Even if I have previously had issues with an individual I try and remain unbiased and professional and resolve the issue peacefully (if available). In combat I understand the roles of the regiments and respective branches and I believe I am fairly competent in leading troopers effectively. I am quick to adapt to new situations and scenarios on the battlefield and apply relevant solutions to these situations. I am also very open to constructive criticism and always eager to improve in my role as well as being tolerant towards others, however if it reaches an excessive amount of minging or disrespect for example, I am able to behave appropriately and dispense punishments if necessary. For my age and limited time on the server I believe that I have made a good impression on my peers and fellows and that I am hard working and approachable! Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Battalion are apart of the main command structure, linking the Admiralty and the regular troopers. Battalion are the leading officers in events and as such a lot of people look to them for advice and suggestions both in and outside of events, because of this they need to be fairly open to conversation and pushback to their suggestions. They need to be fairly attentive to respond to different scenarios (Granting and event ambushes etc). They also need to supervise a regiment and ensure nothing is wrong or a cause for issue as well as to be a connection for Hierarchy or other troopers to relay concerns and issues.
