuse any Tools/Wire items to your advantage when building bases (Example using explosives, teleport and so on).
3.12 If there is a fading door in the PD the code to a fading door must be shared with all Government jobs.
3.13 Only the police chief and mayor may build inside the PD. The mayor can allow other police officers to build inside the pd, however it is that officer's responsibility to make sure the stuff will get removed when the mayor is gone.
3.13.1 Only the mayor and police chief can make checkpoints.
3.13.2 Building tollbooths is NOT allowed.
3.14 Do not build floating sky bases.
3.15 Do not build in public unless you’re a hobo or if there’s another reason which allows your job to do so.
3.15.1 Do not build attachments to buildings.
*The PD can only have a total of 2 fading doors and you’re not allowed to block off any entrances
3.17 You may have a maximum of three fading doors to gain entrance to your base and another for each person in your base for a small container.
3.17.1 The fading door for the small container may not be made so that it gives you access to another area. It must only be there to prevent people from touching an entity.
3.19 You can not raid with a building sign.
3.19.1 If you have a building sign up, you can't have any valuable items in your base. For example guns, printers, drugs etc.
3.20 You are not allowed to have a one way advantage in your base.
3.21 You must fit at least 2 people in each room after a fading door.
3.22 Maze basing is banned.
3.23 You cannot block any interactive npc’s E.G. drug dealers.

3.25  Dragging corridors out to long distances or having to run round tons of walls is against the rules.
3.26 You cannot have props blocking printers to be taken out. All printers/drug making resource have to be able to be stolen. (You can only put it in a container with a fading door with a single keypad to it.)

5. Government Job Rules

5.0 Do NOT lock and/or block the main entrance to the PD. The PD lobby is a public area. Unless there is a checkpoint covering the area therefore entrance is allowed but with review of your weaponry.
5.1 You are allowed to request for players to let you search their homes without a warrant, but if they say no you are required to leave.
5.2 Do not random warrant players, you must have a legitimate reason to warrant someone. (Example: Hearing an explosion, seeing printers/drugs.)
5.2.1 You may not warrant if you see sparks through a wall as it FailRP seeming you would never be able to see sparks through walls normally, the same with hearing meth.
5.3 Do not RDA, randomly arrest someone. You must have a good reason.
5.4 If a player has a weapon out in public you are allowed to arrest him/her on sight, or use deadly force if you fear for your or others lives.
5.5 You are not allowed to randomly weapon search OR strip someone of their weapons without a reason.
5.6 Do not random /wanted players, you must have a good reason.
5.7 Do not use someone’s class/job as a reason (ex when their job is Thief) to follow or arrest them. This is considered metagaming and is punishable.
5.8 You need to have your gun on holster/safety unless there is a threat.
5.9 If you witness someone breaking the law you are allowed to arrest them or kill if the player presents a deadly threat.
5.10 If a player is not wanted and is not seen by cops for two minutes you can not pursuit him after the two minutes.
5.11 If you die you must obey the NLR. This applies even if you are being requested for ANY reason (via /cr, /advert, etc.).
5.12 You are not allowed to arrest people through walls or props. This is considered FailRP.
5.13 As Mayor’s Bodyguard you should always stay with the mayor and have your weapons holstered.
5.14 The Mayor’s Bodyguard is not in charge from the SWAT/Police.
5.15 As Mayor’s Bodyguard, your job is to protect the mayor and nothing else, don’t run off raiding with the other members of the government.
5.16 The mayor is not allowed to raid with police or SWAT. He is only allowed to give orders.
5.17 The Mayor is only allowed to own a side arm (only a pistol) for self-defense and may only have it out if there is danger or a threat nearby.
5.18 If the PD is being raided and you were killed, you may return once your NLR is over.
5.19 You are not allowed to buy weapons from a gun dealer.
5.20 You can't use confiscated weapons.
5.21 Don't combat arrest. This means you can't run into a combat situation with your arrest baton and arrest people, you have to attempt to kill them.
5.22 Any of the Law enforcement or the mayor is not allowed to own any doors.
5.24.1 No Government Officials are allowed to base other than that of the PD. The Mayor can create a safe house but must still actively participate in Role-play with the people of Downtown.
5.23 Player's are allowed to own and sell knives BUT if brandished in public they are AOS or KOS.

5.31 If there is no mayor to set the laws, the laws go by the regular laws.
5.32 There is a grace period of 5 mins after the mayor gets the job where you can’t kill him

6. Job Rules

Hitman / Professional Hitman
Doing hits is illegal so you can be arrested or killed by police.
If you have a hit on an Admin on Duty, ask them to go to you, but state your intention is to kill them for a hit. If you kill them as SOD you will be punished.
If you kill your suspect and then the suspect is de-fibbed you CANNOT kill them again unless they start shooting at you. (Best choice is to run away and avoid death).
Do not kill anyone around the scene of your murder unless they begin to use force such as using weapons to attack you, you may then use self-defence to kill them.
If a hit has been placed on the mayor you have to advert /advert mayor assassination before killing him.
 
Medic
Do not base/printer camp as a medic.
You can not become part of a gang.
You can make a small stand for selling in the street
You can only own a pistol & Knife
You can NOT assist in raids.

Mafia, Bloodz/Cripz, Street Criminals
You are not allowed to kill someone else just because he is in a different gang, that would count as RDM.
Shooting cops just because you’re a criminal is not allowed.
If a cop stands in your way of completing your goal then you're entitled to kill them.
You cannot team up with government officials.
Robbing/mugging people is allowed but make sure killing your victim is a last resort.
You can raid the PD.

