State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff is to maintain good RP enviroment and keep the rule breakers at bay to continue smooth RP and also to help out new players when they ask.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The server is set in 1943, warfare at easter front was going very much succesfuly for the Third Reich, but the tables began to turn and after Battle of Stalingrad and Battle of Kursk, the Third Reich began to retreat suffering defeat after defeat. After years of German Nazi state, the people of the Reich started to slowly turn against nazi party and Hitler, forming small resistance cells and fighting the reich. In Africa the Afrika Korps with Erwin Rommel in charge were trying to start up offensive but it resulted in great failure and german forces were forced to leave Africa

Well since its now summer I will be playing or working, so I will have more time and aswell I plan to be a lot more efficient as a staff because lately I have seen a lot of people asking for help of staff and yet nobody responded (5 staff members were on at the time)
5) How have you improved since you left the staff team?
Well I improved as a person surely, while getting older and got more mature and professional
 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: First off all I would claim the case and TP to the man whole submited report to see if I get to catch the RDMer in action, afterwards if I dont catch the RDMer I would TP both of them to the Roof and listen to both of their stories and asked if anyone them has a video evidence, if not I would check the Blogs and evaluate on base of their stories if the man in fact broke the rules and RDMed. If he actually did I would issue RDM Warning Tier I if the man in question is new or RDMed on accident. If it is infact veteran player or has multiple warnings for the same Reason I would give him RDM Tier II and a ban.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would TP to the man, took him to rooftop and tell him the 3 Police, Wehrmacht, Party branches he can join (If he is a User), then I would explain in detail what the specific branch does on the server and how it works, aswell I would let him know about the chat commands to become anwarter (!policecadet,!armycadet)
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would take him to a roof and explained to him why he is there and what he did wrong and aswell give him a verbal warning with link to rules and after that I would let him go. If I caught him messing around again, I would bring him to roof, give him little lecture and warn him for FailRP Tier I. If he still messes around, combining multiple rule breaks, I would take him to roof and issue NITRP Warning and Ban.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: Bring him to a roof and give him a verbal warning and let him know that if he continues he will be forcing both IC and OOC consenquences. If I see him again not willing to RP properly I will TP him to his Highest CO online, inform him and let CO issue Demotion and I would Issue FailRP warning

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier I warning can be issued to rule breakers that broke the rule on accident or were new unexperienced RPers bans for Tier I rule breaks are rarely issued (Only exception is NITRP Tier I). Tier II rule breaks are issued to veteran players who know the rules and yet still broke them and aswell to players who had previous warnings of that matter.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: In Character = Its basicaly everything you do and say as your character. Out of character = Its basicly a way how to say something or a refference in /ooc or /looc chats, or to communicate with your team mates inside OOC channels such as Discord or TS. Meta gaming= Meta gaming is when you use infomation you gained through OOC in IC to your benefit which is against the rules
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Serious RP requers player to be 100% in character and to be serious at all times. Semi-Serious RP doesnt need players to be always serious, in Semi-Serious RP there is space for some OOC moments
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: Passive RP is non Combat part of RP, passive RP is to make some of a connection to your character without using combat elements, you could list bussiness RP under Passive RP

I think I would be a good staff member once again because I have nine months long staff experience when I was competing with Auster for most claimed sits. I have a good grasp of rules even tho throughout the playtime I got some amount of warnings because of simple mistakes and accidents and aswell I got few bans (Mainly because of my veterancy and playtime), but when I was staff I was 100% serious, I received no tiers whatsoever. I feel like the current state of the staff team is worse than the time when I was in the staff team. I wish to help the server and its players with my experience. I can get friendly with everyone using my super friendly attitude and resolve any staff issue that is brought to me. I am mainly active during evenings to late noon, so I can stop the minge downtimes and establish a safe RP environment during the night as well. With my current rank in SA (Oberscharfuhrer) I plan to play and achieve a CO position within the SA to try and revive the regiment to its formal glory. The first time I was applying for staff, there were a lot of skeptical views on If I will be serious and not a minge I was known for, I proved everyone wrong and I did a great job as a staff member, I was accepted mainly because of the faith Paul Von Kassel and Tom Agen had in me. Overall I would be experienced, mature, and a hard-working staff member.

