Although it may seem like pointless information I feel it is necessary for me to add the backstory to this clip as I had spoken to his friend afterwards. I had got on the server to just farm some moisture and make some drugs, whenever I got on I came across their base in which I waited until they left for the Casino to raid them. Inside there were 4 moisture farms in which I transported them all back to the Hutt palace resulting in a successful raid on my end.

Things blew over quite quickly and they didn't seem to mind, I even offered his friend 'Nico Mullus' to become a member of the Hutt clan in which will allow him access to his moisture again. Once I had sent his friend off on his initiation, I was testing my /stripcomms + /stripweapons bind. I didn't want to bother the guy making drugs for me so I tp'd to 'Disco Reverend' with a somewhat empty ask of "Would you mind helping me test something real quick." Seeing as no one usually denies the ask I had already cuffed him and stripped his comms using my bind.

It took literally no longer than 5 seconds of his time... Although, I was slightly stupid for maybe not waiting for him to answer in time I believe he has blown this completely out of proportion.

To follow up on why I slayed him, this was because it was the quickest way to give him back his comms - nothing more, nothing less. Just to add to this you can also clearly hear me asking in the video to check his inventory as I didn't want to slay him if he had anything on him. (btw incase I made it unclear, the thing I wanted to test on him was my /stripcomms and /stripweapons bind. It would have literally taken 5 seconds.)

Without any rudeness or snarkiness, I genuinley can't believe I wrote so much for a matter that is quite frankly very insignificant. I appreciate you taking the time to make the post on here but I personally don't think it was needed as this 2 minute encounter could have been solved easily in-game.

The /stripweapons and /stripcomms commands have been broken the past couple of days, and although Loon did go about it in the wrong way, I can understand why he wanted to test them.

The situation should and would have been over within under 10 seconds, if you had simply responded to Loons original questions, instead of shooting and killing him whilst he was trying to help you and proceeding to tell Loon to  "go fuck yourself" multiple times.

Along with this, Loon even took the care to ask about your inventory multiple times, which I guarantee most staff members would not do. He also explained he was about to slay you and for the reason, to reset your comms; but perhaps you just refused to listen to him just like all the other times he spoke to you. Which is definitely "proper cause", unless you want to have no means of communication with anyone else on the server.

I guarantee you that you would be upset if he did not do this, and you could then not use your comms. You can see yourself how efficiently Loon slayed you to replace the comms, and if you had listened and responded to him rather than attempting to murder him, you wouldn't have even noticed that you had been slayed.

In my opinion, you have thrown this situation completely out of the ball park, and you yourself made the situation worse by ignoring/refusing Loon's help to rectify the situation after his initial wrong doing, you could have easily been warned for RDM and DTS for your actions. However, Loon was respectful and sincere throughout the entire encounter and had no intent to ruin your experience on the server.

So i'm supposed to be entirely okay with being a plaything for admins on the server? Because he went about it in a "kind" way asking about my inventory before killing me? How about you leave players alone when they want to be left alone? Imagine a police officer asking a citizen if he could test his taser on them, to which the citizen replies "no", and the officer does it anyway. Where is the respect for personal agency? You're claiming I could be warned for RDM when I was being harassed and about to be killed? That's it's justified because the commands have been bugged and he wanted to test them? Test them on a willing guinea pig, not someone who wants to be left alone. "I would have been upset if he had not slayed me" how about don't use me as a test subject when unwilling? Are you serious?

No, you are right to not want to be a 'plaything' and Loon should have left you alone and never interacted with you until you agreed, or didn't, to help him out.

However, your whole claim about his admin abuse is how he slayed you for no reason, but he explains the reason he slayed you multiple times and you chose to ignore him. So I don't entirely see how any of your other arguments are relative.

Also this is a game, but lets run with your "logic", would it then be okay for the civilian to take a gun out and shoot the officer in the head whilst saying profanities at them in retaliation? At the end of the day, you are comparing 5 seconds of your time in a video game to being brutally attacked by a Police Officer, so perhaps you think that would be a perfectly adequate solution hence why you did it yourself.

Look, at the end of the day I admit I was wrong for beginning a 5 second test on you without getting your permission. Although, as I have quoted here your original complaint on your post is "Locked me in place using a physics gun and "silent" slayed me without any proper cause." 

The only reason I locked you in place with my physgun and slayed you was because I had to give you your comms back, in the video I clearly explain that but you continued to ignore me and kill me a couple times. Regardless of this, the encounter we had was so minuscule to the point even your friend admitted you were acting out of pocket by getting so worked up over something so stupid.

Again, apologies for any harm I caused you but believe it or not it seems you have caused more trouble for me than I did for you. You continued to "RDM" me twice or three times,  shout expletives toward me, ignore me whenever I tried to explain why I needed to slay you and have now completely blown the situation out of proportion by creating an 'admin abuse' post on the forums in which case I am having to defend my actions. As I previously mentioned, this could have easily been sorted out in-game and I wouldn't of done it again.

The staff member in question was given a verbal warning in regards to not asking you first, however if you just waited and listened to him the whole ordeal would have been over in seconds, instead you attempted to RDM him and continued to be very disrespectful towards him, so you will also be receiving a warn for DTS.