Gun Dealer
You MUST sell guns to people who want them. Though on occasion if people are an annoyance or someone raids you (with either of you not dying) you can ban them.
You cannot only sell guns to a certain job, for example: Gangsters.
no discrimination against a class.
You cannot self supply* (*SELF SUPPLY: Buying guns for yourself.).
You can only have a PISTOL OR A SHOTGUN and you are allowed to buy this for yourself (Raging bull, Glock,or IMI Desert Eagles(You can use other PISTOLS that aren’t included in this list, but only pistols) and a Knife for yourself to protect your shop.
You may employ guards to protect the shop and they can have any gun. But no mercenaries.
You must make a shop, and cannot be classed as a 'TRAVELLING GUN DEALER'. Having no shop is FailRP.
 
Hobo
You can’t join any gangs.
Do not build in the spawn.
You cannot own any guns. However, you can own knives.
Don't make stupidly big or inappropriate buildings, they often ruin roleplay and are useless.
Don't block off any sort of public area.
You are only allowed to play music while standing still (busking) do not run around the map while playing music(annoying people).
Do not build in the road, pathways only.
You can be shot if you play music outside someones shop/base once you have been asked to stop.
Only hobo's are allowed to live in hobo town.
You may not build casinos.
You cannot make drugs.
You can not print as hobo.

Mayor
Abusing laws in any way, shape or form is NOT allowed. For example, making a law that every citizen needs to pay the mayor 1$ every hour this includes things like KOS for disrespecting police.
The same as police officers, if a crime is committed you can accept a bribe to look the other way.
You're only allowed to team up with Government officials. (You are allowed to have friends that are not government officials)
Creating a lockdown without a good roleplay reason is NOT allowed. (Making laws is not a legit reason to make a lockdown)
Only accept search warrants if there is a good reason.
Do not purposely get taken hostage by gang members.
Do not charge more than $1000 for a gun licence
Do not make laws which contradict the first three
By default guns are illegal, But you can set a law which allows heavy guns to be ownable with a license. The same goes for pistols.
Accepting blank warrants or warrants with a reason that is against the rules is NOT allowed.
If gangs kidnap you do what they tell you to do (As in adding laws and placing lock downs) but DON'T comply with actions that are against the server rules.
As mayor you may build in the PD.
 
Security Guard
You cannot guard Government Officials.
You may base with your employer.
 
Mayor’s Bodyguard
You protect the MAYOR.
You can raid but only if the MAYOR has been kidnapped.
You cannot act like a police officer, including: Patrolling and raiding.
However you can arrest individuals who are wanted.
And can kill those attempt to kill the mayor/government official.
The mayor is your primary mission to protect and guard, you may not go off task unless the mayor says so.
 
Civilian / Mayor’s Daughter
Just because you're a Girl doesn't mean you can make your /job Prostitute
Don't act slutty, you're just an ordinary  girl.
You cannot join gangs, you're just a civilian.
You may be slutty, within reason.
 
Terrorist
You can only kill people with the C4 if you advert Terror Attack / Terrorism.
Terror attacks cooldown is 30 minutes.
 
DJ
Only Play music within your club, not on the street or running around.
You may make a booth but it must not obstruct an entrance.
Don’t play music through your microphone, it’s annoying and will be classed as mic spam.
 
Miner / Lumberjack
You cannot steal from another miner/lumberjack.
You cannot print.
You cannot attack people with your pickaxe/axe.
You can only own a knife and/or a pistol.
 
Parkourist / Monkey
You cannot raid / do illegal activities.
Do not abuse the Climb Swep.

Rat
You can kill anybody you see in the sewer without a reason.
If you do go on the surface you can get killed with no reason.

Imposter
You cannot kill people randomly.
You're supposed to take secret hits, as technically you're not an official hitman.
 
7. PD Takeover Rules 
7.1 To take over the PD you have to have the following:
7.1.1 A Gang (More than 2 Person) and at least 1 of you inside PD
7.1.2 The PD taken over, (No COPS Inside)
7.1.3 There must be a mayor online and kidnapped.
7.2 If the mayor kills himself/disconnects the takeover continues.
7.3 The PD is only regained once the PD is empty of gang members.
7.4 You must /advert PD TAKEOVER
Government officials have to immediately attempt to retake the PD. This does not mean you can NLR. You have to wait for the timer.

8. Admin Sit rules
8.1 Listen to the staff and don’t argue.
8.2 If you are unsatisfied by their performance or believe they are wrong take it to the website and not in the sit.
8.3 Don’t insult the staff.
8.4 It is offensive to someone who is dedicating time to help the server.
8.5 They are doing their best.
8.6 Insulting won’t get you anywhere but in more trouble.
 
9. PAC3 Rules
9.1 Do not use any massive props.
9.2 Do not put any annoying stuff on your body which can ruin others' gameplay.
9.3 Make it so that it fits in with your job. (For example a Hobo shouldn't have a gun on his back etc.)
9.4 Do not change your model with pac3, this is unrealistic. Though this is generally under admins opinion.
9.5 Directly racist pac3s e.g. KKK outfits or putting actual swastikas on yourself is not allowed.
 
