  1. ++1 Honestly a wonderful addition to the staff team, people talking about childish behaviour, emotional maturity is the ability to know when to be childish and you are very emotionaly mature, and know when to be serious and dish out punishment when needed. Except for the fact you are definitely 18 little baby
  2. +1 Very active and responsible member of the community, didnt have any bad encounters with him, was under nicholas's guidance and order for a while now and definitely think he would make a great addition to the staff team

I check forums sometimes as well. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. (Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): N/A (https://imgur.com/a/Tj5RIv4) State the role of staff on the server: The role of a staff member on the server is first To guarantee server's rules are correctly followed and to punish those who violate them with appropriate punishment. Staff can also ensure without a doubt that the server operates smoothly and efficiently as possible. also by dealing with player-submitted complaints, such as claims of RDM / RDA, Giving gear to assist in trainings, Sims and such, and by handling player reports of those who are not abiding by the server regulations. Staff may assist new players adjust to the server by teaching them what they need to do to enjoy it better by doing things like providing them with solutions to their technical issues (Errors, missing textures), outlining the regulations, etc. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have read the rules and I am familiar with them. List of all previous server staff experience: Superadmin EricClownBomb on NRG DarkRP, then Staff manager on a different NRG server(Server disbanded). Admin+ (exec admin equivilant) EricClownBomb on Civil Gamers Military RP (server closed and reopened) https://imgur.com/a/Tj5RIv4 Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I understand that, obviously I am not aiming at doing anything that will cause that. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would first freeze and TP the player that is allegedly killing clones to make sure that it does not continue happening while I verify the claim that was made by the original player. I then will move to the logs to check on if the accused player has been harming other clones, and if I do find any proof, I will question the accused player on why he decided to kill clones, if there was an accident or what exactly has happened in order to get a better understanding of the situation. If the player has a valid reason to have killed a clone, such as Event/PME/ The Player killed was a scavenger, I would let him go and inform the reporter that there were no wrongdoings in the situation. Come to see that it may be actually RDM, I will explain to the player the rule that he broke and what his punishment is, may it be a warning / kick / ban, that will be decided based on the severity of the rule that he broke (I.E how many players has he killed, was it intentional or not). 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I will make sure that battalion has requested a cadet trainer to the cadet room, and if no one goes, I will TP a NCO+ to the cadet room and tell him to train the cadets. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Unless if it was dealt with In Character, I will take the CT away to a quiet place and tell him to watch out for any more accidents, if this continues, I will warn the CT for RDM. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I will tell the CT in character that he needs to salute me and anyone 2nd LT+. This is an in character situation and does not need to be taken care of outside of character. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would explain to the player that they need to stop what they are doing immediately since the rules state that trying to find loopholes for rules is to be punished. If he continues, I will warn them for FailRP. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I will go into further detail with the player on which rule they broke and why I decided to punish them as such, and if they continue pressing that I made a wrong choice, I would forward them to the unwarn page where they can dispute their issue. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): While I don’t know the experience of the other candidates, I can speak to the qualifications that make me the best fit for this position. After working in this same position with another server for over 4 years, I successfully served a server of 95 players, a lot of the time all by myself, while at the same time managing 14 other staff members under myself, where I was responsible for their actions, training and activity. In addition to this, I've been on this server for over 3 years with no warnings or issues with staff / hierarchies for any important extent, I've been Temp + Trial EXO on 212th and Colonel on CG for extended periods of time, So knowledge about clone is not an issue. To continue, I am currently Force master + Medical General, with great recommendations for my activity and performance over my whole time in the server. I believe for these reasons I have proved myself to be a mature and trusted member of this community, and especially with my admin experience, a competent and useful addition to the staff team. After being in CG for a lengthy amount of time, I have familiarized myself with the In Character rules to a very high extent, and know how to deal with 'mingy' or misbehaving players, mostly of CTs that are just coming into the server looking to disrupt RP and annoy people as much as possible. Putting aside personal experience, I can make the following statements and am hoping that others in the comments would support them, That I am trusted with being given responsibilities beyond bystanding players, I am excellent under pressure, which is essential for a staff member because frequently there is a lack of staff and a high volume of claims. I am also able to assess a situation and take control of it, and know how to organize situations, set priorities, and speak politely, especially in work-related contexts. I sincerely hope that you will give my application considerable thought, as I am confident that I meet the qualifications for the position of staff and that my presence on the server will improve the experience for players. Thank you for reading and good luck to all the applicants

