+1 Best DU supervisor to date, very experienced ex Battalion, and has also been in fleet under my command where he lead events and did trainings to a high standard. So as somoene who has both been commander under his supervision on CWRP and has been his commander in fleet on IRP, i can with confidence say he is good for the job both when it comes to both supervising and the other battalion stuff. Getting him into batt is a no-brainer i would say.

+1 Already after a single day on the server, Lauritzen sticks out as a mature, competent and patient guy. I was actually suprised when i checked and saw that he didnt have a ULX yet, but i guess he has a chance to get it now. He also holds a high rank, seems very active within the community and wrote a good application. I havent talked to him too much yet, but from what i have seen so far this man is a no-brainer to get into the team. Good luck man!

This wont be a -1 or +1, rather just me mentioning what i have heard. But from what i have heard of the higher ups in Shock, Jone has been a fantastic member of the regiment and has also been very active. He is quite new to the server from what i can recall (looking at both IRP and IORP), but giving newer people EP to get some fresh ideas in can always be a good thing.

+1 Ever since Phillip joined the IRP server he has been a great lad to be around, and seems to have all the qualities you look for in a staff member. The fact that he recently resigned might be a bit of a red flag, but i also think giving him staff might make the server more enjoyable for him like it did to me; fixing the issue with my only real -1. Phillip is a no brainer in my opinion, and i think he should be given a chance based of what i have seen.

+1 I dont know Thane that well, but i have only seen good things from him. And based of the all the other +1s i reckon he would make a great addition to the staff team.

+1 / Neutral (from lack of knowledge, not any -1s) Has been very active on the new server, and as far as i can remember he has always been a good lad. I will put it as half neutral as i have never really looked too much into how he acts ingame, but i cant remember seeing anything bad. I think Doobie could make a good addition to the staff team.

+1 Has a lot of experience with ULX commands, as well as general rp experience. Is also a sound guy that is very active, and has done a lot of work for the IRP community through mapping. Easy choice in my opinion.

+1 Past staff, quite active and also very experienced in general. Would be great for the team.

+1 Very solid lad, very active and got a lot of the good staff qualities. He would be a solid staff.

+1 Same reasons as last time. Sleepy has been here for ages, he has been a great part of the community, he does a lot of work in the places he has power like in Rebel and i would imagine he would give the same effort in staff. He is also overall very patient and mature, which are good qualities. I think the amount of times he has been done dirty and still come out strong reflect this. Just like quite a few other applicants, he always tries his best to make the server more enjoyable for everyone, and sees multiple sides of the stories. I would love to give sleepy a chance and take him in on the staff team as well.

+1 Although i dont know tasker very well, i have only had good interactions with him and he seems to be doing wonderwork in DT. He seems like a good choice for staff as well.