10. Admin Rules
10.1 Don't noclip abuse. This means you are not allowed to noclip for no reason while rping.
10.1 Don’t be cloaked during a sit.
10.2 You are not allowed to go AFK while you are Admin on Duty.
10.3 You are not allowed to go AFK out of the map.
10.3.1 Don't go AFK in noclip or in a location you got to by noclipping.
10.4 Don't yell at our players no matter what they did we need to be as friendly as possible.
10.4.1 Don't disrespect players or staff whatsoever.
10.5 Don't start or be a part of an argument in OOC at all, you need to stop it nothing else.
10.6 Use common sense all rules are not properly posted here but you should know by yourself what you are and are not allowed to do.
10.7 Only the Manager, Vice Manager, and Staff Manager can permanently ban someone for having 40 inactive warns!
10.8 A staff member may not report another staff member for anything other than abuse on the forums, anything else you come to the management team on TS and talk with us about it.
10.9 Things written in admin chat, STAYS in admin chat.
10.10 Don’t promote giving people millions of dollars to other people, it ruins the economy.
 3 Active Warns = a Kick
          5 Active Warns = A Day Ban
              10 Active Warns = A Week Ban
40 Inactive Warns = A Perm Ban (Anyone who currently has that or more has one more chance)

1.8 Do not create devices or explosives with any mod/addon that can kill or hurt any players.
1.8.1 Do not Printer/ammo bomb other players or their homes. (abuse printers or ammo to kill players on purpose or blow up people's bases).
1.9 No cheating, hacking, or scamming. Violation of these rules will result in a permanent ban.

2. Raiding / Mugging / Kidnapping Rules
2.1 You must advert before raiding, mugging, kidnapping, countering, stealing, PD raiding, city takeovers and bank raiding.
2.2 You can only raid / counter if your job description says so. (If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you can also see there who can raid, kidnap and so on…)
2.3 If you died in a raid you must not interfere with the raid or the people who were raiding until it is over.
2.4 You may not raid homes that have a building sign.
2.5 When you have raided a player’s home/shop, you must wait at least 15 minutes before raiding the same player again.
2.6 You can only raid someone 2x an hour
2.7 You may not raid or mug hobos.
2.8 You must advert raid over/kidnap over/bank raid over/pd raid over once your have finished.
2.9 During a PD Raid you can not kill the Mayor unless he poses a threat.(If the Mayor is shooting at you.)
2.10 When mugging or kidnapping the player must be at a halt by you.
2.10.1 When mugging you must give them at least 5 seconds to drop the money.
2.10.2 When you have kidnapped someone you must either release them after 10 minutes or kill them adverting execution.
2.10.3 When keeping a prisoner hostage you can not have a crouch box or an epilepsy box.
2.11 You must advert Bank Robbery when robbing the bank.
2.11.1 You can only rob the bank once every 20 minutes.
2.12 When you kidnapped someone you can ask 10k for his return.
2.12.1 When you kidnapped the mayor you can ask for 25k for his return.
2.13 You can not advert raid when already inside the building. This includes the PD & Bank.
2.14 The maximum mug price is $5000.
2.15 You can not mug the same person within a space of 15 Minutes.
2.16 You cannot Mug or Kidnap in spawn.
2.17 You can only kidnap the same person every 15 min.
2.18 You can only raid the PD every 20 min.
2.19 You must advert before raiding, mugging, kidnapping, countering, stealing, PD raiding, city takeovers and bank raiding.
2.20 Chain Adverts are not allowed. E.G. (Raid/PDraid/Kidnap/Kidnap Assist/Counter raid/Over/false/mayor assassination)
2.21 There must be a 5 minute gap between each Raid and kidnap

2.21 When you are raiding, you shouldn’t kill people who aren’t posing a threat (E.G holding a gun / calling for police).. It is the raiders responsibility to make sure the “innocent” people don't pull out a weapon etc (meaning you need to warn people to leave the property when unarmed). This rule is only really for people who aren’t basing in the building. The owner of the building isn’t considered for this rule,
2.22 Let the people you are mugging/kidnapping know. Don’t just advert and expect them to know you are kidnapping/mugging them, without saying anything in, in character chat.
2.23 Base takeovers is not allowed.
2.24 You CANNOT take any government members as hostages apart from the MAYOR nor can you mug any of them.
2.25 You must only advert raids or counters outside of the building in which you are adverting on.
2.26 When adverting you must keep the “action” part of advert in yellow e.g “raid” or “mug” 
2.27 PD raids can only last 15 mins.
2.28 You can’t counter anything there has to be a good rp reason to counter NOT someone knifing a bin or shooting a wall.
2.29 In any occasion where you steal items directly from a base you need to advert raid and not steal.
 
