This believes me to think you are talking about a completely different situation. Which is why I think you made an unban request.
Let me start by saying when you asked to see the video as well I immediately asked the user to upload it and he did not reply (but when I sent him a message again earlier today he did reply) so that is why you have not seen the video yet. However not seeing the video yourself does not mean the ban is invalid. (Me asking him: http://prntscr.com/t2cj07)
I'll explain what is seen on the video though.
A red car was turning towards the court house/MOI.  1 OrPo member that was guarding the PD tried to stop the vehicle as he was instructed, he was not close enough to use his voice to issue commands so he opened fire to try to pop the tire You were standing behind the PD wall and when the OrPo member started shooting the vehicle you countered the OrPo member The 2 men in the vehicle were not part of the same anti reich group as you, you did not have an IC connection with them and therefore you had no reason to counter the OrPo member as he was shooting at the vehicle. To better illustrate here is a drawing (http://prntscr.com/t2cle9) on which you are the black square, the orpo member is the red circle and the blue square is the vehicle.
In your version of events you say
The car was turning towards gas station That you were walking in town square  In the video I saw this is not what happened so I assume this is something that might have happened before or after.
"I got 2 warns for basically the same reason", no you got one warn for countering without a valid reason, and one warn for the RDM.

Right I warned you for FailRP [Tier 1] because Sitting in a bin overall is not allowed and stupid Hence the FAILRP warn, There was a text screen saying Human trash" it was yours so. also you have been advertising telling people to +1 ur app so here is the evidance

FailRP or Fail Roleplay can only occur if you're actually in a place where Roleplay takes place. Spawn being a place where roleplay doesn't occur, as such you cannot FailRP, as you can't Roleplay here, and as such the FailRP warn is to be removed.

Just because a warning is old doesn't mean that the warning should be removed. Warnings only get removed if they were invalid, and I believe these are not, as the reasoning given was "I was stupid and very immature". -1

I highly doubt you got permabanned for just stopping by to say hello try to remember what ACTUALLY happened before you got banned. I just checked your warnings and the last punishment you got was DTP Tier I on the 30 of January, you have no permaban worthy warnings according to the panel.

You got banned by me for ARDM of 4 people that you randomly stabbed. Even with a working microphone the ban would still be valid.

You got warned for: ARDMx4 [Tier II], FailRP [Tier I], NITRP [Tier II], "NLR [Tier II]", RDMx7 [Tier II]. Banned by Dr.Konrad Förster.

You got banned for NITRP by Herman Stermann and it was included n the ban.

I must add that this happened just after I left the server at night, before that he was releasing himself infront of Hanz, she told him to stop but he kept going for a little while so I wouldn't be surprised if he actually did that when I disconnected.

Like a month ago there was a topic about a guy reporting someone for shackling him in spawn but he was stealing the other guy's ammo and Auster denied it because there was a reason for the shackling. Now we have a rule against stealing other's ammocrates so it's even better for Eric in this case