Staff also guarantee beyond any doubt the server runs easily which can be done by helping new players getting utilized to the server by teaching them what they need to do to enjoy the server more by doing things like: giving them the content packs, showing them the rules, etc. moreover by managing with claims that are submitted by players such as getting physgun / regimental gear they don't have access to within the F4 menu and managing reports of players who are not taking after the server rules. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes I have read the rules and I am familiar with them. Admin+ (exec admin equivilant) EricClownBomb on Civil Gamers Military RP (server closed and reopened) https://imgur.com/a/ooeB8XA Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: While that is not my goal at all, I understand. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would ask the player who has detailed it who has been shooting the other clones, in case they don't know the title, I will take a description of the player(clone?Wookie?). After this I would check logs for evidence of them shooting other clones or search for the individual who has been shooting clones, in case it is an RP circumstance such as an event or a PME the player may not have known about it and I would advise the player on what is happening to give him a bit of clarity on the circumstance. In the event that it is a clone attempting to kill other clones I would go to a separated zone where no passer-by might interrupt the sit and TP the individual who has been shooting other clones. I would at that point inform the player of what rules he has broken and the discipline he is going to get. The discipline would alter depending how many clones he shot and/or how many clones he murdered. In case he is hostile towards any staff or leaves, a harsher punishment would be given. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I will first tell any battalion online to tell NCO+ to go train cadets, if they fail to do so, I will pick an active NCO and TP them to the cadet area to perform the training. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would take the CT away to a clear space and, seeing as they did not have intention to kill but was a misfire, I will tell him to watch out and see if he makes any more "mistakes" 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I will just tell the CT in character that he needs to salute me, and will do nothing as staff since the CT has not broken any server rules, but IC rules 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would tell him to re-read the rules, since it states that trying to find loopholes will result in a worse punishment, then warn him for FailRP 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would explain to the person exactly what they did wrong and how it correlates to the rules on the rules page, and if they continues to argue I will forward them to the unwarn page on the forums where they can take their complaint to a higher rank. In addition to my Gmod staff experience, I also have been serving for the past 2 years and 8 months in the IDF as a commander at a military brig, handling difficult and misbehaving soldiers, After a while in the job I got promoted to Sergeant and Logistics Staff Sergeant where I was responsible over 6 commanders and 20 soldiers, managing daily jobs, work and patrols, constantly being on watch. I am now released and my activity has gone back to normal on the server, being as active as possible. Personal experience aside, I can say about myself and hope that people in the comments back me up that I am responsible and mature, I can assess a situation and take control over it, I am very good under pressure, which is very important as a staff member, where lots of the time there is a low amount of staff and a high amount of claims, I know how to organize situations and prioritize important things and speak respectfully especially in professional scenarios. I have experience with Admin menus and tools, as well as know to detect exploits and such, I am pretty active considering my past military Issuing, right now I'm at home working about half the week, so I get on the server every day for at least a few hours. Obviously I have zero warnings / kicks / bans on the servers and actively help people as much as I can in the ooc chat, linking content packs and such. I hope you consider my application for the better, I do believe I fit into the requirements for the role of staff, and believe I would be a key part in holding the server together and making it a better place for the players.
  8. My work times changed from when i was in CG, i was in my cadet training so i was only on at weekends but at my current job im on a two-day basis, so i am and can be regularly active. Just wanted go clear that up thanks for the feedback
  9. Fair, i wouldnt say inactive as fuck, i certainly did my best especially with the time constraints i had, and dealing with burnout towards the end, part of the reason i moved to 74th actually, but i see where you're coming from.
