First off I am going to provide the context of the situation, I as well as other Nu-7 members were told to blockade the subway by our CO, the civilian sitting down being a UIU agent who was protesting the blockade and demanding to talk to our boss keeping in contact with the CO, with tension rising I had my gun out on safety in case a fight broke out, the reason why I started shooting was is simple, my fire button got stuck or more exactly the enter button, why it is bound to enter as well as mouse1 I don't know, I believe it has something with the keyboard or maybe I messed it up somehow during binding buttons I'm not sure. 2. As you see the video [video below] shows that the banning admin first goes past me then turns back after the first shots, I start to walk attempting to avoid hitting people, the reason for the “snapping” is first I move over to avoid shooting my CO, then moving in a jerky manner to avoid hitting the UIU agent, then once again moving away from them in a jerky manner, Its nothing but a coincidence. I found the SCP server by mistake, I was looking for a different SCP gamemode server and it was my first introduction into the SCP universe and for a long time was the only reason I played Gmod, I have always tried to RP while still staying fun, I have also followed the rules only getting small warnings until now, I'm not sure what my reputation is in the community if I have one at allbut I hope it was a good one. I have been on the server for about five weeks (If I remember right) total, spread out over the years and I have never been seriously accused of cheating or aimbotting or even aimassist and it is only based on the events of that day which again are circumstantial and the only damning piece of evidence is the video which if you looked at the video objectively you would most likely reach a different conclusion. Keycard: clearance level 4. -------------------------------- Ability: None. -------------------------------- How it will impact RP: the Internal Tribunal Department is there to add to roleplay inside the foundation and in effect is to serve as a judicial system to aid MTF Omega-1 or other MTF that serve in there role and hold hearings in order to deliver a just sentence this way no biased verdict can be delivered. As of writting MTF Omega-1 is currently the police of the site, however the one problem with this is that MTF Omega-1 is loyal to the ECM or ethics committee member, the lore of the ITD says "The Internal Tribunal Department has the right to provide various punishments, including death penalty, particular method of death penalty, dismission with personality restructurization, personality restructurization without dismission, reduction in rank, correctional labor, persecution of third persons (relatives, significant others), etc. Revision of a judgement may be initiated only by the ISD or O5 Command in light of newly discovered facts. The unit on-site will hold a open court in EZ or LCZ, somewhere out of the way the harshest punishments will be saved for traitors and those who endanger other, all verdicts will be carryed out in a humane and quick fashion, and we should always take into acount if it was with malice or not.