Sadly the fact that he is your friend does not mean you can RDM him or break any other rule with/on him, if he needs HP you get a doctor or an admin to get him healed, never gave him permission to "Run away from a sit", I was going down to him as he lost HP and the first thing I see is you killing him.

Ah yes another staff abuse thread from a group of star wars rp faggots,  who are balls deep inside of Auster and seem to get away with breaking rules. But tbh Im going to be +1/neutral on this thread because I would suspect 3rd person abuse but with the gun pointing Im not sure. If they have to be completely behind them. 

It's very sad seeing these kind of reports, if Jimbo were to "Break server rules" he would get punished as any other normal staff member, it's not even close to being true what most people say that "Oh he's a Community Developer there's nothing we can do it about him" I've literally been in a call with this "Mingy group" every single time we are playing on the server and we follow every single rule there is, even having people that make sure we do follow them, such as Auster watching over, or other former staff members of the server making sure we don't break any single rule.

The problem with people like you is that you cannot stand CombatRP or you just cannot stand that the other 50% of the server's roleplay are the criminal jobs and the fact that their job is to do criminal stuff around Berlin such as killing, kidnapping, raiding and more shit. Yesterday there was a kid who reported us kindapping him around 5 times in a row trought a single kidnap session, the staff themselves were telling him to stop making reports over shit like that. It's just that people are not used to have criminals fucking up the Reich duties and not letting them stand on the MB walls for 12 hours a day.
This "mingy group" that you are refeering to has been handing out tiers to staff members thru the forums and even being watched over by SMT & CAT being on the discord call and themselves being on the server with us on staff members that are not fit or just not handling sits like they're supposed to, and getting to the point of teaching them of existing rules that they didn't even know themselves.

We've been getting witchhunted by a shit ton of staff members and getting to the point of being watched by 4+ staff members around us in noclip at the same time on what we're doing just  because of niggas crying about us doing what we're supposed to but trying to get us banned because they can't stand us. about 10 minutes later there was a big group of Reich officials at that specific location I hit that group as well of which I think I killed about 3.

Very much so, I broke the rules and I got banned for it.
I want to apologize for what I did and hope you can forgive me.
Why should you be unbanned:
I admit I have made mistakes and I really regret my actions including the ones from my previous warns.
I wouldn't do such a thing again as I think I've learned my lesson from the current ban.
I personally think I have been punished enough for the multiple CDM's I have done as I have been banned since April.

I really miss playing and especially building on the server, before I got banned I spend a lot of my time in the server building many things such as bridges, machines, offices and mafia bases.
Besides I have had a lot of stress the last year due personal circumstances which has been resolved by now.
I think I would be able to contribute a lot to the server & community if I would be allowed to play again.

When I raised this up with a super admin he confirmed and proved there was no sit called, and instead Heinz Von Papen had just noclipped into his office, and stood there by himself, nobody else was in this apparent "staff sit"

Staff Members are not obliged to not take sits because you want to abduct them. Half the video doesn't have audio, and the only thing you told him before he disappeared was "Hello". He's not obliged to sit there and not take a sit because you MIGHT kidnap him.

History
The SS-TV originally created in 1933 was an independent unit within the SS, with its own ranks and command structure. It ran the camps throughout Germany and later in occupied Europe. Camps in Germany included Dachau, Bergen-Belsen, and Buchenwald; camps elsewhere in Europe included Auschwitz-Birkenau in German occupied Poland and Mauthausen in Austria among the numerous other concentration camps, and death camps handled with the utmost of secrecy. The extermination camps' function was genocide; they included Treblinka, Bełżec, and Sobibór built specifically for Aktion Reinhard, as well as the original Chełmno extermination camp, and Majdanek which was fitted with mass killing facilities, along with Auschwitz. They were responsible for facilitating what the Nazis called the Final Solution, known since the war as the Holocaust, perpetrated by the SS within the command structure of the Reich Main Security Office, subordinate to Heinrich Himmler, and the SS Economic and Administrative Main Office or WVHA.
At the outbreak of World War II in Europe, the SS Division Totenkopf was formed from SS-TV personnel. It soon developed a reputation for brutality, participating in war crimes such as the Le Paradis massacre in 1940 during the Fall of France. On the Eastern Front, the mass shootings of Polish and Soviet civilians in Operation Barbarossa were the work of Einsatzgruppen mobile death squads and their subgroups called Einsatzkommando. These units were organized by Heinrich Himmler and Reinhard Heydrich.


