    Clone Event Plan:

    Create an event plan for Clones, Event announcement, What type of enemies will be encountered. Keep in mind this will be used for your first training event. Make it easy to understand, be original and be creative:

    Story for your event: The Republic has received a Stress Signal from Coruscant, it was a the Vice Chair of the Senate; Mas Amedda. He states that the Separatists launched a Terror Attack on the Civilians of Coruscant and that the GAR needs to prepare for Urban Warfare. Since the last Signal all Attempts to reach out to the Vice Chair have failed... 

     

    Event Announcement for your story: The Vice Chair of the Senate has sent out a Stress Signal, it seems to come from Coruscant! Since the last Signal we haven't been able to contact the Vice Chair. There's something bad happening, we need to investigate!

    B1 Droids, B2 Droids, Droidekas; They are mainly used in Separatists Armies

    IG-110; As they are the are the perfect fit for "sword-wielding Separatist Droids"

    Republic's outline and execution:
    It starts off with an Alarm Sound following with Mas Amedda (played as any EP that might Co-Host) stating that he needs Help over the Voice Amplifier. Right after this Sequence played out the Battalion calls everyone to Debrief, giving the Clones and Jedi the current Information and Status on Coruscant.

    Event Character outline and execution:
    You would be patrolling up and down the Streets as Droids normally would. At the first sight of a Clone you would open Fire without any hesitating. From then on your Urban Warfare will start, which means taking cover behind Barricades and pushing with a group of 4+.

     The role of a Staff Member is to make sure that they help out whenever they can, make sure everybody abides the Server Rules so those who wish to play normally won't get disrupted doing so and most importantly; not to be so strict around others to maintain a good Experience.

     Yes and yes

     Not on W-G: Super-Admin, Community Designer, Security Staff, Moderator

    Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

     

    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

     Firstly spectate the reported Player, check the Logs for any outgoing Damage, check for the Severity of the possible Punishment (RDM/ARDM/MRDM), bring into a sit and punish accordingly.

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

     Here we need to check if they advertised that they need a Trainer, if they advertised i would ask in OOC if someone wants to come and train the Cadet. Then i would tell the Cadet to wait around 5 Minutes and if till then noone comes by they should make another claim using @ Need a Trainer. If none comes by i would teleport the lowest NCO to the Cadet and ask them if they can train the Cadet. If the NCO can't or is AFK we would rinse and repeat until the Cadet gets trained.

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

     I'd let it undergo the normal RP Procedures and let CG/Rancor/Battalion handle it.

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

     I would not mind, not everyone wants to salute to a higher Rank. If its during one of my Regimental Trainings or Mando's i would remind  them of the Concept, thats all.

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

     I would remind them that there is a a Rule that states that not all Actions can be listed under the FailRP Section of our Rules and that it is recommended using common Sense. I would clear up the Situation that accured and make sure they understood what they've done wrong, let them off with a verbal Warn and go back to my normal Duties.

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

     I would not mind, there is no Reason to argue because i would act/punish accordingly to our Server Rules and Punishment Guidelines.

     

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

    Since i have previous Staff Experience on Roleplay Servers and that i am knowledgeable about how to handle even the most trickiest Players ), i'd like to think of myself to be a good fit for the Staff Team. I respect the rules to the fullest extent and i am good at communicating with others. I want to have a purpose in this community and do something beneficial. I believe I am an experienced Player, as i have spent a lot of time on DarkRP-, PoliceRP- and StarWarsRP Servers, which helps me with examining situations and helps me form a decision on whether something is a reportable Offense or not. I aim to improve the overall experience for others and help people if they need any Help. I do not want to reach a specific rank i only want to help others and improve the experience of players on the server, for them to feel a sense of enjoyment and fun during their stay on our Server. I also believe myself to always stay calm on the job and to never favour a side as I am always willing to hear everyone's story and to help either party to come to resolution that benefits both people and not just one side. As i am not that known by the Community that well I'd like to give People a good Reason to remember me as someone that helped out the Server somehow, in on way or another. I hope to get a Shot at being someone helpful in this Community.

    Punishment is not needed he will learn from this obviously. Keeping him banned won't prove anything.

    I agree and i am also for a unban, theres better known Players that got away with worse Stuff beforehand and nobody of them got kicked/banned/warned. 

    Bacta Grenade Smoke Opacity

    I wouldn't suggest to change the Opacity of the Bacta Grenades if they were actually thrown behind cover.
    It happens quite alot, like on Rhen Var or Anaxes (GR Hallway) as an Example that someone comes up with the bright Idea to throw Bacta Grenades into narrow Pathways, even though there are some Hostiles on the other End. As i said its literally a somewhat blueish Smoke Grenade that is blocking the Vision.

    What your suggestion is: Bacta Grenade "Smoke"

    Any additional information: Make the "Smoke" of the Bacta Grenade slightly more see through.
    If anyone really spams the Bacta Grenade Launcher or just the Bacta Grenade, it is less of a help for the Clones and it actually acts more like a normal Smoke Grenade. It would be nice to see the End of a narrow Tunnel without needing to walk through the the whole "Smoke".

     I would check the Damage Logs first if they have damaged any other Players beforehand, after that i would spectate them and if they are indeed killing/damaging other Clones i would punish them accordingly for RDM/MRDM.

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

     I would go to the Cadet and tell them that i will bring someone in a Second, after that i will go to a Battalion Member and tell them that a Cadet needs a Trainer. If no Battalion Member is active i will bring in any NCO's and ask them if they want to train the Cadet.

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

     If it was obviously a accident it would undergo the normal RP Procedures and it would be up to Battalion and their Hierarchy do decide what will happen to them.

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

     I obviously wouldn't Care, the only Time i would tell them something would be during a Basic Training/Mando because it is a IC Situation.

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

    Even if they claim that the Offense isn't stated in the Server Rules and it is obviously FailRP i would punish them accordingly for FailRP.
    Also i would try my best to explain them why it is FailRP, so they would understand why they are being punished. A Staff Member should not leave someone standing in the Dark being confused about why they have been punished.

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

    I would still act professional and calm. I wouldn't get into any Arguments because i've told them everything they need to know.
    A Staff Members Decision is to be respected.
