    When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since?: Joined the server in november last year. I got active daily at the end of february

    How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server and our forums?: I don't use the teamspeak server. I am active on the discord but I do have teamspeak and used it before. I use the forums sometimes to report rulebreakers when staff is busy or offline.

    State the role of staff on the server:  To make sure the players are able to play serious RP on the server. Helping players with questions or explanations.

    Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The server is currently placed in 1940 after an amazing victory of the invasion in Poland the third reich invaded the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg with a quick victory of the Netherlands and Luxembourg, Belgium is soon to follow by making sure the french and british army are defeated by encircling them at dunkirk. The Luftwaffe is preparing to have air superiority in the English channel to ensure the successful invasion of the British isles.

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

    1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would start a sit by taking the player who told in the admin chat. I would ask what happened and who the person is, that was killing. I would check the logs if the potential rulebreaker was indeed killing randomly. If so I would ask why he was killing. If it's clear in the logs he was killing many people in a short term without reason I would follow the punishment list accordingly. If the person who told in the admin chat was the only person who was killed I would still ask why. If he gave a valid reason i would explain to the player who told in admin chat that the reason is valid. Otherwise I need to be provided proof. When no proof is given I would have to keep an eye out if he does it again. Unless the potential rule breaker admits.

    2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would ask what regiment the player would like to join. And guide the player in the F4 menu. If the player wants to join any other regiment apart from SA, NSDAP, Orpo and Kompanie Bruno, I would also explain how to join the other regiments and tell them about the requirements.

    3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: I would pick the person in question apart. Depending on the severity I would give a verbal warning or check for previous warns and if he is clearly not wanting to roleplay I would ban him for NITRP.

    4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: I would pull them for a sit and tell them what they are doing wrong and give a verbal warning. If he is still not willing to RP I would warn him for FailRP. If he is still unwilling I would have to warn him for Tier 2 FailRP and ban him.

    5) A player is prop spamming: If he is clearly spamming dozens of props in a location which is not meant, like plaza inside orpo outside MB gate. I would have to follow the punishment list and perma ban him. I would also make screenshots/recordings of the spam.

     

     

    Answer the following questions in detail:

    1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier 1 rule-breaking means that the rule which is broken is unintentional. Might be because new players didn't understand the rule or a veteran player did something by accident. Tier 2 means that the player knows what they are doing is wrong or players who didn't take the time to even read the rules and plays the server like a game of call of duty. 

    2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: IC means In Character, that you are roleplaying everything you do and say are used for Roleplay purposes. OOC means Out of Character which is used to say things which do not effect roleplay. You can't do things OOC while playing. For example, “I am hitting you OOC”. The Tab menu and names above the head are also OOC. Meta gaming means that you use the OOC information for roleplay use.

    3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Serious RP means that you are focussing on your character development and don't break character. Semi-Serious RP is often used for DarkRP server and is more Job related rather than Character related.

    4) Define PassiveRP and explain its role and importance in a serious RP gamemode: Passive RP means that you are being a real person ingame. Like chatting with players on the streets, driving around town and waving to people you know. Which makes the RP more believable and real.

    5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: When you are fabricating a RP situation with the sole purpose of instigating combat. For example owning a building and putting a sign like "Jews in here" or shooting near or at Wehrmacht or Orpo.

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): I like to help people, I am a teamplayer and like to work together. I am good at listening and do not jump to conclusions. I have been playing gmod for well over 5 years now and i am well aware of the rules and RP aspect of the game. Even though I am not an experienced staff member or rather have any experience at all I am still very willing to learn how to be a staff member and to perform to the best of my abilities. When I don't know something I will always ask and I do not do anything rash. I personally hate players who abuse the server rules and always try to report to staff of the rule-breaking which is also one of the main reasons why I am applying. I am very active for the life I have outside of gaming. I have a fulltime job and go to school part time while having a girlfriend. And I am still able to play every night for 3-4 hours. I will make sure you will not regret it if you accept my application. If not, I would understand. Furthermore I would like to thank you for taking the time to read and consider my application and I look forward to the decision you have made.

    - You must not be banned when you apply.

    - You must be able to speak or type quickly and correctly.

    - You must not advertise your application in any way.

    - You must not copy anything from other applications.

    - You may not edit your application without permission from a Hierarchy member,

    - You may not edit the application template itself - including the colours, besides the questions themselves,

    - You may not copy-paste parts from a previous application that you have filed unless given permission.

    - Only reply to your application if you need to specify something. Unnecessarily spamming/bumping your application will get it denied. Do not engage in grovelling under your application (posting thank you for reading my application every time someone posts etc.)

    Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: It was almost 4 years ago but i can remember vaguely  it was when i started played gmod and i joined the server. I got arrested for something i can't remember and was sitting in a jail for ? minutes and didn't know what to do and left.