3. Building Rules
3.1 When creating fading doors, the keypad must be visible and reachable by other players. You may have as many keypads as you want but they must all be correct.
3.2 You always need a working keypad/button on your fading door.
3.3 No crouch bases, This including forcing a player to go up a ladder, entrances must be set up so players can enter them while standing. (This means you can’t be crouching at any point to get through said door)
3.3.1 You are allowed to have bases where you have to crouch jump though.
3.4 Roof basing is allowed but not jump/parkour bases. You can’t base on top of tunnels unless you’re a hobo
To clarify a roof is on top of a building.
3.5 Kill on sight Lines (KOS) lines must be inside your property, and not in the street or on the pavement. You are also not allowed KOS signs saying "KOS if loitering” or targeting groups like “KOS if a cop”).
3.6 When in a mob you are allowed to take up a small section of the map to serve as your HQ/territory and also slightly block it off (Example traffics cones, fences and walls). However there must be a clear opening so that innocent characters such as citizens can walk through. You can only fully block it off once you have admin or higher permission. You can’t KOS people in these areas though.
3.7 Do not build laggy structures on purpose. If unsure contact a member of staff.
3.8 The government is allowed to block off a street with no clear opening and a fading door to make a checkpoint. However they can only deny access to players refusing to be weapon searched.
3.9 Do not fading door abuse. (After a keypad has been cracked, it must stay open for the minimum 5 seconds it's set to. You are not allowed to close it with a keypad/button yourself.
3.10 Shooting windows if used must be open for at least 5 seconds as well.
3.11 Do not abuse any Tools/Wire items to your advantage when building bases (Example using explosives, teleport and so on).
3.12 If there is a fading door in the PD the code to a fading door must be shared with all Government jobs.
3.13 Only the police chief and mayor may build inside the PD. The mayor can allow other police officers to build inside the pd, however it is that officer's responsibility to make sure the stuff will get removed when the mayor is gone.

3.13.2 Building tollbooths is NOT allowed.
3.14 Do not build floating sky bases.
3.15 Do not build in public unless you’re a hobo or if there’s another reason which allows your job to do so.

6. Job Rules

Hitman / Professional Hitman
Doing hits is illegal so you can be arrested or killed by police.
If you have a hit on an Admin on Duty, ask them to go to you, but state your intention is to kill them for a hit. If you kill them as SOD you will be punished.
If you kill your suspect and then the suspect is de-fibbed you CANNOT kill them again unless they start shooting at you. (Best choice is to run away and avoid death).
Do not kill anyone around the scene of your murder unless they begin to use force such as using weapons to attack you, you may then use self-defence to kill them.
If a hit has been placed on the mayor you have to advert /advert mayor assassination before killing him.
 
Medic
Do not base/printer camp as a medic.
You can not become part of a gang.
You can make a small stand for selling in the street
You can only own a pistol & Knife
You can NOT assist in raids.

Mafia, Bloodz/Cripz, Street Criminals
You are not allowed to kill someone else just because he is in a different gang, that would count as RDM.
Shooting cops just because you’re a criminal is not allowed.
If a cop stands in your way of completing your goal then you're entitled to kill them.
You cannot team up with government officials.
Robbing/mugging people is allowed but make sure killing your victim is a last resort.
You can raid the PD.

Gun Dealer
You MUST sell guns to people who want them. Though on occasion if people are an annoyance or someone raids you (with either of you not dying) you can ban them.
You cannot only sell guns to a certain job, for example: Gangsters.
no discrimination against a class.
You cannot self supply* (*SELF SUPPLY: Buying guns for yourself.).
You can only have a PISTOL OR A SHOTGUN and you are allowed to buy this for yourself (Raging bull, Glock,or IMI Desert Eagles(You can use other PISTOLS that aren’t included in this list, but only pistols) and a Knife for yourself to protect your shop.
You may employ guards to protect the shop and they can have any gun. But no mercenaries.
You must make a shop, and cannot be classed as a 'TRAVELLING GUN DEALER'. Having no shop is FailRP.
 
Hobo
You can’t join any gangs.
Do not build in the spawn.
You cannot own any guns. However, you can own knives.
Don't make stupidly big or inappropriate buildings, they often ruin roleplay and are useless.
Don't block off any sort of public area.
You are only allowed to play music while standing still (busking) do not run around the map while playing music(annoying people).
Do not build in the road, pathways only.
You can be shot if you play music outside someones shop/base once you have been asked to stop.
Only hobo's are allowed to live in hobo town.
You may not build casinos.
You cannot make drugs.
You can not print as hobo.

Mayor
Abusing laws in any way, shape or form is NOT allowed. For example, making a law that every citizen needs to pay the mayor 1$ every hour this includes things like KOS for disrespecting police.
The same as police officers, if a crime is committed you can accept a bribe to look the other way.
You're only allowed to team up with Government officials. (You are allowed to have friends that are not government officials)
Creating a lockdown without a good roleplay reason is NOT allowed. (Making laws is not a legit reason to make a lockdown)
Only accept search warrants if there is a good reason.
Do not purposely get taken hostage by gang members.
Do not charge more than $1000 for a gun licence
Do not make laws which contradict the first three
By default guns are illegal, But you can set a law which allows heavy guns to be ownable with a license. The same goes for pistols.
Accepting blank warrants or warrants with a reason that is against the rules is NOT allowed.
If gangs kidnap you do what they tell you to do (As in adding laws and placing lock downs) but DON'T comply with actions that are against the server rules.
As mayor you may build in the PD.
 
Security Guard
You cannot guard Government Officials.
You may base with your employer.
 
Mayor’s Bodyguard
You protect the MAYOR.
You can raid but only if the MAYOR has been kidnapped.
You cannot act like a police officer, including: Patrolling and raiding.
However you can arrest individuals who are wanted.
And can kill those attempt to kill the mayor/government official.
The mayor is your primary mission to protect and guard, you may not go off task unless the mayor says so.

Just because you're a Girl doesn't mean you can make your /job Prostitute
Don't act slutty, you're just an ordinary  girl.
You cannot join gangs, you're just a civilian.
You may be slutty, within reason.
 
Terrorist
You can only kill people with the C4 if you advert Terror Attack / Terrorism.
Terror attacks cooldown is 30 minutes.
 