Role on the Server
The SS-Totenkopfverbände on the server will have a wide range of jobs and responsibilities to take care of. Obviously, the main job of the SS-TV would be to oversee camp activities and manage incoming prisoners. SS-TV would only perform activities around the Countryside and the Forest, and would limit its visits to the Inner City as much as possible, unless it is absolutely necessary to do so. On a wider scale of things, the SS-TV will provide a way for the SS and N.S.D.A.P. to receive more funding, as the prisoners that would be put to work in the Camps will mine things such as ores, rocks, cut down trees and more, while also putting together items with said materials. This will provide a way to forward funding to the different offices through the labour that the SS-TV would manage.
The main demographic the Camps will be designed for are Political Opponents, Communists, Jews, Gypsies and any other group of individuals that are deemed unfit to live with the rest of German Society. These "people" will be put to work by the SS-TV and be utilised in various ways in order to be of at least somewhat use to the Reich.
The SS-TV would work closely with the 1.SS, as well as possibly the Sturmabteilung (and the OrPo when it comes to the actual prisoners) in order to create a good working space when it comes to the Camps. The SS-TV would also host trainings for its men in order to ensure that every Camp Guard has sufficient experience and is able to defend the area properly.
When it comes to the prisoners themselves, they could also be used as an expandable force when certain Events are happening. This could be used under the pretence of the '2-TK Standarte Brandenburg'.
The difference between this SS-TV and the old SS-TV that was around about 7 or more months ago, is that this SS-TV will actually be whitelisted and a Custom Group, meaning that the quality and seriousness of the members of the Group will be closely monitored and maintained by the leadership of both the SS and the SS-TV itself. If anybody is found to be performing or partaking in activities that do not fit the field of expertise of the SS-TV, or are found to be breaking SS CoC, they would be either punished or discharged.
When it comes to the argument that the Sturmabteilung are actually the organisation which is meant to organise and maintain the Camps around Berlin (at least on the server, as IRL they barely did such a thing), that is a thing that they have barely done for the period ever since the Non-Whitelist SS-TV was disbanded. Therefore, I believe that it would at least be fair to let a Group solely dedicated to such a field take over.
The SS-TV would also distribute its prisoners depending on what they have been charged with. Differently colored and shaped clothing would be issued to the prisoners (most likely through PAC) in order to distinguish them if needed.

The obsession of certain people on this server with roleplaying in degenerate groups is something that will never cease to amaze me.
There is no justifiable reason to have an RP Group of unironic executioners and full-time psychopaths on the server. There is a reason why they were removed in the first place. Jobs like SS-TV attract nothing but unironic trolls and minges. You can stick to being obnoxious on the TeamSpeak or on Discord, no one wants that shit anywhere near them on the actual server.
Also, this suggestion is particularly dumb because it is being recommended by someone who currently runs by far and away the mingiest RP Group on the server. The only reason you have resolved to trade the RuSHA for SS-TV is because, as a result of YOUR OWN GROUP's actions, you no longer allowed to harass other players or interfere with RP.
As I explained to you during our discussion, the type of "RP" you are interested in is not something even remotely acceptable on the server. If it was up to you, the RuSHA / SS-TV would grab people of the street, keep them cuffed and torture them for an hour, and then execute them for fun. The only reason you need a new RP group which isn't based in Berlin is because you think you'll be able to do whatever retarded shit you were planning to do with the RuSHA to begin with, without any actual oversight, because you'll be hiding in the Forest.
Either come up with a useful Custom Group which doesn't minge every day, or stop running a Custom Group in general. People don't have an obligation to put up with your ass roleplay on the server just because you paid a few bucks to RDA others whenever you feel like it.
