I would ask for there name and what was happening whilst listening to the person i would be checking logs to confirm this is happening and would deal with the situation accordingly

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would ask in Republic comms if anyone would be interested in training them if no one replys i will pick a random NCO to do it

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

If its clearly a accident i would remind them to be more careful and explain how to Safety there weapon

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

Its a IC Rule that most dont follow, isnt a stated server rule so nothing can be done

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

I would Explain to them that not all Rules are wrote down, I would then proceed to explain to them why they cant be doing it, if they continue on doing it i would punish them accordingly if they have complaints on the situation at hand he / she can go to the forums to retract the punishment

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would link them to the forums to file a complaint on the situation if they continue harrasing staff through ooc i would mute them and tell them to stop if they still then continue i would mute them again and deal with them accordingly

So i have been playing this server for a decent amount of time and have been dedicated for over a year now. I Have dealt with alot of diffrent situations throught my time in CG i was dealing with CT four numbers everyday and they reguired alot of patience to deal with them so i am used to having to deal with Mingey people and to give out punishments to them accordingly . I can be Calm and collective in situations where i need to be as thats what should be exspected of me as a master and potentially Staff

Also with being in CG and being Master you need to have a high level of professionalism as your a demostration / Example to others and i like to think i come off as a nice easy guy anyone can approach and talk to in any situation I try to get on with anyone no matter who they are.

I hold myself to a high standard on the server i like to dedicate my time to the community as its one of the only gmod servers i enjoy and spend my time on i would greatly appreciate the chance to help others in the community in game to ensure they are having the best of an expierence with there time on the server. so i believe with my previous expiernce of being CG EXO and Master that the professionalism and dedication i bring would be a great asset to have within the Staff team

+1 Man is a legend on the scene would be a sufficient staff member following the rules as he has shown he is trusted with high ranks so for this i believe he would make an excellent staff member, as stated above with lists point i can understand this but when it comes to on job we take our job seriously

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on CWRP is to ensure the roleplay runs fun and smoothly and to punish the people accordingly who aren't following the rules no matter the rank, Staff shouldn't affect the roleplay for others but are to step in when the rules are being broken

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: Firstly i would be in noclip watching to passively watch his actions before i check logs to check to see if they shot someone and if they had shot someone i would toggle no clip off and question them as to why they had done what they had and explain to them that they cant just shoot people for no reason as it is classed as ARDM / RDM and warn them accordingly

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would ask in OOC if anyone is needing / want to train cadets i would give it some time to see if anyone is interested if not i would teleport the lowest ranking NCO at random if there is no battalion on to order someone to train cadets at the moment

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I have personally seen this happen before with new players i would understand it was an accident and help them put there weapon on safety to make sure it doesn't happen again in future if he went on to shoot people at random they will be dealt with accordingly

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Saluting to higher ranks is an In character action and i dont believe it would be a necessary to intervene for this reason

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: The server rules dont specify everything the person is looking for exploits in the rules and it should be upto the staff who took the claim to decide on if its punishable and could also ask in staff chat for opinions on the matter to ensure you are doing the right thing

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would listen to there side of the story and try find mutual ground with them after this i would return them and if they start spamming OOC or comms in general they will be dealt with accordingly

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): During my time in CG my 2nd regiment on the server i got to Temp EXO and i got used to dealing with CT #### as it was a daily occurrence on the job from deescalating mingy CT moments and Handing out punishments accordingly to them from this i learned how to deal with mingy CT's and I gained a lot of patience with them from ranking up through CG. I am a very active and dedicated player on the server i have spent a lot of time learning the rules and dedicating my time to the server from leaving CG to join CE when they were struggling a lot from which i fell in love with the server more from being in CE brought me a new perspective on the server and showed me how much fun it could be and it made me even more devoted to the server I believe it is Incredibly fun and chill community which i want the chance to become staff for to ensure everyone is having as much as fun as i am on the server. If given the chance to become staff i will dedicate a lot of my time to ensure Roleplay is running smoothly and to hand out punishments accordingly to the rules, i wish for people to enjoy the server as much as I do and I want to help them with any issues they have within the server. I am a decent guy to talk to if its In character or not and easy to approach I try to be as approachable as possible on the server as that's the type of person i am. when i am dedicated to something i dont easily quit it i can ensure you if given the chance i can guarantee all of the above will show through my efforts

What should we pick you for Battalion: My First reason is I bring an amazing leadership mentality and an extreme level of professionalism to the table, I have no fear to take actions when absolutely necessary I have learned that through my time in CG When i needed to Arrest Mingey CT,s etc I also had to Lead them into battle as i was highest rank at the time without hierarchy online, CG had forged an extreme level of professionalism into my character as i had to set an example and hold that level of professionalism through out my time in CG and from that its forged a constant level of professionalism in my personality in game and i strongly believe i can bring that level of professionalism to Battalion, My leadership is non questionably good i can take over in situations when there is no one else to lead, I'm constantly helping out throughout events and Just in general really, I'm always active and online so i will always be there to prove my leadership is strong and where it needs to be as battalion it is essential to have strong leadership and extreme level of professionalism and for these reasons above i believe i make a good candidate

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The Battalion are strong leaders who make sure the grand army of the republic have morale within the different regiments ensuring that also base operations being as such granting and denying Clones to use Places around Main base for training, Grant and deny people from taking off / landing, they also help Regiments get back on track as each Regiment has a dedicated Battalion supervisor, They also lead The grand army of the republic through planetary / base attacks to ensure we have a strong victory over all threats, overall the Battalion are Exceptional leaders who have no fear to make decisive actions for the safety and victory of the republic

However, the event is pretty lackluster, splitting your EC's could go awfully to the point where neither squads get what they want, i see what you were going for. As others have said 2 snipers is a bit overkill especially at 1750 hp.

Event Plan: Base Attack on Rishi

Clone EVENT CIS Sniper droids will constantly be around on near by vantage points to disturb and distract the republic 41st recon unit from the CIS Commando droids so they can Infiltrate HQ through vents and sneakily separate into two squadrons One will go towards GR to create a diversion for the other squadron that are objective is to steal information from the Grand admirals Office and take the grand republic army by surprise and to sabotage as much as they can in the process, after the attacks to GR and They have successfully stolen the data they will Join back up and launch an all assault from Brig to try and clear out HQ if failed or successful they will then proceed to attack from HQ Landing pad to flank the republic and get the vantage point. after that the droids will attack from Sim room as another little sneaky flank, They will now be sent into RCO To steal more republic data and they need to hold out as its being stolen so they will start at the gate then slowly falling back into the RCO where they will be equipped with thermal detonators to help

Jedi Event It will be a sith sent by the CIS to distract the Jedi from whats happening in MB and also to steal as much information as possible from the jedi vault to learn of all of there secrets