DJ
Only Play music within your club, not on the street or running around.
You may make a booth but it must not obstruct an entrance.
Don’t play music through your microphone, it’s annoying and will be classed as mic spam.
 
Miner / Lumberjack
You cannot steal from another miner/lumberjack.
You cannot print.
You cannot attack people with your pickaxe/axe.
You can only own a knife and/or a pistol.
 
Parkourist / Monkey
You cannot raid / do illegal activities.
Do not abuse the Climb Swep.

Rat
You can kill anybody you see in the sewer without a reason.
If you do go on the surface you can get killed with no reason.

Imposter
You cannot kill people randomly.
You're supposed to take secret hits, as technically you're not an official hitman.
 
7. PD Takeover Rules 
7.1 To take over the PD you have to have the following:
7.1.1 A Gang (More than 2 Person) and at least 1 of you inside PD
7.1.2 The PD taken over, (No COPS Inside)
7.1.3 There must be a mayor online and kidnapped.
7.2 If the mayor kills himself/disconnects the takeover continues.
7.3 The PD is only regained once the PD is empty of gang members.
7.4 You must /advert PD TAKEOVER
Government officials have to immediately attempt to retake the PD. This does not mean you can NLR. You have to wait for the timer.

8. Admin Sit rules
8.1 Listen to the staff and don’t argue.
8.2 If you are unsatisfied by their performance or believe they are wrong take it to the website and not in the sit.
8.3 Don’t insult the staff.
8.4 It is offensive to someone who is dedicating time to help the server.
8.5 They are doing their best.
8.6 Insulting won’t get you anywhere but in more trouble.
 
9. PAC3 Rules
9.1 Do not use any massive props.
9.2 Do not put any annoying stuff on your body which can ruin others' gameplay.
9.3 Make it so that it fits in with your job. (For example a Hobo shouldn't have a gun on his back etc.)
9.4 Do not change your model with pac3, this is unrealistic. Though this is generally under admins opinion.
9.5 Directly racist pac3s e.g. KKK outfits or putting actual swastikas on yourself is not allowed.
 
10. Admin Rules
10.1 Don't noclip abuse. This means you are not allowed to noclip for no reason while rping.
10.1 Don’t be cloaked during a sit.
10.2 You are not allowed to go AFK while you are Admin on Duty.
10.3 You are not allowed to go AFK out of the map.
10.3.1 Don't go AFK in noclip or in a location you got to by noclipping.
10.4 Don't yell at our players no matter what they did we need to be as friendly as possible.
10.4.1 Don't disrespect players or staff whatsoever.
10.5 Don't start or be a part of an argument in OOC at all, you need to stop it nothing else.
10.6 Use common sense all rules are not properly posted here but you should know by yourself what you are and are not allowed to do.
10.7 Only the Manager, Vice Manager, and Staff Manager can permanently ban someone for having 40 inactive warns!
10.8 A staff member may not report another staff member for anything other than abuse on the forums, anything else you come to the management team on TS and talk with us about it.
10.9 Things written in admin chat, STAYS in admin chat.
10.10 Don’t promote giving people millions of dollars to other people, it ruins the economy.
 3 Active Warns = a Kick
          5 Active Warns = A Day Ban
              10 Active Warns = A Week Ban
40 Inactive Warns = A Perm Ban (Anyone who currently has that or more has one more chance)

1. General Rules
1.0 Do not World Affect Abuse (Seeing through the walls and ground)
1.1 Do not break the New Life Rule (NLR) (2 minutes).
1.2 Do not randomly kill other players (RDM).
1.2.1 Do not kill other people if they kill/RDM you. That is RevengeRDM and can be classed as NLR.
1.3 Do not metagame. (Using Out Of Character information in Roleplay)
1.4 Be respectful to all other players and administrators.
1.5 Do not use props to push, kill, block, surf, or climb etc. This is unfair and unrealistic.
1.6 Do not place props, signs, or entities in shops or rooms that other people own unless they ask you to.
1.7 No advertising of any kind for other communities or servers. This will result in a permanent ban. (No warnings) 
1.7.1 Advertising for any other project (Twitter facebook page, YouTube channel etc.) is also forbidden unless the SMT team has approved it.
1.8 Do not create devices or explosives with any mod/addon that can kill or hurt any players.
1.8.1 Do not Printer/ammo bomb other players or their homes. (abuse printers or ammo to kill players on purpose or blow up people's bases).
1.9 No cheating, hacking, or scamming. Violation of these rules will result in a permanent ban.
1.10 Do not prop block any non-ownable or ownable doors. You may create a fading door, but you must set a keypad to open the door.
1.10.1 However, you are allowed to propblock doors and windows as long as there is at least 1 other way in.
1.11 A fading door must be opened for a minimum of 5 seconds.
1.11.1 Do not lockpick a fading door. It is FailRP.
1.12 Do not buy doors to rooms or buildings that you do not intend to use. This is unfair to other players who want to use them.
1.13 Do not use /advert for things such as: out of character chatting, disrespecting players, or advertising for any other non-roleplay purposes, etc.
1.13.1 When adverting, do not use black text as it is hard to read.
1.14 When being chased by police, you are allowed to open fire at them, but only if they try to arrest you and are wielding a weapon.
1.15 You are not allowed to do any illegal activities as a government official.
1.16 If you would like to argue a point or discuss administrator action please do it over PM/Steam/website so as to not spam OOC chat.
1.17 Once under gun point and the person is threatening you, you may not run or pull out a weapon, unless you are about to get shot/killed  in a fight with the person. (FearRP)
1.18 Do not break the rules to retaliate against someone else who broke the rules. Two wrongs do not make a right.
1.19 Spam of ANY kind is not allowed. This includes props, chat, mic, and bugbait/ hobo poop spam/ camera flash.
1.20 Do not intentionally troll other members of the community.
1.21 Do not kill or harm the officer who arrested you, however, you can place a hit on the officer.
1.22 You cannot continuously revive someone you kidnapped, you can only revive him once. (If he suicides call an admin)
1.23 Do not swear ,overuse caps or spam, in OOC.
1.24 You must warn people 3 times when people don’t comply to what you’re saying under gun point and then you can kill them (this is done in chat not advert)
1.26 Reselling peoples bases or PAC3s without their strict permission is not allowed.
1.27 You are not allowed to place random hits on players you have not interfered with.
1.28 On any unspecified rule, staff have the final say.
1.29 ERP and any NSFW content is forbidden on the server.
 
