+1 Dommo has been around a long time and is now on his 3rd staff app. He would make an excellent staff pick and has improved in terms of maturity. Only downside is he's 4'10.

+1 Literally the Commander of the minge regiment and I've never seen him handle them by raising his voice or freaking out. He's been around a while and is a very good pick for staff.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): As a Battalion member it is your responsibility to be the face of discipline and maturity above your peers and other Clones. During Defcon 5 or non-event times a Battalion Member is expected to be supervising or hosting regimental trainings and ensuring their supervised regiment is running smoothly. Battalion Members are also expected to be granting or denying requests made in republic comms as soon as possible. During events (If leading) you are expected to keep the GAR updated of enemy locations and direct regiments with peak efficiency to ensure victory for the Republic. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): One thing I would like to clear up right off of the bat is my recent resignation due to my work schedule crippling my activity. As of today (19/10/2022) my work schedule is back to normal (I got screwed I know.) and I am able to become active again. Now with that cleared up, I have always had my eye on Battalion and I believe I would make a very good fit. I am able to be professional and mature while still being able to be a good friend and mentor when it comes to looking out for people. When it comes to leading, I am able to recognize flaws in our current attack plan and am able to make on the fly decisions very easily to fill the gaps. I work very well in ranking structure and am able to take criticism from my peers well and try to improve myself in any way I can. I like to think I am easygoing and someone you can work with very well. Finally, I believe in a simple concept of "if I eat, my friends eat" and I ensure if I do something well that my peers also get the same respect and recognition, because if I succeed, my friends and peers helped me achieve that. What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): A Battalion members job during combat while not leading is to assist their supervised regiment with their regiments tasking as well as echoing the Leading Batt's orders. 501st/442nd in the frontlines, CG assisting with support in the ATTE, 212th firing explosives and driving tanks, GM/104th flanking hostiles, 41st in the backlines providing scouting and backline support, CE in the air targeting hostile aircrafts or defending GR. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted? Lead a planetary event with or without Voice Amp. Lead a planetary with voice amp and complete a debrief for said planetary. Host an open training that is unique and complex.
