Honour is better than surrender” Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): In combat Battalion to find victory in the worst situations and minimize casualties. Out of combat they need to make sure the base is running smoothly: prevent and solve any incidents, and grant or deny permissions. Battalion need to set the example since they are seen and noticed by everyone so the standards for a Battalion are as high as can be nothing under perfect is satisfactory. The Battalion are the face of the republic so they must act accordingly any mistakes a Battalion makes are seen by all of the troops and the enemy who could consider this a sign of weakness. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I believe I should be chosen for Battalion as I’ve been always idly running through strategies for both defense and offence and tend to pay attention to the chat so I will miss minimal amounts of information and requests for permissions. I believe as someone who has reached SO twice now I have proven that if I decide I will do something then I will do anything withing moral standard to achieve it. I also firmly believe that I will be able to handle the increased strain of being a Battalion all the responsibility and duties. I think the single strongest thing that draws me to being Battalion are the aggressive attack and defense plans I always thing of but never had the chance to see in action. I believe that as a SO I’ve done fairly well to show I’m responsible with 99,9% of the thing I do including but not limited to leading in events. I also have good communication skills and ability to defuse situation with my sarcasm and can be really stubborn so no matter what I need to I’ll do it and I tend to use the Mandalorian way of thanking for someone Vor entye (I accept a debt) and I do not forget my debts. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank? Yes the Battalion is seen as a pillar of responsibility and authority. What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): They must be near the regiments they supervise or in the midlines. They are to assist the regiment they are with with their arsenal, skills and experience. They can direct the regiment they supervise but cannot go against what the leading Battalion has ordered, they also should leave most of the leading to the regimental command. Lastly they should be smart about what they to so example don't be sniping with a shotgun and frontlining with a sniper. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted? Host an open training, lead a base attack, lead a planetary and do debrief. What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too: Captain and below. Anything else?: I believe it would be worth a shot to let me have a shot at battalion even without considering anything but the fact I'm ready to lead with many creative and unconventional strategies .