1.25 Music Radio Rules
1.25.1 You can NOT use radios in public areas (streets etc.) unless you are a hobo.
1.25.2 You are not allowed to walk around with a radio. It has to stay in one spot.
1.25.3 You can only have a total of 1 radio.

2. Raiding / Mugging / Kidnapping Rules
2.1 You must advert before raiding, mugging, kidnapping, countering, stealing, PD raiding, city takeovers and bank raiding.
2.2 You can only raid / counter if your job description says so. (If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you can also see there who can raid, kidnap and so on…)
2.3 If you died in a raid you must not interfere with the raid or the people who were raiding until it is over.
2.4 You may not raid homes that have a building sign.
2.5 When you have raided a player’s home/shop, you must wait at least 15 minutes before raiding the same player again.
2.6 You can only raid someone 2x an hour
2.7 You may not raid or mug hobos.
2.8 You must advert raid over/kidnap over/bank raid over/pd raid over once your have finished.
2.9 During a PD Raid you can not kill the Mayor unless he poses a threat.(If the Mayor is shooting at you.)
2.10 When mugging or kidnapping the player must be at a halt by you.
2.10.1 When mugging you must give them at least 5 seconds to drop the money.
2.10.2 When you have kidnapped someone you must either release them after 10 minutes or kill them adverting execution.
2.10.3 When keeping a prisoner hostage you can not have a crouch box or an epilepsy box.
2.11 You must advert Bank Robbery when robbing the bank.
2.11.1 You can only rob the bank once every 20 minutes.
2.12 When you kidnapped someone you can ask 10k for his return.
2.12.1 When you kidnapped the mayor you can ask for 25k for his return.
2.13 You can not advert raid when already inside the building. This includes the PD & Bank.
2.14 The maximum mug price is $5000.
2.15 You can not mug the same person within a space of 15 Minutes.
2.16 You cannot Mug or Kidnap in spawn.
2.17 You can only kidnap the same person every 15 min.
2.18 You can only raid the PD every 20 min.
2.19 You must advert before raiding, mugging, kidnapping, countering, stealing, PD raiding, city takeovers and bank raiding.
2.20 Chain Adverts are not allowed. E.G. (Raid/PDraid/Kidnap/Kidnap Assist/Counter raid/Over/false/mayor assassination)
2.21 There must be a 5 minute gap between each Raid and kidnap

2.21 When you are raiding, you shouldn’t kill people who aren’t posing a threat (E.G holding a gun / calling for police).. It is the raiders responsibility to make sure the “innocent” people don't pull out a weapon etc (meaning you need to warn people to leave the property when unarmed). This rule is only really for people who aren’t basing in the building. The owner of the building isn’t considered for this rule,
2.22 Let the people you are mugging/kidnapping know. Don’t just advert and expect them to know you are kidnapping/mugging them, without saying anything in, in character chat.
2.23 Base takeovers is not allowed.
2.24 You CANNOT take any government members as hostages apart from the MAYOR nor can you mug any of them.
2.25 You must only advert raids or counters outside of the building in which you are adverting on.
2.26 When adverting you must keep the “action” part of advert in yellow e.g “raid” or “mug” 
2.27 PD raids can only last 15 mins.
2.28 You can’t counter anything there has to be a good rp reason to counter NOT someone knifing a bin or shooting a wall.
2.29 In any occasion where you steal items directly from a base you need to advert raid and not steal.
 
