(Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): https://imgur.com/a/wkPqQqy State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff is to uphold the rules established by the server management team. It is crucial that the staff team upholds these rules in order to prevent the community from having a negative experience and to allow them to enjoy the server without worrying about anything that might interfere with their ability to roleplay. In addition, they are responsible for helping with tasks like helping with Sims, giving weapons, slaying, and spawning vehicles, all of which are essential to the server's smooth operation and ensuring that players are getting the most enjoyment possible. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes List of all previous server staff experience: Senior Moderator - Icefuse Jedi vs Sith [shutdown] Moderator - Icefuse Imperial Roleplay Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: Initially, I would accept the claim of the user who made the complaint, then I will ask for the name of the person he is reporting, after receiving the name, I will check the blog and collect the evidence through battle log, such as damage. , I'll decide if harming other clones is really intentional by checking more battle logs, what they're aiming for, if they're going in the same direction, like EC who can make the difference between an accident or a crash. target. After I have collected my information and decided on my final judgment, I will first explain to the user who originally made the complaint explaining my judgment and what will happen to him. I will then teleport the accused user if my judgment finds them guilty then I will give them the appropriate punishment and explain to them what happened. I will give them a link to the rules and a link to the forum if they think the warning is incorrect and they want to appeal. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: First, I'll teleport to the cadet who made the request and explain to him that I'll bring him a trainer soon. I would first check to see if any battalion were present and try to inform them that a cadet needed training, and ask them to send a non-commissioned officer, if no one was present to do so. For that, I'll type a message into OOC, asking all the volunteers who want to train a trainee, if I don't get any volunteers after a certain amount of time, I'll search online. line up lower level NCOs, give priority to CT Drill's NCOs and start teleporting them one by one until a suitable trainer is found. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: As a staff member, I wouldn't intervene in this situation because it is entirely an in-character action, so it is up to the clones to resolve it. However, if this behaviour continued over time and became more frequent, I might start keeping an eye on the clones to determine whether it was an accident or whether it was on purpose. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would do nothing as a staff member as once again this is an in character matter and should be dealt with via clones in character. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: The user who violated the FailRP rule would be informed at first, and I would explain why it is failRP, as well as that applying common sense is indicated and finding ways to go around current regulations is not permitted and should not be done. Therefore, I would give the user a verbal warning before warning them again if the behaviour continued. If the user continued to argue that the warning was incorrect, I would link them to the forums so they could contest the warning they had received. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would first explain the rules they broke and why I chose this punishment. If they continue to argue that the warning is invalid, I will provide them with links to the Server Rules and the forums where they can appeal the warning. If the user is still arguing and acting disrespectfully and wasting time, I would then verbally warn them to stop. This would mean that if they carry on arguing and complaining, they will be subject to further punishment. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I have been in this community for less than 2 years, during this time I have learned and understood the importance of staff to the server, they are essential to enforce the server rules and thus ensure The server is working normally. , I personally believe that I am a good fit for this role in the community as I have a lot of free time that I have spent on the server itself so I am willing to spend some time helping the community. and make sure they like the server. Also, after almost two years playing on this server, I want to give back to the community, provide my services to the staff and help the community. During my time on the server and in the positions I held, I was always surrounded by employees, both those at the bottom of the staff as well as those at the top. Being in this position helps me better understand staff responsibilities and its impact on server performance. So when I'm around these people, I've realized that it's important to have a clear mind when approaching a staff meeting, which will benefit me because I consider myself an impartial person. and lucid. Another reason that i think i would suit the staff team is that i have already been trusted with ULX and SAM privileges on the server during my time as an event planner, during this time i proved that i could be trusted with these permissions, which were never abused and i still have no intent to abuse said permission if i was to be granted with them again. Additionally, as an Event Planner i learnt basic staffing which i implemented into the server when no Staff Team were present late at night, thus meaning that i already have a general idea and understanding on the staffing system, i understand majority of the commands which are used in day to day staff claims, therefore i believe that relearning and understanding more staff duties would come back easily Finally, i believe that my strongest strength is my activity, i have tons of spare time which i normally dedicate towards the server, this has been shown during the majority of my time on the server, i have always shown great activity consistently and have took only around 1 or 2 breaks during my time, ontop of this, i do not intend to be taking any breaks anytime soon as i will be given even more spare time which i can therefore dedicate even more to the server, and to the staff team itself.

Therefore, I would let the user off with a verbal warning, if this is then a recurring matter then I will warn them, if the User is still arguing that the warning is invalid then I would redirect them to the forums where they can appeal the warning which they have received. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would firstly, explain what rules they have broken and explain to them why i have chosen this punishment, if they keep on arguing that the warn is invalid when i will present them with a link to the Server Rules, and a link to the forums where they are able to appeal the warn, however if the user is still arguing and becoming to be disrespectful and waste time, then i would verbally warn them to stop, meaning that if they continue to carry on arguing and complaining, then they would be warranted another warn for wasting staff time Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I have been apart of this community for just under 2 years now, during this time i have learnt and understood the importance that staff brings to the server, they are needed actively in order to enforce the server rules and therefore ensuring that the server runs smoothly, I personally believe, that i am fit for this role in the community due to the reason that i have a lot of spare time which i already dedicate to the server itself, therefore i am willing to spend the time instead, helping out the community and ensuring that they are enjoying the server. Additionally, after the year nearly two i have played this server i wish to give back to the community, and offer my services into the staff team and help the community. During my time on the server, and the positions i have been in, i have always been surrounded by staff members, both of those who have been in the lower rankings off the staff teams, and those who have been at the top. Being in this position has allowed me to further understand the responsibility that the staff teams hold and how it impacts the performance off the server. Therefore, being around these people I have understood that it is important to be clear minded when approaching a staff sit, which would benefit me as I see myself as an unbiased and clear minded person. Another reason that i think i would suit the staff team is that i have already been trusted with ULX and SAM privileges on the server during my time as an event planner, during this time i proved that i could be trusted with these permissions, which were never abused and i still have no intent to abuse said permission if i was to be granted with them again. 8. Sure But if your failing GCSE's shouldnt you focus on that and not GMOD in the first place?
  9. +1 Good Man Why Should be dev Dev, be a reason to -1 when others have been dev in the past and managed to with hold high ranks previously
  10. -1 ! Maybe if you told SMT or got permission to exploit the server in a way to provide helpful information to potentially stop any harm in the future However, you didn't and makes it look malicious.
  11. +1 Very Cool Nice Guy Was a good Mod before!
