Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes i have read them, and am familiar with them. List of all previous server staff experience: I have no prior Staff experience. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes i understand Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would Teleport to the player and ask them what happened, i'd then check the logs to see if what the player is saying is true. Then i would teleport the accused player and hear what they have to say. After that depending on the information i have from both parties and the logs i would punish the player accordingly 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would teleport to the cadet and tell them that im going to get them a trainer and they should wait a minute or two for the trainer to arrive. After that if any Battalion are online i would teleport to one of them and tell them that there is a Cadet in need of training and then they can send a trainer of their choosing to the cadet area. If no battalion are present I would ask in OOC chat if anyone is willing to train a cadet and if not I would teleport one of the NCOs online and tell them to train the cadet. Prioritizing Drill NCOs and lower ranking NCOs first. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I wouldnt do anything as long as it truly was an accident and the CT in question has not done it multiple times. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I wouldnt do anything as staff, but IC i would remind the CT to not forget to salute 2nd LTs and higher ranking personnel 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would tell them that even tho that specific thing that they have done is not listed in the rules, common sense applies as well as that intentionally searching for loop holes in the Server Rules to abuse anything within the server is an offence in it self. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would explain to them why they got punished, if they still disagreed with their punishment i would explain to them that they should go to the Forums, give them the link for the Unwarn or Unban section and use the Template when making the request. Then a higher ranking staff member will review their request and accept it and remove the punishment if it was not correct. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe i deserve a chance at staff because i have been on the server for a long time, and i am committed to all my roles with it IC or OOC, i also play the server nearly every day and am fairly active, sometimes long into the night. I am familiar with the roles of the staff team and event planners and how the server is being run. i've met many different people on the server during my stay and have learned how to properly interact with them and can usually tell if someone is going to do something stupid in which case i can keep an eye on them. Im calm and collected when it comes to serious things and im not argumentative nor do i get angry easily, i've also never had any prior stark disagreements with anyone playing on the server or in the community currently or in the past. I have also never abused my power be that IC or OOC in any of my current or previous roles such as Regimental Hierarchy. So far i have never made any attempts at becoming staff or an event planner because i did not feel like i was ready to commit to it fully, i dont like to take up a role or duty merely to abandon it as soon as i get bored or it gets hard, i like to stay true to my duties and do my best. I also simply wish to be a greater part of this community, and help where i can, being a staff member would allow me to do this, as well as giving me more things to do within the server itself or concerning it. I would welcome a chance at being Staff, performing my duties and learning new things as i go on, as well as getting to know the members of the staff team better. In the end i simply want to be staff so i can play a greater part on the server and contribute more to this community as a whole as i personally find that fun.
