Former Staff Questions (Remove these if you have not been staff on our server before): 1 ) For how long were you a staff member on NRP: One year, with a break in between. 2 ) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team: Senior-Moderator 3 ) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why: I resigned once due to a loss of motivation to play, but returned after some time. 4 ) How have you improved since you left the staff team: Since I've left, I believe I have improved my communication skills, self-awareness, and ability to react to various situations. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would begin by checking the server logs and no-clip to verify the situation. Then, I would request a clip from the reporting player for further evidence. Then, I would handle the situation by bringing the player who was allegedly killing other imperials to a sit. If it was their first offense, I would issue a Warn + Kick. However, if the player had prior warnings, I would do a 2-day ban. 2 ) You are asked by a Recruit to be trained using the @ function: I would teleport to the player and inform them that they must use the /advert command and request to be trained. If no one responds, I would then make a request in the global chat using the /OOC command. 3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would maintain the roleplay by calling for a medic to attend to the person who was shot. Then, I would address the enlisted trooper, warning them to be more careful in their actions. Inform him also that a second time will not be tolerated within the Empire. 4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: As staff, I wouldn't do anything since its an IC situation. In IC I would inform the Enlisted Trooper that they must follow the code of conduct and remind them of the expected behavior. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: Trying to bypass the rules isnt allowed. I would call another staff member to verify the situation before taking further action. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would listen to the player and tell him that if he feels that he is being punished incorrectly he can call a superior or go to the forums, Unban Requests / Unwarn Requests. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I don't believe it's fair to claim that I deserve staff more than other applicants, however, I believe that I can bring valuable experience due to playing in a previous server of this community that is very similar to this one, and I wish to share and help others improve wherever possible since I believe that I will enjoy this server alot. Through my experiences as both a player and staff member, I've learned valuable lessons about roleplay dynamics and community needs. In addition to my experience in Roleplay, I have also participated in several community events and other events. I have actively communicated with other players, trying to understand what the community needed. My dedication and activity within the community are well known among players and Staff. As a former Senior Moderator, I've always tried to be fair and impartial in all my actions. I've always been eager to assist whenever needed. I strive to support players and assist staff in various situations if needed. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated effective communication skills, both in resolving conflicts and creating good interactions among players and encouraging player collaboration. During my time as a Senior Moderator, I searched for advice and help from senior staff members, always demonstrating my commitment to improving and becoming valuable member of the team. I believe that being a staff member would be beneficial for the server due to my availability during peak server hours, thanks to my timezone, this enables me to actively participate in managing sits and maintaining overall server order. I am very excited about the server's opening, eager to contribute wherever I can. I look forward to helping new players settle in since they wont probably be used to this type of Roleplay and providing assistance in any way I can, collaborating with the staff team to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. Requirements: - You must be 16 years in age or older. - You must be able to speak and type English fluently, quickly and correctly. - You must have at least fourteen (14) days of play time. (DOES NOT APPLY RIGHT NOW) - You must be an active member of the community on Discord / TS. - You must have 10 or fewer warns. - You must not be banned when you apply. - You must not advertise your application in any way. - You must not copy anything from other applications. - You may not edit your application without permission from a Hierarchy member. - You may not just copy-paste a previous application that you have filed. - Only reply to your application if you need to specify something. Unnecessarily spamming/bumping your application will get it denied. Do not engage in grovelling under your application (posting thank you for reading my application every time someone posts etc.) - If you are denied, you must wait a minimum 2 weeks before applying again.
