I would then bring him and the person who saw it to a more private area, I would listen to both sides and depending on how the situation and then give according punishment. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I first ask if anyone is available to do the training and if no one volunteers I will have to make someone do the training 3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would tell him not to repeat it and let him of with a warning, however if he keeps doing it I will be forced to give a harsher punishment. 4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: I wouldnt use any staff powers since its an IC issue 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would still give a punishment because not every failrp instance can be listed and its more up to me. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would simply tell them that's the rules and they are free to appeal it in the forums. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I should be picked for staff since I have experienced a lot in the server as staff. I take RP seriously and know the rules well. Not only that, but I am mature for my age and I believe I have built up a good reputation on the server, a lot of people can vouch for that. Furthermore, I am very friendly and helpful in the community. I already know how to use ULX and its command, so starting off would be very easy. Whenever I am playing, I always try to help the server out the best I can for example if I'm just chilling witnessing a rule break I would make sure to deal with it and if I'm not staff I would make sure to report it in. Ones the server finally comes out, I would be fully invested and be very active, especially as staff. I would say I know the rules very well, mainly because I have played for a long time. When doing claims, I am always calm and remain impartial and make sure to give out an appropriate punishment. I know how to handle most if not all staff situations. I love this community and would love to be a bigger part of it again. To summarize, I have past experience in the staff team, I am a serious role player and have a friendly attitude. I believe to be liked in the server and would be able to help the server out as a staff member. I would say I am a trusted member and therefore are the right fit for the staff team. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template): Map: Tatooine Enemies, HP, Amount: Spice Smuggler, 300HP, 3 (will have a rifle and gun) Spice Protector, 300HP, 2 (will have a heavy weapon) Passive, HP, Amount: / Imperial Execution: The higher ups within the empire will tell their troops to get ready for combat and load up in ships, transports etc. They will then move out and intercept the criminal transport. Once they come to the scene they won't open fire immediately but will first ask for ID and start to investigate the vehicle, but the criminals will open fire soon after the imperials arrived and a fight will break out. While the empire fights the criminals, the criminals will try to move the product to an un known position. The imperials will continue to fight until every criminal is killed or arrested. Event Character Execution: I will inform them that they will be driving around in the desert until imperials arrive, once they arrive they will act like normal and listen to the imperials orders but soon after I will tell them to open fire. The EC will try and escape with the vehicles while still fighting the imperials. ECs will try and move the vehicle to the apartments and if they succeed they will barricade them self in one of the apartments and kill the rest of the imperial scums. Story: Event Information: A criminal gang is moving a lot of spice through the desert, but with ISBs intel the empire will set a stop to their illegal activities. They might come with heavy resistance, however the empire is expecting that. They are also ment to make sure people don't break rules and if rules are broken they should give appropriate warn/ban. I would then proceed with TPing the person who made the claim to make him explain more. I would then cheek B logs to see if the person is correct. And if the person in question has broken rules, I would give out appropriate punishment. But if when I TPd to him and see him do nothing I would TP to the person who did the claim and ask him to explain, then check B logs to check if he is correct and then give out appropriate punishment depending on previous warns/bans and the severity of the situation. If it turns out he didn't do anything, I would not do anything but tell the person who made the claim to not do false claims. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I TP to him and tell him that he doesn't need to be trained and can go out playing, but if he insist I would aks in OOC chat for a NCO to train him and if no one coms I would make an NCO do it 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would tell him not to repeat it and depending on if its an accident or not I would let slide or arrest him for golden rule. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would tell him to salute people above 2nd LT no matter the regiment/person and not give any punishment. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I would be a good fit for staff since I'm very active, good at following rules and also good at dealing with "mingie" people. I am on almost every day and rarely takes any LOA/ROAs which shows for my good activity. I'm also making sure to follow the rules in both IC and OOC, I'm also familiar with the rules since I have played for a long time. Since I was ST for a few months and got to a rank as EXO I have learned how to deal with "mingie" ST who doesn't follow rules and which I believe could be useful in dealing with people breaking rules. I am also very competent even for my age and believe my high rank show for that. I'm also friendly so for example I would not start screaming at a person who is arguing and wouldn't get angry at him, I would simply remain calm and explain as good as possible my side and carry out the punishment fairly. I am also a very quick learner, so learning the basics to staff and using ULX wouldn't be hard. I have also played the server for a long time and was here almost at the start and I believe that shows my dedication to the server. I have wanted to be a part of the staff or event team for a long time to do my part in the community and believe I would be a great fit because of the listed reasons. Furthermore, I have gained a lot of friends on the server and think all of they would vouch for me being a good member of the community and also deserving of staff.
