+1 Nice lad that is always happy to help and always willing to listen to feedback and adjust to it. Got a solid plan as far as I can tell with the event and I would trust this man with ULX. My only concern is that hp for droids and saber user might be a little to high though but that can be easily adjusted.

So as the staff who banned you for 10 days I will say what I got from the whole story which kept changing a little each time you told it. So first I was called by one of the people you killed (think it was Dobby, other people who was killed as cadet were Camby, Henk and one more who I don't remember the name of) that he had been killed as cadet in cadet room so I checked the logs to see who it was and then checked the other cadets that was laying on the ground around in the cadet area and all of them had been killed by you (Bloxy) so I brought you to me to clarify why you killed them as the jedi ec (think it was force sensitive job you were on at that time) which you then told me it was your brother who did it while you were away grabing a drink. Then I went to check the logs again just to check where the cadet kill on Dobby happened which was in the cadet area and during that time Fors came to the sit also and he checked the chat logs which showed that you changed to name to your IG name and then killed the cadets and then switched to your jedi job all this was done within 10 seconds from the name change according to Fors, I did not check it myself since I trust Fors and don't know why he would lie about something like that. So then I believe Fors or Flash asked you what you were doing during those 10 seconds since they had not been there when you said you went to grab a drink and you answered that you went to the toilet to pee which is where I got a bit confuced since you said you went to grab a drink to me earlier so either you to the toilet and grabbed a drink within less then 10 seconds or your story is a lie. After you had been told about this Sandy asked to see if you and your brother could speak at the same time since we don't know if you have a brother or not and this you did prove but it still does not prove that it was your brother at the computer and then you were also informed by Flash about the EP/EC related things and in arrest report you have a past of breaking golden rule which you claim that you would not do as a jedi but I would see that as a describer of your character a little since you are clearly able to kill people without a valid reason and shortly after that you left the server and so I banned you for MRDM of 4 cadets and also LTAP with a duration of 10 days since your story was changing a little over time and did not hold up with logic you were probably lying to staff also.

Depending on what the log says I would either bring the person killing to a sit punishment and warn/ban (depending on the circumstances) the person that was killing or warn the person that reported it because he was lying to staff. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would contact a battalion member and ask them to send someone to train the cadet (any NCO+) but if there is no battalion member active at that time I would first ask in OOC if someone wanted to train a cadet and if I get a yes I would leave it at that but if I don’t get a reply from anyone I would ask people that have a D before their rank privately first (via bringing them to cadet area) and if they can train the cadet and if that does not give a result I would just bring someone that is NCO+ and tell them to train the cadet (if they don’t have the time I would return them and continue to look for someone prioritizing people that have the D before their name since that shows that they want to do it) 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: As staff I would not do anything since it’s a matter for battalion/CG to take care of but I would probably give him a tip of looking down/up in future so he doesn’t accidentally do it again 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: As a staff I would do nothing since it’s an in character matter and should be dealt with in character 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: If the person that commits FailRP is a new player I would let him know that FailRP could be anything that does not make sense from a realistic point of view and let him off with a verbal warn but if it’s a recurring thing with this person I would punish the person accordingly and let him know that in the rules it also says to use common sense and at the end of the day it’s up to the staff dealing with it 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would inform him of what he did wrong and punish him accordingly and let him know that he can make an appeal for it on the forums if he has an issue with it Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I have been part of this community for a decent amount of time now and have been taking and taking and having a good time and I would love to be able to give back to the server that I love spending time on and I know that I don’t have past experiences as staff but I would say I’m a willing learner to learn what needs to be learned to be a good addition to the staff team. I think I would be a good addition to the staff team since I would look at each situation in a non biased way and just look at the evidence that exists and deal with the situation based on that. I would also say that I’m quite active on the server and I will always do my best to be as active as I can be and I will have as a goal to be on at least for an hour everyday. I personally have never been much for minging around but I have always been happy to help other people should they need the help. I will also at all times answer any question or task that I get to the best of my ability and should I not know the solution I would try and direct them to someone I would believe would know the answer and if there is nobody available I would let them know about that and to save the question or task for later and ask it again at a later time if it’s not a question/task that needs urgent response. As a last comment I would never and will never abuse the power that comes with being a staff member and I will always do my best as staff and should I be unsure about something I would not be afraid to ask for help instead of doing something wrong.
