26/12/2019 I did indeed take a long break due to IRL reasons that need a lot of explaining DM if you wanna know the full story and i will talk about it in ts3

TS3 all the time when my pc is running the WG TS3 only when I'm in-game and i check discord 4-5 times a day

as staff, you need to make sure the RP doesn't get broken by NITRP players and players joining just to minge you also take care of the community and take notes of your surrounding.

you are there to assist new players in finding their way into the community and making sure they don't get trigged by minges as far as possible.

I will communicate problems to higher-ups if i feel it is needed.

you will also assist EP when they need help and you have time to help out.

you will make sure that cadets are getting trained

you will deal with sits if player A accusing player B of breaking a rule

when you are AOD you make sure that everybody keeps following the rules and that nobody is exploiting the server and you will keep an eye on netgraph to make sure the players have smooth gameplay.

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: i will go to a safe area and go into spectate mode to observe him if i don't see him ARDM/RDM i will check logs while still keeping a eye on him

.if he start killing player while i check logs i will go in god mode and tp him and freeze him and then i will punish him according to the punishment guideline

.if logs show he killed just 1 player i will check the timeline and event time to see if it was an accidental kill or not

if not i bring him to me and ask why he killed the other player and judge on the reason, attitude of the player and the punishment guideline

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i will look for the lowest NCO rank first and try to keep switching between regiments if needed if i see there are no nco+ free i will train him myself

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

I will not intervene and let it get played out in RP but i will keep a eye on him to make sure it was a ''accident''

I will talk to that CT that he needs to salut 2nd lt+ and above while still staying in RP and try to help him out if i see he got goodwills of playing the server i will try to talk about regiments and see if he is interested in one of them.

It depends of course of every scenario but i will say it mainly.

It doesn't mean that it is not in the rule that it cannot be considered FailRP if it really obvious or when it hits a border of one of the fail rp rules

i will also tell him that and judge on the severity of the failrp if i give him a verbal warning (what i will put in the staff discord/trillo) or that i will follow the punishment guideline's .

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I will calmly explain that he can go to the forums and do a staff complain/unban/unwarn request and i will respond with my side of the story if he posted something about the punishment

I have been staff for more than a year and i just love the extra stuff that you get when you are stuff (please don't understand it wrong it will be explained later)

after being staff for so long it feels so different playing the game as a normal user and now that i really like the server again i felt like it was time to finally do a staff application and become staff as i got experience of a few servers i maybe can suggest some stuff and maybe improve the server.

I had a lot of fun when I was staff in the other servers if you like to know why i left the servers i will explain everything

I was staff in a MRP server for a while and playing the Cityrp of the same community when i saw they were lacking staff members on the Cityrp server i moved to the cityrp to help out there but last month it was decided that the close down the server so i resigned as i was no longer needed there.

also as i was staff for a long time i have dealt with alot of complicated sits that are more advanced than the CWRP sits I am expecting to get so i won't need a lot of time to adjust to the system of the WG.

I will be free most of the week as i only work 12 hours a day and i don't see any change in this anytime soon.

and i also know I'm just back for a few days i can promise i will not leave anytime soon! this i can promise.

as my endword: I hope you will accept me as staff and i will do my best to maintain the server and make sure the community is happy with me as their staff member and i will make sure to track as much as i can so i know perfect what is going on with the server

i never said it was justifed as part of the ban reason was that i was the reason that there was chaos in the city but as you can see it is still there as what i can hear from my friends on top of that i was a dedicated players with over 14 weeks on the server so why will i take a risk that can get me perma ban ?

true true but i really want to go back on the server its over 3 months now  and i had so much fun for over 16months over the servver  i even was planning to do a unban request 2 weeks ago but than also decided to wait little longer in the end it was unitended exploit

For the part making chaos in the city, it is not my fault, as literally everybody can get their hands on reich and allied weapons for free in the orpo courtyard. If you come online early and wait until the next drop you still can stack in 1 day to survive the full week with the best weapons as before I did. I had at least 12 LMGs from the allies and at the start of SJBO, There is more organization in the GR and they focus on ambush and perfect fake IDs.

 

Why should you be unbanned: I am a veteran player and put a lot into my time on this server. I would never knowingly break a rule that would get me perma-banned.
also i know more about rules and all as im currently a s-mod in a MRP server so i got more rule knowledge

i honestly tell you that i dindt realish it was a exploit untill SMT came to me and i never lie to them when they ask if i was doing the radio's

is there anything really offending toward in it i just tell you i do this stuff on a daily basis and never go a warn for it (correct me if im wrong )  getting a 1 week ban just isnt correct !  and as told i do this stuff since 2019

same when i drive the truck i go toward mb and orpo with it but i never put stuff down except if granted ofcourse Xd i just like to do it in the late evening as there isnt much else to do

also im playing with a ping of 300+ due to the server that is too far away from my location so perfect driving i cant do anyway with that

okey i will just make a example the server is full im the GR leader and i want to make a base in the city and i order the rest of GR to help me with it

after i order them to make a small farm in 1of the building i know for a fact that most of the GR already go on there one and/or  make a group themself i can also demote then but probably they will call a admin on me or just keep switching back on top of this landa was the only admin online and that make it unfair if it was somebody else we probably called a admin on him  to dispuit and discuss also you can see that i told it nicely in occ that we wanted to just have fun and wanted to raid around 0:45 - 0:55 of the clip you can see this also

Small add on ignorong staff became because i  felt i was correct and there by i chould not change it and there were no other admin online at the time of the dispute and like told the server was only like 20 players me and my friends were 4 of them and again its Gr not 23rd or gd it is not only the gr leader who decide !

again i will repeat the part we joined GR and straight bought weapons and made plans than landa forced us to go.

We go for a look  but we were not into building at that time so we left to continue our plan and because this is GR and not 23rd or so it is like votes if all GR want to do it than it is like this  how many time did the GR not lisen to the GR leader ?! it happens very often !  its not that you are a admin that voting dont count in the reich its leader say the rest have to follow in the resistance its not  many were independent also so the leader had no comms or power over them.

Me and some friends were planning to raid the PD or MB so we switched to GR and instantly buy guns worth 300K. When we were almost ready to go the GR leader (who was also the admin who warned me ) He asked us to go to the forest. After some dispute we go there but after a few minutes we didn't like it and we decided to return to the city the GR leader kept ordering us to return what is reasonable, but all of the GR, except the GR leader, wanted to do a raid so we left. He then decided to start demoting us all. When he put down my demotion, there were more no votes than yes so I didn't get demoted. After that he brings me to the roof and forced me to change. I denied this because it was unfair and I had a 200k weapon with me. After a lot of discussion about the rules he warned me for ignoring staff and he didn't put me back. After a lot of discussion he put me back down.

Do you think your warning was justified:

No. In my opinion, it is not okay when everybody of the GR want to do a raid except for him. He tried to demote people, failed and then abused his staff powers after it, especially because it's wrong for him to be the staff handling this situation to begin with.

Why should you be unwarned:

I do not agree with this particular warning for the reasons stated above. I hope the course of events explained above is sufficient. If it isn't, I can also provide video evidence.
