- Joined back at the start of 2020, played the server not stop during the pandemic, had a break for a while because i had my final year tests coming up, finished them and i came back.

- TS3 barely use it not a big fan of it however if I'm asked to join it I've got it ready to use

State the role of staff on the server:
Main role of a staff member is to make sure everyone in community is having a good time roleplaying but to also enforce rules that may be broken by players who may have no intention to roleplay and just ruin other players experience.  
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):
Server year is set in 1943, Tides turn in favour for the allies, many victories go to the Soviet Union (Stalingrad) and other allied countries as well. They were able to slowly push the Axis powers towards Germany after being able to advance forward and re-take ground from Axis Powers. Also with the success of British Forces pushing Axis Powers back in North Africa from 1942 and continuing through 1943 successfully kicking the Axis Powers out of north Africa and continuing to fight in Italy slowly taking control of it by the Allied Powers.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:
- Personally what I would do is no-clip or teleport to the person who is rdm'ing people, if he's not in any role play situation I would tp him onto some roof top to hear his side of the story and also take in any evidence that could support the report, while that's happening i will check the logs making sure he did actually rdm players and also his previous warns if he/she has any, I would explain what RDM is and so that he reads the rules properly and finish the sit by following the punishment list.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:
- After teleporting the player to an ooc area e.g a roof, assuming he is new to the server i would welcome him and tell him that becoming a Third Reich Official has different groups 3 of them being: The Party, Police Regiment, and the Army Regiment which are all open for non VIP or plat VIP users. However some jobs such as 1.SS require you to be Plat VIP which i would explain is available in the Werwolf Gaming Store (!store). If the player wants to join the non Vip/Plat VIP regiments i would coordinate them on where to join as an applicant. 
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:
- If i catch some one not following RP Rules e.g Minging, Mic Spamming etc i would freeze them and explain to them that this is there first and final verbal warning and if carried on it could be a warn/kick for NITRP and tell them to read the server rules.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:
- Depending on if its a IC issue or OOC issue as they are required to RP at all times unless its a sit, they should Rp their role depending on the Rank they have been given, if they decide not to RP it could start with a Verbal warning letting them know that they have acquired their rank to RP and if carried on they may loose their given rank or could be demoted by a CO.
5) A player is prop spamming:
- To quickly de-escalate the situation i would freeze them and take them away from the affected area, remove their spammed props so that Rp is not disturbed, i would perm ban them as it states in the Punishment list 3.0.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:
- The different between Tier I Rule Breaking and punishment and a Tier II Rule Breaking and Punishments it that a Tier I is more focused on less harsher punishments as a Tier I means the player may have done it by accident probably because they have not read the rules or didn't mean to do it some times ending in a Warning if they have only been in the game for 1 hour or a kick with a message letting them know to read the rules before joining back into the server, A Tier II However is harsher punishments for players who are most likely not new or are just on the server to ruin players experience which could be seen if they constantly break the rules after checking the logs or have been warned by you or another member of staff.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:
- IC or In Character is when your basically in your characters shoes, as this server is based in 1943 you would not mention something that hasn't happened yet and are only knowledgeable of what has happened to your character at that time, this also means you are in charge of what your wish to roleplay as In Character meaning different choices may lead to different endings.

- OOC or Out Of Character is the opposite of being IC where you may talk about things that you would say IC using /ooc or /looc, meaning you may talk about things that icly you possibly didn't know about without metagaming or just fail roleplaying, this does not mean you may voice chat oocly which counts as FRP unless your in an admin sit.

- Meta Gaming is a rule which is very important to sustain good Rp actions such as using out of character information to your advantage in character when the character has no relevant knowledge of it happening. 
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
- Main different between Semi-Serious Rp and Serious Rp is that Semi-Serious Rp lets you be more relaxed when you are roleplaying and dont have to be too worried about consequences of having ooc interactions in character, However Serious RP has to be relatively similar to real life.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
- PassiveRP is when Roleplay is done for enjoyment and no thought is needed putting into it rather than doing it to get something out of it, its an important role because it lets you design your character however you want either it be a criminal for a normal citizen depending onto you. 
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
- Forcing indication of an arrest or a chase without a valid roleplay reason and just doing it for your own benifit.

Im a 17 year old guy living in the UK working in a kebab shop could say im the last person to be deserving of staff than other applicants who may purpose their applications better than me but all im looking forward to do it pass on the friendliness and kindness I've been given by other admins helping me enjoy my roleplay sessions for the past year and a bit and i wish to do the same for others so that everyone who joins the Werwolf community receives the same welcoming and support i was given. I believe im an understanding person as ive most likely been in the same situation as some of the people in the server have been, i try to be helpful as much as possible In Character and Out Of Character and to help me with that i need the correct resources to be able to help more than i already am. Knowing full well maturity is key to becoming a staff member on a big community like this and so is patience especially with players who may not know the server like many of us haven't when we started and always asked for help from an admin, just makes me feel good when i get to help people out and that's all i wish to do.