3. Building Rules
3.1 When creating fading doors, the keypad must be visible and reachable by other players. You may have as many keypads as you want but they must all be correct.
3.2 You always need a working keypad/button on your fading door.
3.3 No crouch bases, This including forcing a player to go up a ladder, entrances must be set up so players can enter them while standing. (This means you can’t be crouching at any point to get through said door)
3.3.1 You are allowed to have bases where you have to crouch jump though.
3.4 Roof basing is allowed but not jump/parkour bases. You can’t base on top of tunnels unless you’re a hobo
To clarify a roof is on top of a building.
3.5 Kill on sight Lines (KOS) lines must be inside your property, and not in the street or on the pavement. You are also not allowed KOS signs saying "KOS if loitering” or targeting groups like “KOS if a cop”).
3.6 When in a mob you are allowed to take up a small section of the map to serve as your HQ/territory and also slightly block it off (Example traffics cones, fences and walls). However there must be a clear opening so that innocent characters such as citizens can walk through. You can only fully block it off once you have admin or higher permission. You can’t KOS people in these areas though.
3.7 Do not build laggy structures on purpose. If unsure contact a member of staff.
3.8 The government is allowed to block off a street with no clear opening and a fading door to make a checkpoint. However they can only deny access to players refusing to be weapon searched.
3.9 Do not fading door abuse. (After a keypad has been cracked, it must stay open for the minimum 5 seconds it's set to. You are not allowed to close it with a keypad/button yourself.
3.10 Shooting windows if used must be open for at least 5 seconds as well.
3.11 Do not abuse any Tools/Wire items to your advantage when building bases (Example using explosives, teleport and so on).
3.12 If there is a fading door in the PD the code to a fading door must be shared with all Government jobs.
3.13 Only the police chief and mayor may build inside the PD. The mayor can allow other police officers to build inside the pd, however it is that officer's responsibility to make sure the stuff will get removed when the mayor is gone.
3.13.1 Only the mayor and police chief can make checkpoints.
3.13.2 Building tollbooths is NOT allowed.
3.14 Do not build floating sky bases.
3.15 Do not build in public unless you’re a hobo or if there’s another reason which allows your job to do so.
3.15.1 Do not build attachments to buildings.
*The PD can only have a total of 2 fading doors and you’re not allowed to block off any entrances
3.17 You may have a maximum of three fading doors to gain entrance to your base and another for each person in your base for a small container.
3.17.1 The fading door for the small container may not be made so that it gives you access to another area. It must only be there to prevent people from touching an entity.
3.19 You can not raid with a building sign.
3.19.1 If you have a building sign up, you can't have any valuable items in your base. For example guns, printers, drugs etc.
3.20 You are not allowed to have a one way advantage in your base.
3.21 You must fit at least 2 people in each room after a fading door.
3.22 Maze basing is banned.
3.23 You cannot block any interactive npc’s E.G. drug dealers.
3.24 You must not create prop vehicles unless you are a scientist.
3.25  Dragging corridors out to long distances or having to run round tons of walls is against the rules.
3.26 You cannot have props blocking printers to be taken out. All printers/drug making resource have to be able to be stolen. (You can only put it in a container with a fading door with a single keypad to it.)
Notice: Any rules not specifically explained above will be decided upon by an online administrator. The online administrator can judge your base and demand it changed or removed if being too unfair.
 
4. General Job Rules
4.1 Do not Job Abuse (Do not switch to a job to use its abilities and then switch to another job.)
4.2 All classes/jobs must follow their roles and only do their job. (Example: Gun Dealers can only sell guns.)
4.3 Any suppliers must have a store, so that players can buy weapons without having to hunt you down. Failure to do so will result in a demotion from job.
4.4 Dealers are only allowed to base with guards and/or other dealers.
Every criminal job can raid/mug/kidnap
Misc category jobs cannot do any illegal activities unless said otherwise.
 
5. Government Job Rules
*KOS with gun out as a law isn’t valid, you can only open fire after 3 warnings to put it away as they are a danger upon refusal.
5.0 Do NOT lock and/or block the main entrance to the PD. The PD lobby is a public area. Unless there is a checkpoint covering the area therefore entrance is allowed but with review of your weaponry.
5.1 You are allowed to request for players to let you search their homes without a warrant, but if they say no you are required to leave.
5.2 Do not random warrant players, you must have a legitimate reason to warrant someone. (Example: Hearing an explosion, seeing printers/drugs.)
5.2.1 You may not warrant if you see sparks through a wall as it FailRP seeming you would never be able to see sparks through walls normally, the same with hearing meth.
5.3 Do not RDA, randomly arrest someone. You must have a good reason.
5.4 If a player has a weapon out in public you are allowed to arrest him/her on sight, or use deadly force if you fear for your or others lives.
5.5 You are not allowed to randomly weapon search OR strip someone of their weapons without a reason.
5.6 Do not random /wanted players, you must have a good reason.
5.7 Do not use someone’s class/job as a reason (ex when their job is Thief) to follow or arrest them. This is considered metagaming and is punishable.

5.9 If you witness someone breaking the law you are allowed to arrest them or kill if the player presents a deadly threat.
5.10 If a player is not wanted and is not seen by cops for two minutes you can not pursuit him after the two minutes.
5.11 If you die you must obey the NLR. This applies even if you are being requested for ANY reason (via /cr, /advert, etc.).
5.12 You are not allowed to arrest people through walls or props. This is considered FailRP.
5.13 As Mayor’s Bodyguard you should always stay with the mayor and have your weapons holstered.
5.14 The Mayor’s Bodyguard is not in charge from the SWAT/Police.
5.15 As Mayor’s Bodyguard, your job is to protect the mayor and nothing else, don’t run off raiding with the other members of the government.
5.16 The mayor is not allowed to raid with police or SWAT. He is only allowed to give orders.
5.17 The Mayor is only allowed to own a side arm (only a pistol) for self-defense and may only have it out if there is danger or a threat nearby.

You must make a shop, and cannot be classed as a 'TRAVELLING GUN DEALER'. Having no shop is FailRP.
 
