Warns can be older as you want, as long as they are in the list they still apply not an excuse. If you get RDM you call for an admin to deal with it server rules are enforced anytime, breaking more rules by your own doesn't change the situation, and as it happened here you got punished.

It was your fault that you didn't double-check and killed an unarmed person; it's strange to attack someone solely because he was holding anything. You admitted that he had a medical kit in his possession.
This is an intriguing statement. I only sided with Walter after he presented me with enough evidence, not because he's my agent. I believe you don't understand how RDM works. Because you stated that you had had a "reason" to kill him because you suspected he had a gun, this implies that every second user who is playing as resistance member and killing Reich officials because they are Nazis is actually correct and not breaking any rules. It is, after all, a reason.
 
I'm not sure why you're implying he's a Gestapo agent; this wasn't the case during the sit; if he'd been a resistance member with only a medkit, I wouldn't have handled the matter any differently.

If this counts as prop blocking I'm asking myself what is with the GD dupe infront of the MB which is gettin used for the Changing of the guards. I don't really understand why Winters got the Tier I for answering "No" to "have some respect for the staff team". Just by saying No in this kind of situation doesn't mean that he has no respect for the entire staff team in general and there is no disrespect by saying no. The Tier II could be understandable but at the same time I don't understand why you said that you are a virgin in team speak a while ago when you feel offended by it.
Whatever I don't think that a 2 day ban is necessary for this situation.

I think your application is really decent and detailed. I know you for quiet a while now and know you are a polite and kind person, in my opinion the perfect guy for staff. You are very active on the Server and I believe you will have a great future on it. Your roleplay is very good and I'm sure you would be a great staff member.