  10. +1/Neutral i dont have anything bad to say, dont know you too much but you seem like a serious and responsible guy
  11. +1 didnt get to see you so much, but so far you've been great
  12. As someone who knew luke as battalion and now as 212th, i can say that he changed 360°. He's very positive, very devoted to whatever he wants to do and anything he wants to do WILL happen, and he will make sure of that. Honestly a serious and great dude. And for the comments saying about the grammar, if zeref was battalion he can be too. Obviously +1
  13. +1 honestly a really great pick for such a leading job, kaas is very mature and understanding but can dish out seriousness like a mf. I dont see any better candidate for battalion. Kaas if you say that you experienced me again i will slap you
  14. Out of Character Section -Steam Name: EricClownBombSteam ID: STEAM_0:1:80970158Current rank on the server: 74th MedicAge: 19What is your playtime: 8w 5d 15hDo you have a microphone, is it good quality: Yes and YesHave you read and looked through the Battalion Handbook: Yes multiple timesDo you meet the requirements: YesQuick summary about you: I am a part time editor and a soldier at the IDF, Editing's been pushed to the side mostly cause of my service, Im a commanding officer at a brig right now, waiting for a promotion in the next 2 months or so. I love helping people and role playing, have been on this server for over a year and a half now, and hopefully i'll be able to stay on it for as long as possible. It is to note that every two days i'm at the base for two days but that is not something that would affect my performance, has not for the past year.In Character Section -In-Game name: 74th Medic EricHighest rank obtained: Colonel / Temp ExoWhat current rank do you have: Medic (PFC)What is your current regiment: 74thWhy should we pick you for Battalion: I believe I should be picked to battalion for actually multiple reasons: first is that I have leading experience, in-game and IRL, and can for all intents and purposes lead generally big groups of people, I am very good under pressure. I particularly have experience in multiple regiments, including 212th, CG, 74th, CE, and Jedi for a generally long time, I know the ins and outs of most regiments, And I am versed in their roles in and out of battle. I have specifically commanded well over 300 soldiers by now, each one of them classified as a "bad\misbehaving soldier", I for the most part know how to handle drama, hard or stressful situations, and to isolate situations from one another, for all intents and purposes. I believe the most important thing to know is to differentiate between jokes and professionalism, and in battalion you need to know professionalism for leading events and general day to day, but also connect and socialize with your regiment. I am very dedicated to the things that are important to me and will put in as much as I could of myself into those things. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The main roles of a Battalion are to lead, command, and teach, and those vary and change over the ranks, starting at the officer cadet and officer, you would be the main leader of battles with the help of your mentor, that is to prepare you for the 2nd LT rank that will also give you a whole regiment to supervise. Supervising a regiment is a whole different situation in itself, a supervisor has to make sure his regiment stays intact while not interrupting the hierarchy, he has to bond with the soldiers but also tell them off, has to make sure they are updated and trained on any new happenings, and overall trained for battle. later on in battalion, a battalion captain has to also mentor the new battalion, as well as supervising. on top of leading, mentoring is a very important job since it grows the new battalion, a bad mentor could ruin battalion's command and reputation. and finally, at the higher ranks, there are the battalion command who command over a regiment that commands regiments that command themselves, which is a whole other issue, taking care of battalion, executive decisions on this scale are very detrimental.Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: No i have notDo you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: I understand that and will wear the uniform in respect and honor. What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? When battalion are not leading / co leading, they mostly stick with their supervised regiment, acting as a regular trooper in that regiment. they do not lead the regiments that are being supervised or give commands to anyone. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? An Officer Cadet has to Call a debrief and lead it, lead a Mandatory training and lead a base attack. What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The job of a co-leader during events is mostly to grant/deny requests from regiments and relay information that may be lost in the sounds of battle, any requests over comms or in person.Anything else: I've decided to try for battalion once more in hopes ill be able to try it out, I tried to learn from my past applications, especially the comments about my toxicity, and hopefully you will judge me with a fresh mindset, as I truly believe I can help a lot in battalion
