What your suggestion is:Make T-sec  Stun e-11 have a longer stun time

Any additional information: It would make it a lot easier for T-sec to arrest a person

Once a user is stunned and you have your weapon pointed at them they are under fearRP, even when you pull your restraints out to cuff them they are still under fearRP, and if they refuse to stop call a staff member with @This man is breaking fearRP and a staff member will respond to help you.
