Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I have been a part of this awesome community for more than a year now and I was always interested in the battalion. All of my time on this server was spent on helping/improving myself and the 41st. I have experience in leading and making quick decisions in stressful situations. I have seen how past and present battalion members have led so I can say with full confidence that I would be comfortable leading and commanding troops into battle. I tend to joke and be a little bit silly but if I am required to be serious, I am more than willing to do so and keep up that performance as long as it is needed. I have been improving myself to be the person that the 41st as well as the server needs. Recently I transferred to CE and they helped me understand that some change has been made but it was not enough so I have been trying even harder to better myself. and i think that joining the battalion will help me fully prove to myself as well as others that a change has been made and that all my hard work has payd off and made me a better person on the server. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? yes List of all previous server staff experience: i was a Moderator on a Halo RP server for 5 weeks like 3 months ago but i left cos the community started to in fight and be toxic Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: yes Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would ask them to give me video evidence but if they don't have any I will look in the logs, If that is, in fact, true, and they have no justifiable reason, I would hand out the correct punishment, that being RDM/MRDM in this case. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ : I would teleport or PM a Battalion member and tell them a Cadet is needing trained, they could then handle it in a more RP respective way. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Accidents happen, I don't believe staff involvement is required in this instance 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I will do nothing it is not a staff problem + no one salutes anymore 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Loopholes being found in the rules doesn't mean the offender can't be punished so I'd still give them a punishment based on what type of FailRP he did 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: tell them there is no point on arguing since i punished them according to their action and protocols, and teleport them back. That’s why I want to become a staff, to help this server stay as a great place for all the people new and old to have a fun time and RP. And being a staff member could make that possible. I have been in the 41st for a year now and I believe that I have learned how to deal with people that break the rules and just don’t care about the server or its people. Becoming a staff would allow me to not only help the 41st but also all the players in this community whom I have come to love and respect. For some time I have been trying to improve myself and become the person that this server and my regiment truly need. Because of that and some of the staff experience I have picked up from the halo server I used to play on, I strongly believe that I have the knowledge of how to perform as a good staff member that this server deserves while also it can help me prove that I have improved and become a better person. I would do my best to bring everything that I have in me to help the staff team with my performance, and activity and try to do my best to pick up everything that I can learn along my journey with the staff team And also to grow as a person. I can easily understand and communicate with new as well as the people I already know. I am easy to talk to which makes handling many situations that much easier. In my personal opinion, I see the staff in a great position in helping to keep the server a fun place that is the reason that made me want to apply

By working with other Batt and the clones them selfs to achieve great results. Also battalion, in addition, have to host training and open sims that serve as a way to prepare the regiments to fight the real deal on the battlefield. In combat, the battalion will give help the clones in the mid-to-backline. On Defcon 5 the Battalion will be in charge of granting or denying clones requests for example when they ask to claim TR or to take off from the MB. In doing so, they must remain an example to the other clones and show how to act and behave. Honour is better than surrender Describe the roles and responsibilities of the Battalion (100 words minimum): The role of a Battalion is to grant or deny any clone or Jedi when they ask for things like permission to enter the main base/ leave the main base or to claim a part of TR for training. the Battalion also has to make sure to order people what to do when it is needed for example when there is a cadet that needs to be trained or when there is a scavenger on the main base then the battalion needs to organize the clones to look for that scavenger and arrest him or to depose of him. Another responsibility that the battalion is needed to do is to lead the troops on to battle with a good plan and a strategy to win against all republic’s enemies. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I've been part of this community for nearly 10 months now, and I spent all that time trying to improve and help the 41st be better. My attitude in-game is mostly relaxed and jokester-like, but that does, not mean that I can’t be serious; far from that, when it is needed I can be serious and act properly so that I may represent the battalion as best as I can. This is my first battalion application, but I think after being at so many events and witnessing how past and present members of the battalion have displayed themselves/ lead I feel would be able to learn very quickly how to do well, lead eventually in the battalion. I understand that the battalion job is no joke and that it must be taken seriously, what’s, why I want, to become one, because, with it, I can prove that I have matured from the little mining 41st kid that was annoying to deal with. Also, I understand that some of you don’t want me in the battalion and think that I will show that you allow kids that can’t do anything to join the battalion but I want to reassure you that I have grown up and that now I understand that my behavior was not always good, but now I more mature and I understand how to act.
