    Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail:  I was inside the small RSHA room at the PD together with SS-Hauptscharführer Paul Schönberger when we heard constantly gunshots. We then took out our weapons and leave the RSHA room. There was no one inside the PD reception, but I could see a RAD member through the white PD door outside,  shooting at someone with his K98k. I then moved to the ammunition box and saw a "civilian" in the corner next to the door. The gunshots still haven't stopped. I thought he is either lock picking or pulling out a gun, that's why I shot him. Shortly after I got tped. 

    Do you think your warning was justified: Not at all

    Why should you be unwarned: The warn is unjustified since the PD was under attack and I wasnt able to see what this "civilian" was doing in the corner next to the door. I thought he was either about to lockpicl or pull out a gun. Afterwards I was told by Barberi that the civilian was cuffed and had his hands behind his back. As the "civilian" was cuffed he was obviously a criminial that tried to hide/escape, therefore it's not RDM for me to shot him in such a situation.

    If this counts as prop blocking I'm asking myself what is with the GD dupe infront of the MB which is gettin used for the Changing of the guards. I don't really understand why Winters got the Tier I for answering "No" to "have some respect for the staff team". Just by saying No in this kind of situation doesn't mean that he has no respect for the entire staff team in general and there is no disrespect by saying no. The Tier II could be understandable but at the same time I don't understand why you said that you are a virgin in team speak a while ago when you feel offended by it.
    Whatever I don't think that a 2 day ban is necessary for this situation.

    Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail:
    I was walking at the townsquare on the Casino sidewalk. A red car with popped tires passed me and ORPO was running after it from PD direction. The car wanted to take a left towards the gas station but ORPO started to shot at it. Because I was close to the car I got damaged and started to shot back at ORPO. I killed one and the other two ORPO members shot me.

    Do you think your warning was justified:
    No  I don't think so because I didn't saw the evidence and my reason to shot back at ORPO was because I got hit when they tried to shot the red car.

    Why should you be unwarned: 
    The sit happend over 10 minutes later and I was alone there. I don't know who made the sit and I didn't saw the evidence video for which I got warned. I got 2 warns for basically the same reason. As I said in the sit I got damaged and ORPO was shooting in my direction so I started to shot back and killed one of them before I died. Hendrix told me that I wasn't allowed to counter ORPO because they were shoting a Mafia member in a red car but I said that I didn't counter it because of this. I countered because I was getting hit by ORPO because I was standing close to the car.

    I contacted Herman Stellman now multiple times to see the evidence but I did not received it. Also he says I will get warned for the counter and warns me for RDM at the same time.

    What did the reported staff member do to abuse their power: The 1.SS (Aiden Mertz, Johan Schneider, Me) were on a Kübelwagen patrol. We saw a car with a poped tire infront of us. It was speeding towards the Brandenburgertor so we kept following it. At the roundabout after the MoI he took a directly to the left, so he broke the traffic law. We then speeded up and yelled to pull over right next to the PD. He kept on driving and hold infront of the train tracks near the Old Agen Residence, we stoped next to him and dismouted. He then tried to drive backwards and get away from us but we had him under gunpoint. After he got out of the car he started complaining about random ID check even though this was the first time we saw his name. ORPO saw this from the PD and responded. When they arrived Feymous(Phillip Winter) wanted topay a fine and showed his ID to ORPO 3 times. The 1.SS inclueded myself then said that we want to see his ID because we pulled him over and not ORPO. He started again complaining about random ID check and Metagaming because we would know he is a Mafia Boss. At the same time he Metagames by not showing us but ORPO his ID because we can see through fake IDs. We arrested him and ORPO said bring him to farm because SA requested prisoners. We drove him to the farm and Heinrich Weene then repsonded to Phillip Winters sit. Phillip explained the situation of his point and said that he has a recording: Heinrich Weene took him and said he wants to do the sit on a roof and watch the video via discord. Weene just took Phillip with him so he made a sit without anyone of us and didn't listen to our position. No one of the 1.SS saw the video(evidence by Phillip). Weene then came back after 2 or 3 minutes and warned all three of us for `FailRP [Tier 1] - Random ID checking a person for "reckless driving" ´. So we didn't saw any Video and weren't part of the sit.

    Evidence: I don't have any recording just some screenshots but I dont believe they help.
