I personally believe not that much time passed, SMT could look up but i can smell it from here. Spawning toilets and freezing props inside people is not the smartest thing to do in a Serious RP server.
If you get punished in game and you refuse in rp to accept that punishment, it's obvious that you would get more severe consequences, and as you said yourself you started to insult everyone which i personally think you did OOC.
So if you are the kind on player that doesn't enjoy the roleplay and gets heated quickly when others want to have fun as well i guess you are not welcomed, if some time has passed it's another story but as i said i think not that much passed.

I was present in the car as well, basically i am not sure really if you came from the mb with a bike since 4 other bikes were following us, including a bus and a car. You guys were minging all the times the 1.SS also warned everyone to leave us alone but all of you continued for probably 10 minutes to crash into us making our cars flying as the bikes are broken and shit, when we decided to arrest everyone who was following us, we arrested only 1 guy that was correct to respect the rules, all the others start to run away getting inside our cars and pushing their bike into us.
All of you were minging from the start and got what you deserved.
As said i don't remember if you were there since the start or if you came later, still you managed to crash to a fully stopped vehicle which probably makes me think that you lost us and found us later to re-crash into us.
You got 2 days anyways it's not even that much.

What does this even have to do with you breaking rules?  As far as i've seen on discord and now here as well you seem just to want attentions, nobody cares it happened months ago. Valid, even if engel kept you for more than 10 minutes, call an admin, breaking another rule yourself it's not an excuse.

But i still have to say, if you have been banned probably you started prop spamming and not just placing cups as you claim.
Dunno what happened with the nco's who could train you, probably bad luck and nobody was on or capable to train you.
But this doesn't justify propspamming because you are getting bored,  change job and do something else and retry later to get trained maybe. Your own fault for not reading rules.

I gave a -1 because it's just a rule break that lead to another rule break, never claimed he could shot him down.

Clip is clear, he shot you while you had him under gunpoint.

But i have to say, assuming that you tried to rob him (as you claim but since clip has no sound you could were jut going around screaming) rules are stating:

You Cannot Proactively Engage Large Groups of Hostile Forces, or Engage Hostiles in Open Areas Due to the Concept of a Superior Force, and Basic FearRP Principles.
You tried to rob him while whole orpo was behind him in an open area, i would say therefore that whole situation is invalid as you broke yourself a rule first, and you got killed instead of being warned luckly for you.