Hobo
You can’t join any gangs.
Do not build in the spawn.
You cannot own any guns. However, you can own knives.
Don't make stupidly big or inappropriate buildings, they often ruin roleplay and are useless.
Don't block off any sort of public area.
You are only allowed to play music while standing still (busking) do not run around the map while playing music(annoying people).
Do not build in the road, pathways only.
You can be shot if you play music outside someones shop/base once you have been asked to stop.
Only hobo's are allowed to live in hobo town.
You may not build casinos.
You cannot make drugs.
You can not print as hobo.

Mayor
Abusing laws in any way, shape or form is NOT allowed. For example, making a law that every citizen needs to pay the mayor 1$ every hour this includes things like KOS for disrespecting police.
The same as police officers, if a crime is committed you can accept a bribe to look the other way.
You're only allowed to team up with Government officials. (You are allowed to have friends that are not government officials)
Creating a lockdown without a good roleplay reason is NOT allowed. (Making laws is not a legit reason to make a lockdown)
Only accept search warrants if there is a good reason.
Do not purposely get taken hostage by gang members.
Do not charge more than $1000 for a gun licence
Do not make laws which contradict the first three
By default guns are illegal, But you can set a law which allows heavy guns to be ownable with a license. The same goes for pistols.
Accepting blank warrants or warrants with a reason that is against the rules is NOT allowed.
If gangs kidnap you do what they tell you to do (As in adding laws and placing lock downs) but DON'T comply with actions that are against the server rules.
As mayor you may build in the PD.
 
Security Guard
You cannot guard Government Officials.
You may base with your employer.
 
Mayor’s Bodyguard
You protect the MAYOR.
You can raid but only if the MAYOR has been kidnapped.
You cannot act like a police officer, including: Patrolling and raiding.
However you can arrest individuals who are wanted.
And can kill those attempt to kill the mayor/government official.
The mayor is your primary mission to protect and guard, you may not go off task unless the mayor says so.
 
Civilian / Mayor’s Daughter
Just because you're a Girl doesn't mean you can make your /job Prostitute
Don't act slutty, you're just an ordinary  girl.
You cannot join gangs, you're just a civilian.
You may be slutty, within reason.
 
Terrorist
You can only kill people with the C4 if you advert Terror Attack / Terrorism.
Terror attacks cooldown is 30 minutes.
 
DJ
Only Play music within your club, not on the street or running around.
You may make a booth but it must not obstruct an entrance.
Don’t play music through your microphone, it’s annoying and will be classed as mic spam.
 
Miner / Lumberjack
You cannot steal from another miner/lumberjack.
You cannot print.
You cannot attack people with your pickaxe/axe.
You can only own a knife and/or a pistol.
 
Parkourist / Monkey
You cannot raid / do illegal activities.
Do not abuse the Climb Swep.

Rat
You can kill anybody you see in the sewer without a reason.
If you do go on the surface you can get killed with no reason.

Imposter
You cannot kill people randomly.
You're supposed to take secret hits, as technically you're not an official hitman.
 
7. PD Takeover Rules 
7.1 To take over the PD you have to have the following:
7.1.1 A Gang (More than 2 Person) and at least 1 of you inside PD
7.1.2 The PD taken over, (No COPS Inside)
7.1.3 There must be a mayor online and kidnapped.
7.2 If the mayor kills himself/disconnects the takeover continues.
7.3 The PD is only regained once the PD is empty of gang members.
7.4 You must /advert PD TAKEOVER
Government officials have to immediately attempt to retake the PD. This does not mean you can NLR. You have to wait for the timer.

8. Admin Sit rules
8.1 Listen to the staff and don’t argue.
8.2 If you are unsatisfied by their performance or believe they are wrong take it to the website and not in the sit.
8.3 Don’t insult the staff.
8.4 It is offensive to someone who is dedicating time to help the server.
8.5 They are doing their best.
8.6 Insulting won’t get you anywhere but in more trouble.
 
9. PAC3 Rules
9.1 Do not use any massive props.
9.2 Do not put any annoying stuff on your body which can ruin others' gameplay.
9.3 Make it so that it fits in with your job. (For example a Hobo shouldn't have a gun on his back etc.)
9.4 Do not change your model with pac3, this is unrealistic. Though this is generally under admins opinion.
9.5 Directly racist pac3s e.g. KKK outfits or putting actual swastikas on yourself is not allowed.
 
10. Admin Rules
10.1 Don't noclip abuse. This means you are not allowed to noclip for no reason while rping.
10.1 Don’t be cloaked during a sit.
10.2 You are not allowed to go AFK while you are Admin on Duty.
10.3 You are not allowed to go AFK out of the map.
10.3.1 Don't go AFK in noclip or in a location you got to by noclipping.
10.4 Don't yell at our players no matter what they did we need to be as friendly as possible.
10.4.1 Don't disrespect players or staff whatsoever.
10.5 Don't start or be a part of an argument in OOC at all, you need to stop it nothing else.
10.6 Use common sense all rules are not properly posted here but you should know by yourself what you are and are not allowed to do.
10.7 Only the Manager, Vice Manager, and Staff Manager can permanently ban someone for having 40 inactive warns!
10.8 A staff member may not report another staff member for anything other than abuse on the forums, anything else you come to the management team on TS and talk with us about it.
10.9 Things written in admin chat, STAYS in admin chat.
10.10 Don’t promote giving people millions of dollars to other people, it ruins the economy.
 3 Active Warns = a Kick
          5 Active Warns = A Day Ban
              10 Active Warns = A Week Ban
40 Inactive Warns = A Perm Ban (Anyone who currently has that or more has one more chance)
